    Dr. Paul gives a whole new meaning to the term "faith-based currency". If everyone believes Monopoly game money is real money, then I guess it is real. But if even one person comes along and points out it is just a little piece of paper that cost next to nothing to print, then we have a perspective. A scary perspective.

If he had come down on the correct side, a central bank would be easily circumvented. The biggest dissapointment I've ever read in a historical account.

    Jackson should have let South Carolina's Ordinance of Nullification stand. That would have been awesome precedent for states' rights, especially looking back from where we are today.

    But, come on now, that does not discount the good things he did...

On the republican side Ron Paul would have been this person except the establishment that controls the GOP did NOT want Ron Paul so they kept him out or insulted him into oblivion.
