- BohicaTwentyTwo, on 03/24/2008, -6/+24For some odd reason, I don't have a problem with this.
- Dan2263165, on 03/24/2008, -5/+17well I seriously doubt he'll be getting 100 million. Maybe $20,000
- SpaceMonkeyZero, on 03/24/2008, -3/+14What are you smoking?
- flohoff60, on 03/24/2008, -9/+20The America people are being fooled by a controlled media who decides your elections. I would love to see Paul rake in a cool
100 million and give McCain and Hillary a run for the money, - Hortnon, on 03/24/2008, -8/+16Probably less.
- silentboom, on 03/24/2008, -5/+13You think it's foolish to defend our constitution? The only April's fool is you for believing the garbage being told to you. Our Constitution and nation is the one time in history that a nation has been free and we were able to maintian that until they started playing with the money. Your extremely ignorant, I suggest you educate yourself before your freedom is totally gone and we will welcome you back after you see the error of your ways.
- voterp, on 03/24/2008, -11/+18You shouldn't have a problem most of the mainstream media and the people who follow it are fools for thinking he is not in the race.
FOOLED YA HE IS!! - inactive, on 03/24/2008, -6/+13I can't believe that these people are serious! Dugg!
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -3/+10Well, just do what the folks on RonPaulForums were advocating, and have people who haven't maxed out put a napkin on ebay for $2,300, with the promise that "all proceeds will go to the ron paul campaign".
The FEC is just another wasteful extension of the federal government! - shawnoel, on 03/24/2008, -5/+12Yeah baby! Ron Paul all the way! It doesn't make a whole lot of difference who gets the nomination(get being the keyword) because Ron Paul has inspired and encouraged a group of individuals to join in the process who believe in individual liberty and fiscal responsibility. As someone stated earlier, it's the delegates that count....not Joe Shmo who votes at the primary. I personally have been to the precinct and county conventions where we passed resolutions that empower Ron Paul's platform.....which means that John McCain will have to run on the party platform if we get enough resolutions passed in each state. We have delegates from the county moving up the ladder to the LD convention coming up. April Fools Money Bomb dot com. Spread the word and don't forget to donate April 1st!!!
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -4/+10These submission always have more comments than diggs. It's only funny when there are fewer than 10 diggs and more than 100 comments.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -5/+11True? BWAH! Come on, post a link that says Ron Paul won all the Missouri delegates for the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, of the Republican party.
When you can't, will YOU are wrong, or slink away? I'd appreciate it if you call yourself a stupid sheeple troll... - PowerPaulPayOff, on 03/24/2008, -2/+8Can I give $5,000.00? The FEC laws don't matter, do they?
- thenativeraver, on 03/24/2008, -5/+11I donated to $500.00 ron paul!
/April fools! - clintontj72, on 03/24/2008, -1/+6OMG! I finally agree with you on something onetimer..."The FEC is just another wasteful extension of the federal government!"
- fadeout, on 03/24/2008, -6/+11How appropriate. I don't know what's funnier, the date or this having more comments than diggs as of right now...
- throughtheblack, on 03/24/2008, -3/+8Ron Paul's political agenda IS the Constitution!
- throughtheblack, on 03/24/2008, -1/+6The "finish line" isn't until September. No one could possibly have crossed it yet! Granted, someone could have quite a lead and appear to be likely to cross it first, but the race is not over. Besides, hundreds of his delegates are now void since he broke his own campaign financing laws. Delegates from states where he got on the ballot because of the FEC matching funds program are no longer his. He no longer has enough to "clinch" the nomination.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -7/+12Missouri is a winner-takes-all state, is it not? Aren't the delegates required to vote for who the constituents voted for in their precinct? Could you show me some evidence that paul has the majority of the states delegates?
- vault, on 03/24/2008, -4/+9But there's not enough unpledged delegates for Paul to beat McCain regardless?
- rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Hey now dont be posting facts like that when the TROLL FORCE has taken over a post. They hate that. You must just be silent and watch them be jerks to everyone who contradicts them. But notice how they had no comment to make. That is pretty much what were about Integrity trumps ***** in most cases.
- SpaceMonkeyZero, on 03/24/2008, -8/+12http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/index.asp
Seriously... Obama and Clinton both have raised over 360 million COMBINED, and McCain has raised almost 70 mil without even trying.
Paul has raised $34 mil TOTAL. IF your math skills tell you that $34 mil is more than $430 mil, then I think your math teacher back in 2nd grade needs to be punched in the face. - rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Lol whos got their head up their ass? Comparing current fundraising trends really isnt fair when you consider the fact the media controls the opinions of people like you. Theres been nothing but a steady stream of Obama Clinton Mccain drama for 3 months at least now. None of those candidates have anything to say about monetary policy. Therefore they are a non-threat to the status quo. And yeah the NAU you ignorant *****. Why do you think it's almost like the fed and their lapdogs are ***** up the economy on purpose? Because they are! Thats why only the candidate who will serve their needs gets attention from the media they own. Stupid Stupid Stupid. Hook line and sinker *****.
- mdonato, on 03/24/2008, -3/+7Not to McCain.
- keltin, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Likewise, B22.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -3/+7I am glad Ron Paul stayed in the race despite having no chance at winning, and I agree with his reasoning for doing so. Only time will tell if it has paid off.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -6/+10You would, of course, support a group of White Supremacists doing the same thing. Or a group wanting to change the Repbulican party platform to a communist/Socialist platform, right?
You know, a group denying a STATE it's right of choice, so they can promote their own agenda. You have no problem with that, as your actions in Missouri demonstrate. - peltecs, on 03/25/2008, -3/+7When one realizes that the traitors and sellouts in Congress are passing bills that would fund the illegal Iraq war, simultaneously putting into motion a REAL ID that may have the ability to track every American with GPS...there is absolutely no other choice to spend your political money on. McCain wants to start World War III and Obama wants to give illegals driver's licenses (because he secretly hates America)...and Hitlery is an AIPAC lackey and about as prinicpled as a $2 whore. So go ahead an be proud your candidate won. America is going to turn into one big facist sh*thole in the next years if we don't do something about it.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -3/+7Prove me wrong, rontard. I corrected this idiot (multiple times), and i'll be glad to correct your idiotic statements as well.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -6/+10So you are purposely trying to subvert the will of the populace, ignore the wishes of the people of the state, and insert yourself in a dictatorial fashion?
- vault, on 03/24/2008, -6/+9That isn't how it works. ~80% of Republican delegates are pledged to a given candidate. Even if the Paulestinians got the entire 20% of the unpledged delegates, they still couldn't beat McCain based solely on pledged delegates alone.
What you're suggesting is....try to change the Republican Party's policy on a state level across all 50 states to 'unbind' every single pledged delegate after the fact? How delusional does one have to be to think that's possible? - rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Lol was more intended to point out your TROLL BULLYING that you guys do daily/hourly. Once again you guys turn a post that has to do with nothing you care about and noone you even like into a collection of derogatory insults, will full ignorance voicing your support for the status-quo. I dont really care if youd appreciate it if I called myself a stupid troll. YOU ARE THE ARROGANT SHEEPLE TROLLS. This was an article directed at Ron Paul supporters not ***** bullies. And I didnt slink away I don't troll here hourly looking for something that YOU like to ***** on like The TROLL FORCE does. And by the way Ron Paul slaughtered all opposition in my home town and im looking forward to the state convention (which is hosted in my town this year) because it's kind of hard for people to get away with lies when they are subjected to debate. As the TROLL FORCE knows.
peace - rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Sorry NEOCONS either way your time is about up.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -5/+8Wow, a self-admitted uneducated, anti-Semitic, homophobic bigot. Sadly I am not surprised.
"since you have a great understanding of links, why don't you post one for that pops."
YOU'RE the one claiming "omg the NAU is out to get me", the burden of proof is on YOU, buddy.
"Where's the link for Obamalama ding dongs donors? Ahhh. Couldn't find that one, huh? Put your bi-focals on. I'm sure you can find it."
http://www.washingtontimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/artic ...
Here's a link from a month ago when he first reached a million. Unconfirmed reports are saying he's also reached a million more in just the last month alone. I'll be waiting for your apology.
As for the military donations thing, Ssn, who has served in the armed forces, is the one who alerted me to the rule about donations from active personnel. I'll go find where he posted, and post it here later. Even still, most money raised != most individual donations.
Seriously, if you're an adult, and are still using words like "dingleberry", you need to take a good introspective look at yourself. Sit back and think where your life went wrong, and try to make an effort to sound intelligent. - rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Oh well i havent seen those other articles yet but im sure they are already filled with TROLL FORCE comments. You guys should close your comments with- YAY! GO EVIL! TF (TROLL FORCE) 2008 REPRESENT
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -6/+9Well, who says the media has to report on each candidate equally? It's in their interest to report on who the country is interested in, which at the time, were those leading in the polls. Huckabee got just as little reporting time until his poll numbers (and therefor public interest) started sky rocketing. If paul's numbers had risen to the level of frontrunner, he would have gotten more time. What bothers me is you people think it's some kind of conspiracy, when in fact there were many other GOP candidates who's names weren't even mentioned.
Even still, it doesn't change the fact that he had enough time to get his message exposed, and if people were interested, they could start supporting him, as what happened with huckabee after the first few debates. - Observant1, on 03/24/2008, -4/+7as opposed to every other candidates agenda of approving wiretapping, security camera's and microphones everywhere, destroying our rights and sovereignty, economic treasons to be crashing our economy, engaging in BS wars because the globalist UN says so, defending nazi Isreal who has the 4-5th largest military in the world as if they need protection. scorched earth genocidal warfare policy using depleted uranium, using sound cannons that make people vomit, skin burning rays against citizens peacefully protesting... if you support all of that, you are an idiot.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -7/+10Well, there is Dan's version, then there is the REAL version:
"Jon Bennett, chairman of the Republican Central Committee, said ultimately it won't matter if Ron Paul supporters got a majority of candidates from a few counties across the state.
"The bulk of the people who will attend the state convention are going to still be bound to vote for John McCain for president of the United States," he said."
Oh, and nice job getting called out for doing EXACTLY what you claim to hate:
"I welcome these people to the Republican party," Bennett said. "If they want to be apart, that's fine, I have no problem with that. ... I think the way they are going about doing this, it disenfranchised a lot of the Republican faithful of St. Charles County." - kemp34, on 03/24/2008, -4/+7INTEGRITY.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -7/+10Again, you are trying to take advantage of a little known loophole, AFTER the people have already spoken, so YOUR agenda takes center stage, despite YOUR agenda being soundly rebuked by the people of Missouri?
Very impressive following of liberty, and American principle... - silentboom, on 03/24/2008, -7/+10He has never voted to raise taxes. He has never voted for an unbalanced budget. He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership. He has never voted to raise congressional pay. He has never taken a government-paid junket. He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch. He voted against the Patriot Act. He voted against regulating the Internet. He voted against the Iraq war. He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program. He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
- thadizzle, on 03/28/2008, -0/+3Nobody voted for McCain. His propping up is a blatant fabrication. Our country is done.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -7/+10Correct me if I'm mistaken, but aren't those rules about the delegate process being changed only apply to FUTURE conventions? I didn't believe it was retroactive. I've NEVER heard of a case where you could change the rules regarding bound delegates in the same year and then unbound the candidates from the same election cycle.
- rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Thanks for posting that link i joined troll hunters and currently adding to the list.
- vault, on 03/24/2008, -6/+9That is the stupidest scam ever, Dan. You really think the RNC is going to let you get away with unpledging all the pledged McCain delegates?
The GOP isn't dumb, despite what the media tells you. You're not going to beat them at their own game. - iainc, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3http://digg.com/odd_stuff/Bingobongony_Trolls_all_ ...
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -5/+8I FIRST refuted your ***** claim that news networks were violating Equal time.
I THEN refuted your ***** claim that paul had more individual donors than Obama
and I FINALLY refuted your claim that you weren't some kind of bigot.
After looking at your history and seeing your last 8 posts (out of 9 total) have been from today, I can only assume you're a shill account to cowardly to use your main account. Congratulations tool, I completely destroyed your ***** arguments, and you've resorted to nothing but homophobic bigoted remarks.
You come off sounding like a closet homosexual, by the way. Your insistence on using insults that revolve around homosexuality, male genitalia, and finally, that link to that gay porn site (you probably got it from your bookmarks) just screams closet case.
Your account will be no more, as that last post violates the TOS. I suggest you use the time banned from digg to come to terms with your latent homosexual urges.
- vault, on 03/24/2008, -5/+8lol you're trying to undo the way people voted in the primaries and in the same breath condemning voter fraud? By your own admission, the primaries are a popular vote- the people have already voted, and the Ronbots who claim to value 'liberty' are trying to subvert that.
- inactive, on 03/24/2008, -4/+6I've come to the conclusion that you really are an idiot. I linked to the article because it concisely explained the exemptions which prevent news networks from being forced to cover all the candidates equally (the idiotic claim that you made), instead of me having to hold your hand through all of the rules. You want to see them, fine.
http://www.fcc.gov/mb/policy/political/candrule.ht ...
Don't forget to read up on the exemptions.
How many more times do I have to prove your ***** wrong before you stop posting? Learn to use the reply button, by the way. It's more helpful if all of your idiocy is in the same place. I'm still waiting for my apology (soon to be apologies). - rexblade, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2You forgot to add "yay go evil!" Cmon guys im not going to invent cool ways for you to express your hatred for peace and strong economy if your not going to take my suggestions.
