- booksnmore4you, on 10/22/2008, -1/+177Netroots, let's give ourselves a well-deserved round of applause! This is largely our doing!
- mebble, on 10/22/2008, -4/+171They must have concluded that Rep. Bachmann is unpatriotic. You know, un-American.
- RNactivist, on 10/22/2008, -3/+169Everybody should send some money to her opponent

Let's kick Bachman to the curb where she belongs..... - jdelgado8, on 10/22/2008, -2/+154Hopefully, Good Riddance to this hate monger.
- oselznick, on 10/22/2008, -4/+118
Just another sore-loser Republican whacko.
Sad thing is that this was once a great political Party. No more though. - showmestategal, on 10/22/2008, -2/+90AMEN! No One Has the Right to sit in judgement of anyones else's Love Of Country or how they choose to express this Right....This Incitement of Others is not what My Democracy should be about..
The sumpreme Power belongs to We The People...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_America_Vote_Act - Insightful, on 10/22/2008, -0/+84A vote for Bachmann is a vote against America.
See how easy that was soon-to-be-former-Congresswoman Bachmann? - stilkickin, on 10/22/2008, -0/+78Bachmann's apparent ignorance of the implications of her statements and their echoes to the McCarthy era, makes me question her intelligence and grasp of history. If I lived in her district, I'd feel ashamed to send someone so obviously unprepared to Congress. And then--there's that maddening, never-rending vacuous smile on her face, no matter what's said. Could she ever be taken seriously by colleagues?
- saranac7, on 10/22/2008, -0/+75Instant Karma!
- BrianClio, on 10/22/2008, -2/+72This is the same idiot that tried to get Aladdin (Disney movie) banned. Good ***** riddance. After her comment her opponent raised over 1mil in less than a week.
- inactive, on 10/22/2008, -0/+69All of us democrats made this happen...and I'm loving it! We need to keep holding them accountable for their baseless and tasteless attacks. Keep up the good work.....lets get all of our Democratic party candidates elected. For me It's Obama and I live in WA state so we are also really focused on Chris Gregoire and Darcy Burner....they are great and we need them if we want to have somebody who will work with Obama....Dino Rossi is a crook and has no business being governor....so all of you from WA....lets get Obama,Gregoire,Burner and our other good DEM candidates elected.
- maconrocks, on 10/22/2008, -0/+62Such a quick and amusing fall from the grace of the national party.
- b0rg, on 10/22/2008, -2/+63What time is it when you can't win an election by waving a flag and calling your opponents traitorous scum?
It's morning in America, my friends. I like mornings. :) - AnswerToJob, on 10/22/2008, -2/+61Bachmann can also be hurt by donating to her former Republican Opponent Aubrey Immelman who was drawn out to run a Write-in campaign after her anti-American rant.
Immelman takes away REPUBLICAN votes from Bachmann supporters who would NEVER vote Democratic in MN06.
It will feel strange but DONATE to Republican Aubrey Immelman and smile BIG:-))))

Katherine Harris
Member of the U.S. House of Representatives
from Florida's 13th district - ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -0/+45Dear Michelle:
Please do America and the Democrats a favor: keep talking. Don't shut that gaping maw for one second. Keep on goin' and goin' and goin' right up until election day. :-) - Keggluneq, on 10/22/2008, -0/+44Yet she keeps digging, and digging, and digging...
http://thinkprogress.org/2008/10/22/bachmann-doubl ...
Amazingly, she keeps insisting that people "read the transcripts". She obviously hasn't heard of the youtubes and the internets where you can watch the venom spew out of her vile mouth directly. It's much better on video. - samimnot, on 10/22/2008, -1/+45And right out of the "Rove Hate Machine" playbook....Rep. Bachmann is now going on TV and Radio talk shows claiming how she was set-up, misunderstood and/or misquoted by the Press..she's asking for sympathy from all the Minn. voters.
After watching the video...Sorry, Michele ;-) but everything they're saying about you is the truth. - Zeitgeist101, on 10/22/2008, -0/+43did it the first day! sent him $108.
- charm803, on 10/22/2008, -0/+39She thought this was 40's, and thought this might work again.
She forgot about the internets! - somegeologist, on 10/22/2008, -2/+40She needs to be run out of town on a rail. Maybe North Korea will take her.
- Berkana, on 10/22/2008, -0/+37Indeed, the party of Lincoln and the party of Teddy Roosevelt, and Eisenhower. They would be ashamed at what the GOP has become—corporate whores and smear artists taught at the knee of Karl Rove.
- inactive, on 10/22/2008, -2/+38Brian Clio, she tried to get Aladdin(the disney movie) banned? WOW! I didn't think she get any crazier but that is insane!
- amoirae, on 10/22/2008, -1/+35And ***** crazy. You can't forget that.
- lockewasright, on 10/22/2008, -0/+33Some of that money came from me!!
- oldugly2, on 10/22/2008, -0/+31WE DID THIS!!
You and me folks, the blogsphere, the geeks, the wonks..
Led nicely by Chris Matthews who first allowed her the airtime to hang herself, but then it is me and you folks.
$5, $20 whatever. the web did this.
Congratulations to all of us.
Write chris and thank him for a job well done
hardball@msnbc.com - TheDHC, on 10/22/2008, -0/+30at least read where he stands before sending him cash
read up if you want: http://www.tinklenberg08.com/ - PandJonB, on 10/22/2008, -0/+29How did this lady ever get elected. This is scary stuff!
- magus_melchior, on 10/22/2008, -0/+29No one messes with the biggest goddamn PAC in the country: The People.
- zelduh, on 10/22/2008, -1/+29i LOVE this!!!!!
- Maurice2u, on 10/22/2008, -1/+29Maybe her and Sarah can be the new judges on American Idol or something after this. They'll be popular, after all. They just won't have a snowball's chance in hell of holding any political office.
- ReasonWinsOut, on 01/07/2009, -1/+28I proudly sent in my donation two days ago. Sadly, I could only give $25 since I was involved in an accident three weeks ago that has me living off disability for the next 6 weeks. But I sent what I could to send this extremist packing.
- DFutureIsNow, on 10/22/2008, -2/+29So many GOP rats jumping off the Titanic... hard to keep track.
- BearGod, on 10/22/2008, -0/+23oops
- mrdeathgod, on 10/22/2008, -2/+25Take that, bitch!
- Dislolppear, on 10/23/2008, -1/+23Un-American BITCH.
- nirav72, on 10/23/2008, -1/+22tinklenberg will always be 1000 times better than that Neo-facist bitch Bachman.
I saw that interview with Chris Matthews last week. I almost spilled my beer when I heard her comments. - mebble, on 10/22/2008, -3/+24I hold Rep. Bachmann accountable for what she says. The insanity plea you suggest exonerates her.
I might add that Rep. Bachmann looks like she's taking drugs (bulging eyes and other symptoms). Like McCain during the third debate, for example.
But drugs aren't an excuse for Rep. Bachmann's/Senator John McCain's/Gov. Sarah Palin's/other Republican's racist exclusionary and, let's face it, un-American opinions.
These are the hateful morons who gave us eight years of Bush. And they chant "USA! USA!"
We should sue them for libel. - wnc2, on 10/22/2008, -5/+26Check out Michele Bachmann's evil twin sister.:
Katherine Harris
Member of the U.S. House of Representatives
from Florida's 13th district - JoeMondo, on 10/23/2008, -1/+22I can hardly believe I'm typing this, but Bachmann makes Palin look competent.
- nycjap, on 10/22/2008, -1/+21I guess this is the opposite of the old adage, "put your money where your mouth is".
- JillianSwift, on 10/23/2008, -2/+21Obama was born in Hawaii, two years after Hawaii became the 50th state.
Let's stop spreading misinformation: There are more than enough *real* problems with the candidates to make your cases. - dhyancraig, on 10/23/2008, -1/+19Let's just hope she doesn't get elected; it could still happen. Psycho bitch.
- chase47, on 10/23/2008, -0/+18Bachmann scares the ***** out of me... If I could I would bankroll Tinkleberg's campaign.
- mtnmusicman, on 10/23/2008, -0/+18Me think it's all over..... That damn Chris Matthews, why does he keep doin his job? (sarcasm)
- tastypaste, on 10/23/2008, -1/+18I can't think of anything more un-American than calling for more McCarthyism and witch hunts for people with differing opinions. This is a nation for the freedom of expression and thought. If Bachmann wants to police people's thoughts, she should go live in North Korea.
- showmestategal, on 10/22/2008, -2/+19AMEN! TO THAT -DEMOCRACY MEANS - Government in which the supreme Power is held by the People.
They always seem to forget this we are all doing a good job of RE-ENFORCING THIS NOW WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT THE RESPECT WE DESERVE & HAVE EARNED. We will be Listened to the next 4 Years Enough is Enough! - richirwin, on 10/23/2008, -1/+18I already sent him $25. Hope he enjoys it. I did.
- magus_melchior, on 10/22/2008, -0/+16A realization that her good looks and the false "I love Jesus" confession will get her anywhere with Republicans.
Then she tried to be a neocon, and overplayed her hand on national TV. - NeverReturnKid, on 10/23/2008, -0/+15They're only pulling the plug on her ads because it has caused a ***** storm. If she hadn't gained national attention with her remarks, the GOP wouldn't have cared at all.
