- ElmoOtis, on 12/28/2007, -0/+2The fact that this bill only has two co-sponsors truly says a lot about our Congress and their oaths to uphold the Constitution. It would not surprise me to find out that Ron Paul is one of only a handful of Congress persons who has actually read the Constitution. Oh well, they probably won't read this bill either. We all know that reading isn't one of our present Congress's strong points.
