- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -1/+4Wright is a bigoted anti-American jerk. The fact that Obama knew this and hired the man as a close advisor in his campaign shows that Obama is not ready to lead.
I have no use for Wright and his ilk. - pnkearns, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1He is an eloquent racist. So if I get an eloquent KKK member to spout White power, that's o.k. with you too? Bulls**t.
- Kangalanatolian, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1The reverend Wright defines uses "White" as an adjective for bad people. If he were a white man using "Black" as an adjective for bad people, he would be an EXTREME racist.
When we can face up to this, we are on our way to becoming a color blind society. - Debmood, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1After listening to the Bill Moyer interview of Rev. Wright and listening again yesterday as Rev. Wright spoke at the NAACP function, I have a clearer understand of what Rev. Wright was really saying. He is a brilliant man and he deserves and apology from the people and especially from the MSM for portraying him as some kind of monster. It is very sad when the media is not sanctioned for this type of behavior. I'm totally disgusted and through with the likes of CNN's Wolf Blitzer and hate monger Lou Dobbs. I've only watched FOX for about 10 minutes. They are so full of hate and hate baiting until I doubt a reasonable person would take them serious.
We all were totally wrong about Rev. Wright. I hope you come out just as strong with an apology. No human deserve the kind of treatment he was given. He's not running for the Oval Office. He made that clear. He is NOT anti-American in the least. - Washingtonian1, on 04/28/2008, -1/+1Obama never hired Wright for anything and I'm guessing you have not seen or read his sermons.
