I knew it would hit number one!!!!!!!!
The message of FREEDOM IS popular!!!!!!
Buy as many as you can, hand them out to friends and family, tell them to pass them along when their done so others can hear the message too!!!!
We can have hope in America again, this message will be carried to America and all across the world. Remember the world needs to hear this message as well.- greenbacks, on 04/30/2008, -4/+5southernstyle, I like your comment a lot but I accidentally undigged it, sorry...
- greenbacks, on 04/30/2008, -5/+31See I am human with unalienable GOD given rights! Today or tomorrow I'm going down to my local book store and pick up my copy I pre ordered of Ron Paul's new book " The Revolution: A manifesto" and if there's any extras available I will get a few to give out.
- orxor, on 05/01/2008, -2/+6That's exactly what I do. I give them out to people and tell them that if they don't agree with what it says they can give it back to me. But if they do agree to donate to Ron Paul and pass the book on to someone else. I don't expect I'll be getting any back.
- KMye, on 05/01/2008, -3/+3I'm not trying to be antagonistic here, but what's the rational for donating to Paul's campaign at this point? Especially when he has so much money in the coffers and doesn't seem to be spending it in a way that reflects he's actually trying to compete? Wouldn't a better way to support his message be to go out and buy more of his books, enriching Paul personally, so that once he can't use campaign dollars to fund his book promotion, he'll be able to do it out of his own pocket?
- orxor, on 05/01/2008, -0/+4Well I'm sure the reason why it seems that he's not trying to compete is because the amount of funding he was getting has decreased. However the longer he stays in the race the stronger our message will be. I agree with you and suggest that people buy his books all the time, however I don't think that it matters so much at this point how the money gets donated to Dr. Paul as long as it keeps flowing. Donating directly to his campaign also doesn't dilute the money as much, basically the publisher and others don't take their cuts before the campaign gets the money. I don't see why we can't use every option possible to fund the message, let people know that there are several ways they can donate to him, including purchasing his books, and let them do whatever they want.

- DeepFriedFetus, on 04/30/2008, -3/+35Not a surprise at all. The trumpets of liberty are sounding across the country - freedom is popular.
- skiltonian, on 04/30/2008, -2/+23I can't wait until my copy arrives!
- StormCommander, on 04/30/2008, -2/+27Oh... is this the original digg on the story? Anyway, the book is very good. He also gets to the point quickly. One of my favorite things about it is the amount of examples from both history and present used to show what works and what doesn't. I suggest it for both supporters and for people who want to learn more about America/freedom.

"Be sure to add your comments fast. Onetimer and some of the other trolls are quick to find these Digg submissions."
Buried as spam and reported.- skiltonian, on 04/30/2008, -9/+16Lets not forget reed311 and bingoboner! This isn't spam. Its breaking news.
- LadyKofNYC, on 04/30/2008, -9/+15There are HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of articles on digg, Reed. Why do the ones about Ron Paul bother you so? What do you and your crew get out of opening Ron Paul search pages everyday and refreshing them every 15 minutes ALL DAY LONG, especially if you believe he doesn't a snowball's chance in hell of becoming the next President? Take a look at your friend Onetimer's comment page. He has 3 or 4 straight pages of negative comments on Ron Paul, a man he hates. Seriously, what's wrong with you people?
- onetimer, on 04/30/2008, -14/+13Why are you trolls so damn obsessed with me that you're now mentioning my name outside of digg?
This isn't your site. I can post wherever the hell I want here. If you want a site where anyone with a dissenting opinion is banned on site, go back to RonPaulTardForums or wherever the hell you came from.- clintontj72, on 04/30/2008, -9/+11Because you are an absolutely possessed kook that has spent the last eight months(almost every day) digging down Paul. It's a full time job for you. Don't you have something better to do? It almost seems like you are getting paid for this. I mean...gosh man...who would spend every day hunting down articles on some 'supposedly' irrelevant presidential candidate. Either you are paid or truly are pathetic.
- onetimer, on 04/30/2008, -12/+12You're right, I do get paid**
In the sense that my employer pays me by the hour. The fact that I have plenty of time at work that I can browse digg is a side-benefit. It gives me pleasure luring out the ronpaul-bigots and tearing their arguments to shreds.
- onetimer, on 04/30/2008, -12/+12You're right, I do get paid**
- skiltonian, on 04/30/2008, -7/+6Nobody mentions you outside of Digg.
- LadyKofNYC, on 05/01/2008, -6/+8Ontimer, I didn't say you couldn't post on Ron Paul threads. I asked what the hell is wrong with you.
- onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -6/+10I'm pissed off by ***** and spammers. For the most part, that encompasses A large portion of the "r3OVERlution" (though I acknowledge the online existence of reasonable paul supporters looking for civil discourse, etc TheTaoOfBill - you people would have been MUCH better off if you all had acted like him) and ALL of the troofer movement. I find it fun and pleasurable to counter ***** when I see it, and even string a few trolls along (I wear the S.O.D to lure out the trolls as nothing enrages them more than a proud display of judaism), and wait for them to show their true colors (the "omg u must be a zionist!!!" rants - rants that never started until AFTER i changed my icon)
Do I ask why you post such incendiary personal insults, while making irrelevant bigoted diatribes? No. Now maybe, just once in your life, you can stay on topic.

What, you don't remember being featured on InfoWars? :P
http://www.infowars.com/articles/ps/internet_digg_ ...- theblueprint, on 05/01/2008, -2/+12I really need to make a nice printout of that page and frame it. Epic win.
- onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -4/+11Not to mention the shout outs I've received on RonPaulTardForums (google "onetimer + libertythor") It seems half of the trolls think I'm a zionist, half think I'm a government spook, and the third half think I'm a combination of both.
- skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+4I see one shoutout. Oh wow! Your ego must be stroked. LOL BTW I can care less if you are Jewish or whatever. You obviously have set up your profile to be trollish. Heck your other avatar is of the NSA.
Think about it. It would be like somebody placing an islamic flag on their avatar and then getting pissed off when criticism is given to any Muslim nation. I just made those Volkswagen ashtray comments to piss you off. - onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -6/+9You made the comment because you're a ***** bigot. My guess is you're either LibertyTroll or DStat.
Piss off you bigoted troll. You've already displayed your true colors. - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -5/+10WTF is up with all the troofers losing their accounts, then re-signing up with Digg pretending to be women? This is three now (well, LadyK has pretended from the beginning, but you know what I mean).
Why do you freaky ***** feel the need to sign up as women, when your account gets yanked? What freaky sexual urges do you have that are 9/11 lying related/pretending to be a woman? Is it some sort of "Ican't be honest about anything" deal? - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -4/+8I can't pull up that page, Hortnon. Did they yank it in embarrassment?
- skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -9/+3LOL You go around with your bigotry generalizing RP supporters as "concerned white citizens" and etc. Maybe we think it is just as funny to generalize Israelis and Jews. Think about it. You do the same crap. In effect Zionism is a form of supremacism. Go to hell you bigoted Zionist troll. (Of course you aren't necessarily a Zionist, but I am using your same logic. :p )
- onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -5/+9@ssn
I figure they're desperate after being stuck in the sausage-fest that is the "r3[OVER]lution" (look it up, 9to1 male/female ratio of donors - far lower than any other candidate) - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -8/+3ssn697,
It pulls up just fine for me. You must be inept, or it is suffering from the "Digg effect". Vete al carajo pinche Gringo Judio. Jajajajajajajajaja! Fue una broma pendejo. Ustedes "troles" no saben bromear. - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -4/+10"LOL You go around with your bigotry generalizing RP supporters as "concerned white citizens" and etc."
Really? A generalization? Would you like to bet leaving Digg forever on that "generalization"? I will bet you I can show you data that shows Ron Paul has the highest White Male percentage of donors than any other major candidate. If I am right, you ***** leave. If I am wrong, I leave.
So, willing to bet? You don't get your fourth ID either. You, and your lame ass ***** leaves for good. Deal? - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+3Onetimer,
Females are well represented amongst RP state convention delegates. Check out the NV convention footage on YouTube. ¡A ti te meten las salchichas büey! ¿Por qué ya no te empines para recibir tu cogida merecida?
You are just jealous because you can't have me. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+3ssn697,
"I will bet you I can show you data that shows Ron Paul has the highest White Male percentage of donors than any other major candidate."
LOL And 90% of black Democrats tend to vote for Obama. (In the majority of the primaries realized so far.) It doesn't mean that they are necessarily racist.
There are a lot of Asians, Arabs, Blacks and Hispanics amongst Ron Paul supporters. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -8/+3ssn,
I don't think racial demographic statistics are even collected for campaign donations. Normally they collect name, address, and employer (for donations over $200). Nowhere do they ask for race. What an ignorant douche you are! You are the one who tries to play the race card. - onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -6/+10Skiltonian:
While your anecdotal evidence is great and all, I'm going to trust something a little more concrete.
http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/donordemCID.asp? ...
89% male / 11% female (versus 58%male/42%female for obama, and even 72%male/28% female for McCain). That's just pathetic. Even MIT has a higher percentage of women.
As for your claim that it is somehow a "diverse" group, I think the majority of videos that generally show white, pasty men begs to differ.
Not to mention: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=6064 ...
That's right. nearly three quarters WHITE, with asian/black/hispanic each garnering less than 7%. - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -4/+9@Skiltonian
So bet me then! You sound like you are firmly convinced that your piss poor research is enough to bet. Why the multiple posts avoiding the issue? BET ME. PROVE ME WRONG! - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -3/+9Damn you onetimer, I was so close ;-)
- skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+3Onetimer,
The United States is around 65-70% white (nationwide), so a 75% representation for Ron Paul's electorate isn't that far out of proportion.
BTW Around 25% of Democratic voters are Black when they make up around 12-14% of the population.
Big deal. You and ssn are the idiots that play the race card. - onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -5/+10I couldn't resist, especially after he called ME a bigot for generalizing (which I have now posted proof is more common sense then "generalizing")
Skiltonian is the reincarnation of Dstat; I have no doubt of that. Same offense incendiary posts, with BS accusations and fallacious justifications. I already emailed the abuse team regarding his "onetimer you belong in a VW ashtray" comment. Hopefully they'll IP-ban the little racist ***** this time. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -8/+4Onetimer,

AGAIN Onetimer, your bigoted racist generalizations of RP supporters is debunked. (I don't go around placing swastikas on my avatar, and a swastika isn't necessarily Nazi. It is an icon that can be used for the various polytheistic faiths that exists worldwide, in various manifestations.) - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -8/+5IP addresses can be changed easily. LMAO Next you will ask them to ban all IPs from Latin America.
- onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -5/+9It's still statistically significant considering the sample size (tens of thousands of donors). What's up with the democrats demographic strawman? Whatever, i'll bite.
Yes, the democrats have TWICE as many black voters as what you would expect to find. However, paul has LESS THAN HALF as many black supporters than what you would expect. What does that tell you?
It's not the ***** race card when it's a fact. 89% male to 11% female is a sausagefest however you choose to look at it. The audacity you have to call us racist after your holocaust joke is astounding. You're a piece of human *****. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+4Onetimer, You forget that the UNITED STATES is almost three quarters white. Asians are less than 5%.
You all are correct on the gender disparity, but the demographic one isn't that glaring. In a way minorities are OVER-represented in the Democratic Party. That doesn't mean that the Democratic Party is racist against whites.
Quit playing the race card because that in a way is bigoted.
Your research on the gender disparity does pan out. - KMye, on 05/01/2008, -4/+8Onetimer,
If you're walking through the forest, and you come across a ready bear-trap, should you spring it? Well, actually, in the metaphor's case, you should; bears deserve compassion. What animal best represents an apaulogist? - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+5Onetimer,
"The audacity you have to call us racist after your holocaust joke is astounding."
And what should I call your ridiculing of those who bring up Israel's holocaust of the Palestinian people? You must be the piece of human ***** without compassion. Really! You support the fact that the Israeli government requires that Palestinians in the West Bank go through checkpoints just to travel in the country in which they have lived for generations?
Onetimer is Digg's P.W. Botha. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -7/+5Onetimer,
"Yes, the democrats have TWICE as many black voters as what you would expect to find. However, paul has LESS THAN HALF as many black supporters than what you would expect. What does that tell you?"
Nice strawman argument. That is like implying that Democrats are xenophobic with Cubans because the vast majority of Cubans vote Republican. Maybe Democrats are bigoted against midwestern persons of Hispanic origin that have generations living in the US, as they tend to be more Republican.
Sorry Onetimer, but your demographic baiting is extremely illogical. The reasons most for disparities are a lot more complex than just "discrimination and hatred". Maybe you can try to tell me why there are so many Ron Paul supporters with surnames from the Indian Subcontinent that are on the Ron Paul donor list that work at high tech firms. I doubt that it is because the other candidates discriminate against their people.
How would YOU label libertarian-leaning pundits such as Walter Williams and Larry Elder? Or Jeff Greenspan, Ron's western campaign coordinator? Dean Santoro? Mary Ruwart? Ayn Rand? Benito Juarez was very pro-limited government as well. Linda Hunicutt? Have fun trying to explain all of them away with your simplistic race and gender-baiting tactics.
You are just as guilty at ignorantly labeling people. - ssn697, on 05/01/2008, -5/+8So, I take it from your carefully addressing onetimer on each post, you are withdrawing you ***** claim, and pretending you don't see the other posts...
Typical. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -4/+6ssn697,
No. What I am saying is that picking apart and saying that one demographic group is more represented than the other for a particular candidate and arriving to a conclusion isn't very solid either. And addressing Onetimer is just that. I am addressing a lot of the fallacies that he brings up.
It is interesting that you haven't addressed any of the points I brought up on the posts above your last one. Plus I still stand by the statement that 3/4 representation of whites in a particular grouping is not out of line with American demographics.
There is a lot of variation between Obama and Hillary as well on the demographic end. - Herkimer56, on 05/01/2008, -6/+6"What animal best represents an apaulogist?"
A jackass. - cicconefortin, on 05/01/2008, -6/+4It is obvious to me that Onetimer and Company loves to bring up racial issues and stir up trouble on Digg. The other side often is guilty of being inflamatory as well.......BUT........it seems to me like its just a big troll fest with skiltonian being the most logical and level headed.
- Herkimer56, on 05/01/2008, -5/+5Thank you for making my point.
- cicconefortin, on 05/01/2008, -4/+5You are right up there with the worst Herkimer56. Neither side makes any real effort to explain things well. (The RP folks are at least not as driven by base emotions.) Calling a group of people racist based on the actions of just a few is just about as bad as calling anybody you don't agree with a "Communist".
Throwing around racial issues is kind of like denigrating Obama for what Jeremiah Wright said. Onetimer and SSN started, and the rest went in citing other "racial facts".
In reality most diggers on all sides in political articles are extremely trollish. You aren't innocent. - skiltonian, on 05/01/2008, -3/+4Who ever thought that this comment thread would get so large! This has got to get featured on a digg-related blog. Great point about comparing Onetimer with the Obama detractors and supporters that throw around the race card in a futile attempt to win an argument. Who cares if a group of people is a "sausage fest". That is as ignorant as calling Obama voters in Philadelphia a "chocolate fest"....or Clinton voters in Altoona a "cracker fest"....its ignorant unless you are a coniving troll like Onetimer, Herkimer, SSN, Reed311.....etc
Cicconefortin adds some sanity to Digg.

- onetimer, on 04/30/2008, -19/+7So libertyTroll, which digg account are you now using? I'm assuming since I got you banned on your other two, that'd you'd rather remain incognito this time.

Years ago, I got my political education from a short book titled "Concience of a Conservative" by Barry Goldwater. I wonder how many latter-day "conservatives" have similar values. No doubt few of them have ever read the book.
Let's digg it and give it as presents and otherwise get it out there.
The revolution is yet to be won! - StingingNettle, on 05/01/2008, -9/+6Since we don't have sound money and everything is so damn expensive, because the stupid FED wants to drop money out of helicopters pushing prices up all around me making it so I'll have to rent this fine book from the Library. I'm sure the good doctor will understand. :)
- onetimer, on 05/01/2008, -7/+8Wait. How can you claim in one sentence that our money is worthless, but then in the next claiming that prices are high enough that you have to rent from the library? If our money is so "worthless", shouldn't it be nothing to you to simply shell out some of that worthless-paper to buy his book?
- StingingNettle, on 05/01/2008, -3/+6Screw it, I'll just buy it. Exchanging paper for paper.

- Sthrn, on 05/01/2008, -2/+5Heard from friends who've already read this book that it is EXCELLENT! We ordered three copies of RON PAUL's newest book “The Revolution: A Manifesto” yesterday at amazon.com - now wish we'd ordered at least two more copies, this is such an important message of freedom to share! We are voting for Ron Paul for President 2008!! No more voting for 'evil of lessers' for us. Our government is like a virus out of control - we need a Doctor!
- chipsngravy, on 05/01/2008, -4/+2No wonder it's #1 with gullible fools like this buying multiple copies.
- chimborazo, on 05/08/2008, -0/+1Those that may not or cannot recognize current reality with it's extreme loss of liberty & where this road is heading, either have their mind so far closed due to egotistical 'know-it-all-already; can't be taught-nothing' pride (i.e., so they never do any honest research), or they earn their bread & butter off the status quo & like it (a system which is an objectively parasitical system in truth). For some reason, nay-sayer's of Ron Paul's message are unwilling to give 'The People' legitimacy for fear of losing their current income stream, or afraid of losing their self-aggrandizement machine, or possibly even just because they love sucking the blood from other people, i.e., are a true psychopath (6% of the population are remember & they always seek positions of power). Saboteurs surely would then filter into any digg, so reader, beware of nay-sayers. Everyone can recognize the truth if being objective & when they always ask themselves, "what's this person gain by saying that? Are they being Service-to-Self or Service-to-Others with their intentions?". . .Let this be your guide & always choose STO yourself. Great lessons in 'The Revolution: A Manifesto.' A must read book!
