roosevans: What gives you or anybody else the right to judge the decision of that particular congregation? That is on them to decide what they want to do with their own money. Also, Obama has NEVER claimed that Wright was his "spiritual mentor and father figure" that is a fabrication from the media. He was his pastor who helped him get close to God and embrace his Christianity. Whatever political views the pastor had and has are his and his alone. Obama does not own the political views of his pastor and its stupid to suggest that. - roosevans, on 05/04/2008, -1/+3Some how, to me at least, there is a glaring dichotomy between a pastor that preached a "black liberation" theology for over thirty years retiring in an exclusive rich white neighborhood. And this is Barack Obama's long time "spiritual mentor" and "father figure"!
