- inactive, on 11/01/2007, -38/+232These men who once held positions of great public trust cannot expect protection or immunity. Let this be a lesson to those who support tyranny today--your days are numbered. Good prevails over evil. It always does.
- inactive, on 10/30/2007, -14/+140Except when it doesn't. There's no universal rule that good always prevails over evil. Do you live in a fairy tale?
- inactive, on 10/30/2007, -17/+122An "unconfirmed" report from a blog that barely loads. Awesome.
- dezman2003, on 10/29/2007, -13/+86Step 1: Make ***** up
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Digg - relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -13/+81Yeah, if his routine schedule entailed eating half of his breakfast and being whisked out the door.
- squoob, on 10/29/2007, -13/+72With an ounce of research, a wee minute of time and you will find that this story is NOT true.
- AmusedToDeath, on 10/29/2007, -6/+54Really? I think history might disagree with you.
- relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -15/+58Run, piggie! Run!
- victoryroadrage, on 10/30/2007, -4/+45Have you ever been to France?
- supermanred, on 10/30/2007, -6/+39You've clearly never been to France, I envy their way of life. Lots of former Americans there, apparently if you get really sick they take you in regardless and you are welcome to their healthcare while becoming and after becoming a new French citizen.
- bazzz, on 11/01/2007, -21/+52Yeah! Vive la france!
Even if it's not true (which I guess)... thinking about a fleeing rumsfeld made my day :-) - thcobbs, on 10/29/2007, -6/+37That never stops it from being posted on Digg as pure fact.
- nihilite, on 10/30/2007, -5/+31there is much more to life than just money.
How is that american economy doing these days, btw? isn't it one of the slowest growing in the world? - Pixelante, on 10/30/2007, -5/+31Have you ever been to Rumsfeld?
- HappyScrappy, on 10/30/2007, -11/+35*****. Did you read the original article? The government had not moved to charge Rumsfeld or anything. He was in no danger of being detained.
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -11/+34Damn, you don't even have to add sugar to the kool-aid anymore to get Digg to drink that ***** up.
- inactive, on 11/01/2007, -11/+34Next up, Bush.
- lazyfisherman, on 10/30/2007, -2/+25"Evil" wins an awful lot of the time. And while "evil" people tend to have karma bite them in the ass eventually, they often take many "good" people down with them first.
- satanatnmtedu, on 10/29/2007, -1/+21And, the winner defines what is evil.
- ralph12c41, on 10/29/2007, -3/+23Unconfirmed reports? Buried..this is speculation
- thumperings, on 10/29/2007, -0/+18I think the Native Americans and well just about 90% of the world whose story was never told accurately would disagree with your ethnocentric ass.
- roodammy44, on 10/30/2007, -0/+17@krebcycle
The dollar has been tanking for years and the UN expects the states to be in recession pretty soon.
So how is it incorrect? - inactive, on 10/30/2007, -2/+19Sorry, dude, I'm not a liberal. In fact I am a real conservative, not like the neocon servants of the Zionists.
I am an American, follower of Jefferson and Washington who knows the Constitution, who knows our history and the history of Islam, Rome, Europe, the Renaissance, our cultural and linguistic roots, and I am dedicated to CONSERVING all that, ergo I am a conservative.
You however are a fascist and you call yourself conservative.
Turn off Fox Lies and read some history. - inactive, on 10/30/2007, -3/+19Hahaha, I love it! This is exactly what that criminal deserves for lying us into unnecessary war, for allowing torture to be conducted inAmsrican military prisons! This criminal will now be stuck in the USA like Milosevich was stuck in Serbia, like Pinochet was stuck in Chile and Videla was stuck in Argentina! Vive la France!!
- SuperMoses, on 10/30/2007, -12/+28C'mon, France won't do anything. Sarkozy probably helped Rumsfeld leave France.
- ManicA, on 10/28/2007, -8/+22and conservatives do?
- CheeseburgerBro, on 10/29/2007, -2/+16That, my good sir, is entirely secondary to the fact that it makes a swinging headline.
- relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -3/+16But the movies sure don't!
- calinazaret, on 10/29/2007, -6/+18Because when I really want the truth, I look to conservative organizations like Fox News, who never fabricate anything.
- sgtpppr, on 10/29/2007, -0/+12The problem with social news is that it puts the burden on the reader to research a story. Unfortunately, we then end up with unconfirmed blog stories with no sources paraded as fact on the front page. Whether or not you hate Rumsfeld, misinformation is still misinformation.
- krebcycle, on 10/30/2007, -2/+13Hard to believe you know how to type.
- thcobbs, on 10/30/2007, -5/+15This is Rumsfeld your are talking about you know.
- BossKey, on 10/30/2007, -3/+13Terrorists tried to blow up World Trade Center at beginning of Clinton administration...terrorists failed.
Terrorists tried again during Bush administration...terrorists succeeded! Bush failed to prevent the attack.
How has Bush made the US more secure again, conservative? - Socratics101, on 10/29/2007, -7/+17Uhm...Bush isn't running for re-election because he's only allowed TWO terms. Assuming he doesn't change that law either. Learn how your own freaking government works, conservative.
- relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -5/+15Oh *****, I'm tripping balls now
- zenoizen, on 10/29/2007, -1/+10Final word from me... Remember this?
"These events occurred on my watch. As Secretary of Defense, I am accountable for them. I take full responsibility," Rumsfeld told the Senate Armed Services Committee.
For whatever that's worth. - maffiou, on 10/29/2007, -3/+11You mean like Bush helped Osama's familly flee after 9/11 ?
Yep, all corrupt... - gmillerd, on 10/29/2007, -1/+9Actually its common, Hissenger has the same problem and after they are after you, you stop going on these visits. The government has to deliver the warrant now that its filed as will the other allied nations.
- roodammy44, on 10/30/2007, -6/+14You smell of human excrement
- roodammy44, on 10/29/2007, -1/+9The state wouldn't let you starve or die from exposure in france if you're a french citizen.
- giveer, on 11/06/2007, -0/+8*AHEM*: "....evil will always *TRIUMPH*, because good is dumb."
Yup. College really paid off. - LordByr0n, on 10/30/2007, -2/+10I sure as hell hope so... but nothing is even going to happen with Rumsfeld.
Someone please please please prove me wrong - TruthWillWin, on 11/01/2007, -5/+13Vive La France!!
Arrest the Neo-con-nazi scum!
There is overwhelming documentation involving all their crimes.. - inactive, on 10/30/2007, -2/+10Please don't call that Fascist a Conservative. Conservatives have a bad name ever since warmongering Fascists have co-opted the name in order to advance their program of militarism and world domination.
- thumperings, on 10/29/2007, -3/+11This is the single most willfully ignorant comment I've read on Digg in a year. A group of the main suspected mass murderer's family is whisked away under the radar and out of the country (figuratively and literally) while there is an entire country wide no fly zone, they were all potential witnesses and posible suspects, and that's the angle you wanna shove out there lol. I see now why this country is going in the toilet.
- SyntraFTW, on 10/29/2007, -1/+8Hmm that sounds like another country I know of...
Oh, its called Canada! - GorfTron, on 10/29/2007, -3/+10That makes Bush dumberer.
- amoirae, on 10/30/2007, -0/+7LA is a land of plastic women.
- Catgofire, on 10/29/2007, -1/+8Is the other half of you American? Because man... then that would really suck (at least in terms of your presidents).
- inactive, on 10/30/2007, -5/+12Exactly. But it's so much easier to wrap a little tin-foil wrapped head around the idea that it's actually "France" and not some extremist partisan group. Reality is never as romantic as "news reports".
