- TheTaoOfBill, on 01/06/2008, -24/+311Remember what Ron Paul says at the end. This revolution will continue. With or without Ron Paul. We will take the government back and force them to read the constitution. More people will listen when they see our country fall apart further. Whether a democrat or republican gets in we are in deep deep *****. Even if Ron Paul gets in we are in for some heavy times. This movement will only push forward the worse our country gets and eventually we will have strict constitutionalists in government. We must not give up.
Ron Paul is the begining not the ending. The revolution will continue. - etherreal, on 01/06/2008, -12/+214He actually comes across as the most educated of any candidate when you give him a few minutes to sit down and talk for a while. Unlike McCain, Fred, and Guils who laugh from the heart of their ignorance.
- Guitarzan, on 01/06/2008, -5/+194I love the "lets go shooting people" thing about murderers. Made me lol.
- DaviDaviDaviD, on 01/06/2008, -9/+145Hey Rudy......4%.
- Strongo, on 01/06/2008, -17/+130and what Rudy/Thompson/Huck/Romney/Clinton/Obama/Edwards isn't repetitive?
- Treason, on 01/06/2008, -6/+110It's called consistency, he sticks by his word.
- cl2yp71c, on 01/06/2008, -8/+110I truly hated the republican debates yesterday because whenever Paul spoke, all the reps would just laugh at his outrageous ideas(cough*).
If anyone votes Republican, and it isn't for Ron Paul, they might need to consider some institutionalized care. - TracerBulletNPI, on 01/06/2008, -7/+81Sure, but he's got to say it. Those are his views and intentions. He's got to say those things to get his message to as many people as possible. And really that's all that happens in the debates. They talk about a lot of the same issues, over and over again...
I liked the Fred Thomson bit, which clearly shows he's unsure on the concept. I'm not certain what his background is beyond that TV show, but I wonder why he patronizes an economist with RP's background when speaking about the economy. - badassninja, on 01/06/2008, -8/+76Bush says they attacked us because they hate our freedom and our wealth.
Bush has done more then anyone to destroy our constructional freedoms. He has put taps on our phones. He has put taps on our internet. My surfing habits, emails and IM's are way more personal than any of my phone calls. Under a act that he passed not to long ago, me quoting the Constitution could mark me as a terrorist. The same Constitution that he vowed to up hold.
Bush's out of control spending on the never ending war on terror has caused the US dollar to drastically drop in worth. That means that all people in the USA are now drastically poorer then before he was in office. He is destroying our wealth.
So who hates freedom? Who hates our wealth? It's the person who is attacking both. He has done far more damage to both then men with box knifes ever could.
As it's said in half of the rounds of counter strike, "terrorists win."
Ron Paul 2008. - sdigroup, on 01/06/2008, -12/+79Intelligent, humble, passionate, An American through and through......WOW! I would like to hear any one of the other candidates throw down a legit response like Dr. Paul. All I hear from the other morrons is 9/11 this terror..blah b;lah blah.....What about a guideline of what they plan on doing on saving our country from bad times...I have yet to see it,.....Ron Paul FTW!
- knodi, on 01/07/2008, -8/+74Every other republican candidate is a joke compared to Ron Paul.
- SoulDesigner, on 01/06/2008, -18/+84good interview.....
- kwansolo, on 01/06/2008, -2/+67i'm glad wolf blitzer gives ron paul a fair shake. when he's actually given time to explain his positions i don't see how anyone can argue.
- SRSco, on 01/06/2008, -0/+60Fred Thompson is an idiot.
- NightVortez, on 01/06/2008, -2/+57Well he bought an hour of TV.
- kpmoore, on 01/06/2008, -7/+59He's repetitive because he believes his ideas are crucial to the future of this country and he's trying to get through to as many Americans as possible.
- CloseTheCode, on 01/06/2008, -22/+74I tried to fight the seemingly never ending amount of Ron Paul spam surging across the internet, but I failed, and now i've decided to join you all. RON PAUL FTW!!!
- michelsonmorley, on 01/06/2008, -4/+52And how many people even know any candidates positions anyways? There's a reason he's repetitive.
- chupavacas, on 01/06/2008, -6/+54And yet they still don't get it.
- greenspikefrog, on 01/06/2008, -6/+52Great Interview. I look forward to New Hampshire making their mark on this election. "Live free or die!"
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -11/+54Notice how all anti-Ron Paul posts resort to name-calling, mis information, and guilt by association. Threats and intimidation. Very few people have cogent rebuttals to his positions, which can be argued in a statesman like fashion, since they are sweeping and institution changing, but they choose instead to be insulting.
Calling RP supporters crack-pots, even the candidate himself regrettable names is very telling, and ignorance personified. Ron Paul is a veteran congressman with unimpeachable credentials and an accomplished doctor who has delivered a thousand babies. Who are you? What have you done? What do you know besides what you are told to say?
Show some well deserved respect to a man who has accomplished infinitely more for the human condition than you, who is a true public servant, healer and veteran. - inactive, on 01/07/2008, -5/+48My first reaction to this is wow he is a genius, then i wake up and realize no, everyone else around him is just complete retards, the only reason these idiots even get so much as a job sweeping floors is because they are good talkers and they know people.
Ron Paul - normal person surrounded by imbeciles with good communication skills.
I really can't understand how he keeps so calm. If it were me I would jump through the tv screen and strangle these morons. - kpmoore, on 01/06/2008, -6/+48Great interview, but what is he doing with all his raised money anyway?
- rootnik, on 01/07/2008, -4/+43What a pompous ass Thompson has turned out to be.
- minorthreat, on 01/07/2008, -7/+45Listening to RP always reminds me I still have hope.
- LloydBentsen, on 01/06/2008, -6/+43hookers.
- iChopPryde, on 01/06/2008, -14/+50Ron Paul for President 2008! he has my vote!
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -4/+40Laughing at him is their only response - there's no possible rebuttal to someone who makes perfect sense.
- dizilbdog, on 01/06/2008, -5/+40He Makes so much Sense it scares People. Though I think most of the other Republican Nominees Ron Paul should use some of his money to Send them back to School and Give them a "Real" History lesson about what America has done to other countries. It's amazing how the other Republican's can just look in the Camera and "Lie" and say America has never meddled in any one elses affair, that is scary..
- vawksel, on 01/06/2008, -3/+35Yeah, it gets boring with a candidate who doesn't flip flop every week and say entirely different things contradicting themselves into oblivion.. I agree.
- TWGMichael, on 01/06/2008, -6/+37It costs US taxpayers 1 billion dollars a week to keep troops in Iraq. It costs 1 trillion dollars a year to maintain over 500,000 US troops stationed around the world occupying allies like Germany and Japan. This is the American Empire. How can we afford to keep dumping money on the world in the form of military bases while New Orleans drowns, California burns and 12 million illegal immigrants pour across our borders? Bring those troops home. Bring that money home.
- Adrian540, on 01/06/2008, -4/+32The others don't sound repetitive because they keep flip flopping their positions.
- nymphetamine, on 01/06/2008, -6/+32And babies. Face it people, he eats them. WAKE UP!
- mickcn, on 01/06/2008, -2/+23Hes showing the american people he, for one, knows how not to go in debt.
- lvp1138, on 01/06/2008, -4/+25If you now consider it "obvious" then congratulations. You are now an educated American.
- Nosnevets02, on 01/07/2008, -2/+21I'd say any basic economic 101 class tells you that government intervention into a market always increases prices and promotes inefficiency...
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -2/+20No joke i made that exact same argument to some retard bush follower before I even heard it from ron paul, of course now like another 10 ideas i can think of, people will think i'm repeating what ron paul said when i tell people that. Oh yeah and when I said it I got comments like, "your too young to understand". I ***** hate people.
- nicholai, on 01/06/2008, -12/+29Buried for "Hortnon".
- Sterango, on 01/07/2008, -5/+21he was pretty solid in that interview
- masgrada, on 01/07/2008, -4/+20At least it isn't
terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism 911 terrorism
like the rest of the candidates. - d03boy, on 01/07/2008, -2/+18How is Obama going to solve our debt issue?
- Clp727, on 01/07/2008, -7/+22This guy is the ONLY Republican that could possibly win the election in my opinion. I suspect that most people have grown tired of the GOP based on the last 7 years.
- Petrarch1603, on 01/07/2008, -4/+19then why the hell did he vote to EXTEND the patriot act??
- TheTaoOfBill, on 01/06/2008, -8/+23Don't worry ncurses. You'll come around too once your precious democrats spend us out of existence.
- Nosnevets02, on 01/07/2008, -3/+18I dunno, sounds pretty good to me. I think the crackpots are the ones that want to suck on the tit of the government instead of making decisions for themselves.
- inactive, on 01/06/2008, -4/+19Hopefully his son will run in the future as well.
- KennMac, on 01/07/2008, -3/+18This is where you're being a little egocentric. You're forgetting that these are NOT nationwide ads. These commercials are bought and paid for locally and broadcasted locally. When he's campaigning in your area, I'm sure you'll hear plenty about him on the TV and radio.
- Minutemanjones, on 01/07/2008, -1/+14Could somebody please tell me why Fred Thompson even ran for president. He doesn't even seem to be able to make a coherent statement about anything.
- Vigilo, on 01/06/2008, -22/+35Ron is saving his money for an independent run. You think he is stupid enough to blow all the money on the Republican nomination? He needs to run as Republican to get in debates but when all is said and done he will be running as independent.
- vawksel, on 01/06/2008, -4/+17ncurses, I'll help him. Infact, millions will help in making sure it continues.
