Ron Paul's Stance on the IRS and Federal Income Tax -- Explained

video.google.com — How could we possibly have public education, a highway system, a police force, welfare, medicare/medicaid and all of the other public services we take for granted everyday if we don't pay taxes? It just doesn't make any sense. So why does Ron Paul want to get rid of the IRS, and how is that even possible?
