Same Gen. who declared major combat operations over- now says AlQ beaten

Stanley McChrystal is the leading voice in calling for such a declaration: 'Of a major victory over al-Qaeda.' is the same general that pushed and advocated 'the declaration of mission accomplished and major combat operations are over' in 2003. Boy, he sure does call them, doesn't he?
