This nation was born out of the blood and sacrifice of men who were fighting against a theocratic monarchy. They saw the dangers of theocracy and with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution they set the foundation to protect against it.
People like Rep. King are no better than the Taliban. All they seek to do is divide, discriminate, and dictate. These United States of America are great because we can choose to be whomever we want. For close-minded people like Rep.
