Kind of ironic the guy "for protecting the constitution" actually has no interest at all in protecting it against the high crimes and misdemeanors the Bush and Cheney have done to this country and the constitution.

    He supports investigations into their behavior. I think he is prudent to want hard evidence before jumping to conclusions.
