Dr. Paul totally frustrated his attempt at this, with calm, measured, intelligent responses. After 16 years of emotionally immature men (or, should I say "boys?") in the White House, we desperately need the calm wisdom and stability that Dr. Paul would bring to the office.
- Infinite84, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Hey man that can be a self fulfilling prophecy if you advertise it like that, you never know what could happen if Paul gets in front of millions on live tv & they all hear what he has to say. You know he will own everyone in the debates so just stay positive & let's push this. Clinton's followers aren't running around saying she has no chance.
- UTHTURN, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I've been listening to Ron Paul years. He is a well-spoken and highly intelligent man. I think life wold be alot better if he were elected but it would not be long till you heard the shot.
- zwsnipboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5WOW those were not questions.
Bill really decided to waste Ron's evening. With so much to talk about (ie: WAR!!!!, Habeas Corpus, etc) Bill decided to chat about things that even if Ron were to be elected he couldn't do with a swipe of a pen. What a waste of time. Too bad Bill didn't take the time to talk about Ron's vision for America. Bill also didn't congratulate Ron on winning the Tax Payers Friend Award (http://tinyurl.com/2ha6yw ). I guess Bill decided Ron's opinion on how the civil war could of been avoided and settled in a peaceful resoultion to free the slaves was more important. Damn Bill, I thought you were going to ask some tough questons.
Brief Overview of Congressman Paul's Record
* He has never voted to raise taxes.
* He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
* He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
* He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
* He has never taken a government-paid junket.
* He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
* He voted against the Patriot Act.
* He voted against regulating the Internet.
* He voted against the Iraq war.
* He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
* He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.
Let me get this straight. When other nations sponsor terrorism they are wrong, when the CIA does it, hell it's ok?? Interesting read: http://tinyurl.com/ysxm5s - rasier, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4RON PAUL 2008!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7He kicked Billy blow jobs ass real good.
I wish Mr. Paul had any hope at a fair run.
But it's the democrats turn and Miss Clinton is the anointed turd in line. - specsaregood, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2He may be a "lame duck" but the end result is the man will VETO all new unconsitutional bills the senate and house sends his way. Look at it this way, with Ron Paul as president for just 4 years, they aren't going to have much of a chance to steal anymore of your civil liberties. And imagine if he starts using the Executive Order power. Freedom here we come! Tell everyone you know in REAL LIFE to research him, then let them make their minds up.

Which candidates cabinet do you have in mind? - Dudeee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Ron Paul might actually get me to register to vote I've been delaying because I always feel we have no say in who's president and who ever is most popular and richest aka Clinton and Obama will win.
and thanks to bush republicans don't have a very good name. - Cwo655321, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xo6KIusCBoU
- tiredofthelies, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I would have never voted republican a few years ago but my Left Right paradigm has been shattered. I Think Ron Paul is probably the best candidate for President. I think that the biggest problem is that if you vote for Ron Paul he will be a Lame Duck because people are still caught in the Left Right thing. and people are sick of Republicans and will probably vote in a Democratic Senate and house? I don't know Jack. But I do believe in voting your consciousness not basing it on what you think is popular sentiment. I Will not vote for either of the big money phonies IE. Hillary and Oboma. How ridiculous it is to hear about how much money they raised as if that qualifies them for presidency. That is just sick. I would argue that it disqualifies them because they are accepting large sums from powerful corporations etc.
- clayhughes, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5RON PAUL for president!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THAT WASN'T A BAD INTERVIEW, BILL WAS NOT TOO BAD. GO RON PAUL. - gmason08, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You nailed it brother.
- xtmno3, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2@clay: Interesting use of capslock. YOU MAKE EVERYTHING IN CAPITALS EXCEPT for the important piece (AS I SEE IT). METHINKS YOU NEED TO proofread YOUR COMMENTS BEFORE YOU HIT SUBMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Ahazi, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0REALLY bad tagline. I thought it was a rather interesting interview that portrayed RP in a better light. I still wouldn't vote for him because I consider alot of his ideas to be headed in the wrong direction, but I would think that he would do an amazing job at helping the country at the cabinet level.
- dshPls, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2Here's proof of the truther/Ron Paul connection. Bury away!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+1One freaking TV interview and you're ready to do this guy? The masses are asses.
