Very true, that. - inactive, on 09/03/2008, -13/+405This must REALLY have hurt Fox News to air this..........
- mdheinzer, on 09/04/2008, -7/+327Is it me or does Ron Paul just make sense?
- RelientJ, on 09/04/2008, -8/+316Ron did a fantastic job in that interview, and I've got to credit Cavuto for being fair and letting him get a lot of time to speak his mind toward the end of the interview.
- Humdain, on 09/03/2008, -7/+284Damnit Fox you ignore Ron Paul til hes your last hope!
- jana67, on 09/04/2008, -9/+209Nice to hear Ron Paul's voice again!
- morgino, on 09/04/2008, -2/+185Funny thing about Ron Paul, he pretty much says the same thing over and over but I never get tired of hearing it because I am hoping someone else is listening for the first time and will wake up
- brad3378, on 09/04/2008, -2/+159I was there.
The truth is, there wasn't jack ***** going on in St. Paul.
I easily found a free parking spot along the street less than a block from the soldiers & perimeter fence surrounding the RNC.
During the entire weekend, I counted exactly one Mitt Romney bumper sticker and ZERO McCain bumper stickers. (Although I did see one on my 6 hour journey to the twin cities.)
As expected, there was no shortage of Obama or Ron Paul stickers.
I was surprised to see so many Al Franken Yard signs, but yet not one damn McCain sticker.
I work as a Defense Contractor, yet I still have not seen a single McCain sticker on any of the cars of my coworkers. Maybe a Bush '04 sticker or two, but not a McCain sticker. Of us that call ourselves "old school republicans", we seem to have the common belief that we want a candidate that stands for core Republican values - not a loose cannon maverick that belongs back in his cage.
I don't buy the ***** story about the RNC cutting back on the convention due to the hurricane.
They only claimed they cut back on the convention to have an explanation for their lack of support.
I'm very encouraged by the grass roots strength of the Ron Paul crowd.
Despite our "defeat" in the primaries, there was absolutely no letting up in our intensity at the Campaign for Liberty rally.
It's easy to see Obama's writing on the wall in November, but I'm 100% convinced the neocons who hijacked the GOP have a new threat and it's going to be big! - ssmithy, on 09/04/2008, -4/+161With insight like that I wish he was still running.
- inactive, on 09/04/2008, -7/+153google campaign for liberty
- peestandingup, on 09/04/2008, -7/+136Ron Paul is my president.
- inactive, on 09/03/2008, -14/+136Giggle! For once it's not faux news!
- inactive, on 09/04/2008, -25/+138I would love to write Ron Paul in for my nomination, but after seeing Palin's speech tonight, it served to further support my belief that McCain needs to lose this election. Is Obama the best candidate possible? Of course not. But we absolutely cannot let McCain and these Bush-like politics have another four years.
Ron Paul 2012! - inactive, on 09/04/2008, -6/+104What a simple, great, clean message he has.
Napolitano (Fox news) LOVES Paul too
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IgTFHsUjoY - Kent4jmj, on 09/04/2008, -9/+106Your lesser of two evils position betrays fear. Vote your heart and conscience and your vote will never be wasted.
- bearcat8543, on 09/04/2008, -3/+81god, i still dont understand how this guy isnt on the ballot. just absolutely amazes me. anyone with a brain could see that this guy is clearly the best candidate.
- Someprogr, on 09/04/2008, -1/+77RON PAUL 2012
- workingsmart, on 09/04/2008, -7/+69How come every video about ron paul or the media is taken down from youtube? It's pissing me off.
Internet censorship in the USA? - AnarchoGoth, on 09/04/2008, -14/+75I like Ron Paul, but I am really hoping that Jesse Ventura will run in 2012.
- smarusich, on 09/04/2008, -2/+59He still has my vote, and yeah, some may call it wasted, but i think it would be more of a waste not to vote for him.
- brjohnson789, on 09/04/2008, -10/+65Hear that you Obama lovers? There is no difference between him and McCain on the important issues! Get it through your thick skulls!!!
- lennybird, on 09/04/2008, -0/+49I suppose I am one of those people. I was on digg during the major Ron Paul craze, but was not interested at the time, nor did I actually view any of his videos (I didn't make a decision between any of the candidates at the time). After watching just a few videos regarding Ron Paul, he was our real hope for change. I hope he tries to run again in 2012.
He doesn't seem shady like, especially, McCain. He also seems more confident in what he's talking about. He's one old guy I'd be willing to elect. - btschul, on 09/04/2008, -3/+49Paul/Ventura '08
- inactive, on 09/04/2008, -4/+48Great job Ron Paul!!!! The more media the better. Look for more from Ron Paul this guy is going places!
- klitzbtc, on 09/04/2008, -3/+43Hey Fox News, what the ***** is "Rostock '08" .... I'm pretty sure it's "Ronstock '08'.
Can't you asswipes get anything right? - Vesuvias, on 09/04/2008, -1/+39Well said... he just. makes. sense. =)
- Bilabrin, on 09/04/2008, -2/+40It seems Kavuto is being less of a prick to the good Dr. these days. Maybe people will catch on after all....eventually.
- MCGEEST, on 09/04/2008, -3/+39RON PAUL would have been far better than the morons running in the GOP today!

Watch Rove, O'Reilly, fox and others make complete fools of themselves over Palin.. HILARIOUS!
Palin the reformer!
Palin is #1 when it comes to pork barrel spending.
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/ ...
Disgracefull, in a time of soaring revenues for Alaska due to high oil prices paid for by Americans she takes your hard earned money twice. And leaves you with a deficit of cartoony proportions.
It sure does make her popular back home though!
But she still managed to leave her town of 6000 people, a $5 million budget and NO debt with a $22 million debt. She fired city employees for not 'supporting her' tried to censor the library and fire the librarian when she did not comply, supported the bridge to nowhere before it became a national joke but still took the earmark money, ran a 527 for Ted Stevens and her husband used to be a member of the Alaska secessionist party which she attended and she is under investigation for the firing of a state trooper for doing his job.
Great reform record! - Bilabrin, on 09/04/2008, -4/+38Yeah, vote for a 3rd party candidate like Barr so they can get a higher vote total and not have to work so hard to get on the ballot next time around.
- thedogfatherx, on 09/04/2008, -6/+39Typical voter. Vote against the other person or out of fear. This is why a lot of American voters are retarded. You should vote straight on the issues at hand.
- MWeather, on 09/04/2008, -0/+31Didn't he just announce (thinly veiled) that he's running in 2012?
- btschul, on 09/04/2008, -2/+33PAUL/VENTURA '12, I mean.
- inactive, on 09/04/2008, -4/+34And getting buried on Digg. Political censorship.
- KingGorilla, on 09/04/2008, -1/+31As 70+ old man I hope he lives to be 100. Hopefully he will run in 2012. After taking away my hamster and both dogs, death owes me one.
- macwac, on 09/04/2008, -2/+32Make sure you watch Ron Paul's speech from Rally from The Republic as well as Jessie Ventura. Kick ass speeches!
- WayneCA, on 09/04/2008, -0/+30Eventually the Republican party will have to listen to Ron Paul. He has a following that isn't going away and the Republican party has two choices: shun them or cater to them. It's in the party's best interests to cater to them and that's why there's been negotiations to try to get Ron Paul to endorse John McCain in the last few days. What the party doesn't understand is that Ron Paul's people won't follow McCain even with an endorsement unless the message changes drastically. I hope this leads to a shift in the Republican party.. probably won't, but I can hope.
- jec68, on 09/04/2008, -2/+32It's called strategic voting and it maximizes his influence under the current system. Google "true majority voting" to investigate a system that allows people like Paul to have a shot.
- oldhick, on 09/04/2008, -1/+30For the few diggers that aren't idiots out there, there is no such thing as "thrown away vote". Every legit vote counts. Vote for Barr, for Paul, for Nader. Don't get caught up in this stupid game that the two parties want you to play.
You see, while a third party candidate may not win this election or next, the more votes that go towards third parties, the more power and influence they begin to have.
Obama has nothing in common with Libertarian views. He's big government, big spending, pro-Isreal, pro-Fed Reserve, pro-Iraq, pro-Afghanistan, pro-Patriot Act. - inactive, on 09/04/2008, -1/+30Ron Paul is not going away. He reminds me of the prophet crying in the wilderness telling us all that disaster is on the way unless we get our financial house in order. Well done.
- trentasaurus, on 09/04/2008, -3/+32gimme a break, obama totally flipped on the whole FISA thing once he was nominated.
- UnstableMind, on 09/04/2008, -0/+28I didn't get that from it, I think it was a joke just like they were kidding when he got in to the convention center. Basically his own party doesn't want him near there.
- JDenigma, on 09/04/2008, -5/+33Hey, is that YOU? John Titor? The John Titor? ;-)
So, how's the world shaping up? ;-) - chadisawesome, on 09/04/2008, -1/+29this is so true
- Arcueid01, on 09/04/2008, -4/+32Yeah Ron Paul hits it on the head again and he himself says that there is almost no difference between republicans and democrats. That isn't much of a surprise at all to me. However, most of the brainwashed bitches on the planet are like WTF yes there is. I was watching something on TV the other day and I heard some stupid little girl who probably thought she was so smart talking about how she was concerned about abortion etc. I was just blown right over.
We have a failing national economy, the dollar is in shambles, our civil liberties are being pissed out the window faster than Bush can say something stupid by both Obama, McCain, and Bush (Yeah Obama really ***** us on the FISA amendment) and so on, yet all this dumb bitch can talk about is abortion? News flash that ***** was decided already by the court not once but twice. Roe v Wade and the Carey case which affirmed Roe and shirted from the trimester approach to the viability approach. It is a dead issue. We need to focus like Ron Paul says on the issues that are of grave importance because if we do not it will have dire consequences.
Why is it that we think that we can deviate from our forefather's teachings? Do we really believe that we know more about governmental tyranny than they did? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! - goffy59, on 09/04/2008, -3/+31I'm voting for Ron. If I can't, I simply won't vote :).
- dweast, on 09/04/2008, -0/+28i cant believe i enjoyed something that was on fox news!! that's a first
- SkullAndXBones, on 09/04/2008, -7/+34Wow...This was fair and balanced. WTF?
- hellokitty101, on 09/04/2008, -0/+27He still has my vote as well, and I could care less about the people who consider it a "waste".
It's a "waste" to vote for the slightly more bearable of just two options out of fear that a third, fourth, etc. candidate won't actually get elected. With a mentality like that, of course they won't, and they haven't been thus far.
Instead, the two major parties have become lazier and more and more similar to one another. Neither the Democratic nor Republican party have any real incentive to reform or progress, because all they have to do is convince less than half of all Americans that they are just a liiiiiiiittle bit better than the other.
So, yeah. Personally, I think it's a waste to vote to maintain an inept status quo because you're afraid to put your vote where your mouth is and actively seek change. - kelmaster1, on 09/04/2008, -2/+28It was really odd of Fox to let someone speak for an period of time without interrupting them. I think some people at fox were tired of so much *****.
- jasoninoakland, on 09/04/2008, -0/+25It's nice to hear someone who actually espouses conservative principles, instead of Dixiecrat/populist ones and calling themselves a Republican.
I'm a Democrat - I can respect a conservative (but not necessarily agree). I can *not* respect, in any way, the bastardization called today's Republican. -
