- UnrealMiniMe, on 01/21/2008, -2/+32Ron Paul just took 2nd place in the straw poll in Nevada's caucus, and he may have done even better in terms of delegates won - he's not out yet! Super Tuesday will make or break him for the Republican nomination, and that depends largely on how well the campaign can broadcast his message! It's up to us to make it happen, so DONATE TODAY!
- anon3moose, on 01/21/2008, -1/+29This is an exciting time. We are making a difference across the nation! You can make a difference too! You can end tyranny and the elimination of liberty. Donate TODAY!

- libertylegends, on 01/21/2008, -0/+17Almost 200,000 already at 5.30am. Numbers will grow quickly when people start waking up.
- libertylegends, on 01/21/2008, -2/+18The bury brigade is out already to try to bury this legitimate story. Digg needs to stop liars from destroying this system.

- anon3moose, on 01/21/2008, -3/+13We're honoring MLK by supporting someone interested in Freedom the same way he was.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAWClI8zsH4 - doronster195, on 01/21/2008, -0/+9I wish there was a digg for accuracy button.
- tsos2, on 01/21/2008, -0/+9Adjectives to describe Dr. Ronald E. Paul - Honesty, Reliability, Integrity and Moral Valor… Those are the four cornerstones that make a good man and a great president. If you ‘really’ support Ron Paul, sign up to be a precinct leader today. This is just as important as the donations…maybe even more so. “Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.”-
Winston Churchill - getabrain, on 01/21/2008, -2/+11They're not really burying it for inaccuracy. They're burying it because they can't handle the truth.
- xander, on 01/21/2008, -0/+7up we go http://ronpaulgraphs.com/jan_21_total.html
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -2/+9they even reported this story as inaccurate
- Cytranic, on 01/21/2008, -0/+7I donated more then the amount wanted!
- UnrealMiniMe, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6Two reasons...
1.) Who gives a damn about Robert E. Lee? ;-) MLK had his faults (as plenty of haters will bring up, I'm sure...), but he's a renowned symbol of nonviolent activism and resistance to a tyrannical government.
2.) Public perception: Nobody seems to have paid any attention in history class. Everyone still thinks the Civil War was about slavery anyway, no matter what their history teacher said. Instead, most people pretty much made up their minds about the Civil War when they got the "short story" in kindergarten - in high school, my response to "It was about states' rights" was, "*****, it was about slavery!" ;-) Plus, despite the fact that it was about states' rights (and secession actually is perfectly valid), one of the particular rights the Southern states fought for was the "right" to decide for themselves about slavery. Since that particular aspect of the South was so despicable, it meant that neither side really had the "moral high ground" - it was a dirty war, all around, and it's really not something to celebrate. - MicheleFloyd, on 01/21/2008, -2/+8They need to copy IMDB's system where if you consistently flag something or someone falsely, it either starts to ignore you or decides to ban YOU altogether.
- billyjoeallen, on 01/21/2008, -1/+7here we go!
- libertylegends, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6It is not a lie. Fact is if Ron Paul is included in the title a bunch of idiot warmongers here bury the story as soon as it pops up. Enjoy the blood on your hands.
- Frnnkdlxx, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6We're being suppressed again. ***** you DIXX! (Digg + Fox)
- UnrealMiniMe, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6Prepare for the FEC to laugh at you.
- UtubReptilian, on 01/21/2008, -1/+7Today is the day to donate, to vote in weekly AOL straw poll at http://news.aol.com/political-machine/straw-poll/ , and to become a local Ron Paul Precinct leader!
- xander, on 01/21/2008, -1/+6they're gonna get bitch-slapped, again
- iamso910, on 01/21/2008, -3/+8He's catchin' on I'm tellin' ya!
- xander, on 01/21/2008, -2/+7you obviously have no idea what spamming is
- HarryBeanbag, on 01/21/2008, -0/+5Just dropped $25 via PayPal on Ron Paul today. Do it today and preserve your freedom on this historic day.
- tsos2, on 01/21/2008, -1/+5skyfi don't feel bad, by donating you've done more towards the the revolution than many more people. cheers to you! :)
- AAjax, on 01/21/2008, -1/+5Cant wait for Fred Thompson to drop out, then its gonna get interesting
- AAjax, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3Prepare for all of Digg laughing at you :P
- Trillion08, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3Just got back from precinct walking/canvassing and will donate now. Everyone should do their best to precinct walk/canvass homes. It's been PROVEN to work. Between the 6 of us we covered over 1,000 houses in a couple hours. Do it people!
- chaosium, on 01/21/2008, -3/+6"Since liberals say the Civil War was not about slavery and Lee was fighting for states' rights, why not do it in honor of him?"
What the ***** are you talking about?
These people are not liberals by any stretch of the imagination! Your reality does not coincide with the reality presented to you. - inactive, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3go here and digg it
http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Ron_Paul_s_Realt ... - inactive, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3go here for real time results on the MoneyBomb
http://paulcash.slact.net/?save_the_republic - chaosium, on 01/22/2008, -0/+2"MLK would be wetting his pants at this candidate....
No respect to the great Dr. King.... *bows head* "
Or this candidate would be pissing on King's legacy by dismantling any and all civil rights legislation. - chaosium, on 01/22/2008, -0/+2Dude, nobody who says "war of northern aggression" is a Liberal. Dixiecrats don't count.
- UnrealMiniMe, on 01/21/2008, -0/+2Precinct leaders are people that organize the grass roots effort to canvass. Getting out the vote by going door-to-door and explaining Ron Paul's candidacy and positions is a hell of a lot more ethical than what Romney's doing by bussing in out-of-state voters...
- UnrealMiniMe, on 01/21/2008, -0/+2By any chance, are you related to this girl? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj3iNxZ8Dww
Through its arrogant use of military force and coercion and view of other states as subordinates, our current interventionist foreign policy is far more isolationist than noninterventionism would be. Free trade and diplomacy with all is the antithesis of isolationism. -
