- Humptydank, on 01/30/2008, -5/+13-- "He has made a loud statement to the GOP throughout his campaign." --
That loud statement being:
"I AM NOT WIDELY RESPECTED" - soulmantim, on 01/30/2008, -10/+18Ron Paul was smart and didn't campaign in Florida because it was winner take all. He knew most of the others would pour millions into Florida and fail to win any delegates in the process. If you've been following Paul, he's been in Maine for the last few days, and he's going to win Maine.
He'll also be the only one (except for Romney) that has cash to keep going after "super duper Tuesday". - chaosium, on 01/30/2008, -1/+8Yes this is true. Your mother has many polls in her, and many more to go XxtraLarGe.
- reed311, on 01/30/2008, -4/+11Yeah, but it's because Florida hates freedom; just like the terrorists. Right guys?
- GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -3/+10K, I will let you know as soon as I realize how incredibly misinformed I am so I can send you a picture so you can see the look on my face.
If the rp spam stops, we all stop. It isn't a matter of importance of the subject it is the annoying nature in which it is spammed. - inactive, on 01/30/2008, -10/+16TO THE RON PAUL TEAM:
Don't be discouraged by Fla results.
If proportional delegate were allocation, Paul would've advertised in Florida fiercely.
But since Rudy worked to get Fla to be "WINNER-TAKES-ALL-DELEGATES"
Paul's is just letting the other candidates kill 1 another off & go broke doing , as he works other states (brilliant strategy).
It'll truly be a marvelous day for Paul as we'll probably be down to 3 or 4 candidates at day's end.
UPDATE RUDY IS DROPING OUT!!!!!! 4 LEFT.....RP2008 - inactive, on 01/30/2008, -8/+14How did your candidate do tonight, Minarchian?
- artdeco42, on 01/30/2008, -12/+18Hey - you can roll over and give up on liberty if you want to live in a police state, but don't think the rest of us are a bunch a wimps like you. Just stay the hell out of the way so you don't get run over.
- GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -1/+7I wish RP supporters would make up their mind, it does matter/it doesn't matter, which is it?
- COINTELPROAgent, on 01/30/2008, -1/+7Ehh... was that supposed to be a mom joke?
- GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -2/+8I do not need a crystal ball to see that RP is *****
- GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -1/+7They have tiny feet
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -4/+10Another internet tough guy heard from. *yawn*
- mmmmmbiscuits, on 01/30/2008, -3/+9"Just stay the hell out of the way so you don't get run over."
Run over by what? The minivan you borrowed from your mom tonight? - mmmmmbiscuits, on 01/30/2008, -4/+10"He has made a loud statement to the GOP throughout his campaign"
I AM NOT AN ANIMAL! I AM A HUMAN BEING!!! - Hortnon, on 01/30/2008, -1/+6The Republicans hate McCain so much that they vote for him in the primaries!
Did you honestly think that was true when you wrote it? - GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -4/+9According to Tardnation that wasn't an excuse for the other candidates in Nevada when RP took second, it isn't an excuse when RP gets just over 3% in Florida.
- Minarchian, on 01/30/2008, -17/+22Ok....Everyone stop fighting for freedom and liberty!
Floridians don't like the Constitution so we need to give up!
Jeesh, get over it dude.
We're in it for the long haul. We knew Florida is the hot bed of neo-cons and alligators. - COINTELPROAgent, on 01/30/2008, -1/+6This is a mom joke.
- Hortnon, on 01/30/2008, -1/+6I must know, how will Ron Paul stop a depression?
- GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -2/+7Feel free to do whatever you wish after the election my friend. And who are you to say I cannot do both? Maybe I will even start doing them at the same time to display my leet skillz.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -2/+6It doesn't matter now because he's done.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -0/+4Goatroper, you have been in rare form tonight. These two comments may have ruined me for the night....
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -3/+7The nomination will not be decided on super Tuesday but it will be down to two people and one of them won't be Ron Paul.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -8/+12More like a fart in church and just about as welcome. There aren't enough Ron Paul supporters to make a difference in the general election.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -5/+8"WINNER-TAKES-ALL-DELEGATES"... 2nd place means nothing... 57 delegates goes to the 1st place guy..
Rudy is D_O_N_E ... Huck is broke... the republicans hate McCain... plus hes broke... after super Tuesday there will still be about 1/2 the country to vote yet... RP will be in this all the way... mitt will have to buy his own ticket there.... plus he would never beat any of the Dem's....
here's a dollar... go buy a clue....!!!!!!!!!
http://news.yahoo.com/election/2008/dashboard/?d=F ... - inactive, on 01/30/2008, -6/+9The first time I mentioned your lack of intellect I was just joking but you're really not very smart, are you?
- jameshwood, on 01/30/2008, -5/+8Well let's see, As a 100% service connected disable American Veteran and retired NCO let me say that MC insane is a traitor and he knows and many service men know it.
Now to Dr. Ron Paul, you better pray to what ever God you pray to that he does win. If he doesn't then you better know how to grow a garden and how to live without electricity because you will learn what it means to say the word depression. Fools like you have come along throughout history and have allowed tyrants to rule fools like you.
Ron Paul is my President and to hell with you if you think any different! I will be donating $500.00 on the 1st of Feb for our money bomb, so chew on that for a while! - chaosium, on 01/30/2008, -3/+6"So David why do you spend every waking hour of your life fighting Ron Paul supporters on Digg.com? You're what, 51 years old? That's just pathetic."
How does it feel to be an impotent failure this early in life? - thecoolestguy, on 01/30/2008, -3/+6EricAugu wants to be drafted and pay 30% income tax for the rest of his life by his elitest leaders.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -2/+5"Rudy is D_O_N_E ... Huck is broke... the republicans hate McCain... plus hes broke... after super Tuesday there will still be about 1/2 the country to vote yet... here's a dollar... go buy a clue....!!!!!!!!!"
There's a reason they tell you not to drink the bong water... - inactive, on 01/30/2008, -3/+6So, Ron Paul is going to win the nomination then? His North Dakota on Super Tuesday strategy is taking him all the way???
Come on, let's hear you say he is going to win the nomination. Let's hear you say he is going to win even ONE of the top nine states.
Go on the record! - notmike721, on 01/30/2008, -15/+17God I wish this article could make it to the front page.
- Weeping, on 01/30/2008, -1/+3onetimer = money grubbing socialist!
- thecoolestguy, on 01/30/2008, -1/+3hey tax-dollars-for-Israel, which of the Republican candidates do you prefer to Ron Paul?
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -5/+7My Constitution has room for womens rights, gays treated equally, big business not getting a pass, the church NOT being more powerful than the government, the 14th amendment left alone, SCOTUS Constitutional rights not being stepped on, no special laws forcing God into my life, just to name a few.
But hey, your buzzwords and ***** are SO POWERFUL! 4 delegates worth of power. 4% in South Carolina and 3% in Florida powerful! Dead and buried after Super Tuesday powerful! Ignored by rational, thinking people powerful! - djcraw17, on 01/30/2008, -9/+11Let's see. You are so sure that Ron Paul has no chance yet you took time out of your life to comment on a blog site. Seems to me you wouldn't have bothered if Ron Paul were so unimportant. IF Ron Paul does not make a change for our nation, I cannot wait to see the look on faces of those such as yourself when you realize how incredibly misinformed and gullible you are! You will be getting exactly WHO you deserve! It's nice to note also how all the OTHER candidates are now clamoring for delegates by quoting Ron Paul on the issues! Do I believe ANY of them?? NOT EVEN for a nano-second!
- mvfipher, on 01/30/2008, -3/+4Florida doesn't mean anything. There are still loads more states to go. I'll wait 'till Super Tuesday to start wondering if he's going to make it or not.

Vineyard Haven, MA - GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -9/+10What difference does it make that RP stays in? Doesn't it just prove that he isn't bright enough to know when to get out?
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -2/+3Pro-tip:
He won't. - chip420, on 01/30/2008, -4/+5And 9u11ani fell for it and spent himself into oblivion.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -3/+4Oh, so his 3% is OK because he didn't campaign right. HEY GUYS, HIS POOR FINISH IS EXCUSABLE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T CAMPAIGN THERE.
Wait... so are you telling me then all the times the paul supports have lorded paul's victory over giuliani in the states that HE didn't campaign in (all the previous ones), it's because they didn't' realize how smart giuliani was?
Sorry buddy, I can tell you right now that uncle paul isn't going to win Maine. EVEN if he places second, it's because he wasted time campaigning in a NON super tuesday state while the others were. It's not impressive, just as his 4 to 1 defeat by Romney in Maine wasn't impressive. - GoatRoper, on 01/30/2008, -3/+4With all due respect to your military service my guess is that you suffered a head injury, RP will NOT be the next president no matter how much praying you do to your god.
- Scheissen, on 01/30/2008, -3/+4Democrapts think the election is a horse race. If someone doesn't seem to have a viable chance at winning then they support the least evil of the candidates and I would rather vote for freedom.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -2/+3He's not going to win in any of the other states either. Believe it.
- inactive, on 01/30/2008, -4/+5But..BUt... He finished in front of the 9HOUL1AN1, rightt?? right???
No?
LoOOKS like FlORIDA HATESS FREEEDOM!!!! PAuL WILL WIN IN MIANE U JUST WATCH U CANT STOP THe RLOVEUtion WHOOOOOO - inactive, on 01/31/2008, -1/+1He will still spread his message, and I bet that is important enough to him to make the effort to stay in. The dropouts gave up on spreading their cause when they saw that their chances of winning were very poor. In other words, their cause was becoming the president, not spreading their message.
- thecoolestguy, on 01/30/2008, -1/+1STFU alwaysarete
- card51short, on 01/30/2008, -3/+3you're kidding me...one of these clowns is over the age of 40 and still on here calling people poopy heads all day?
You gotta be joking me...old men should not be inviting all this conflict...may have a heart attack or something.
Cmon, man...we don't want you to die over your hate for Ron Paul and the Middle Eastern people. Go pop some Cialis and enjoy the last few years of your life. - inactive, on 01/31/2008, -1/+1I think it is closer to 10% nation wide, and we have not hit the super conservative mid west. Besides, he smacked the others in funding. I guarantee he will not go out unnoticed by the GOP.
Stop blowing up innocent Middle Easteners, you are going deaf. -
