- 22catches, on 07/17/2009, -23/+177This article sucks. There are plenty of things to attack the RNC about, but this is just petty.
- jdh24, on 07/17/2009, -6/+84FTA: "UPDATE: I understand the Latino book is not anti-Latino, but in fact debunks anti-Latino prejudice." Nice. Idiot.
- Shwaavay, on 07/17/2009, -6/+79It seems to be regurgitating Amazon.com's offerings, it's really not even worth mentioning.
- NJDevils1087, on 07/17/2009, -6/+71Easily one of the worst Digg posts ever. If this was humor, I'm not laughing; and if it was serious, then wow AmericaBlog is just sad.
- ibeetle, on 07/17/2009, -16/+49By the end of the day the RNC will make one of the three following statements:
1) It was just a joke. (aka You liberals need to lighten up... are you not supposed to be the party of tolerance?)
2) It is not our fault. It is the third party web designers who we contracted with. They are obviously some liberals with an ax to grind and did this. (In short; liberals fault and/or we are victims of an cyberattack)
3) It is all Obamas fault. Our programers were so distraught and distracted over the current government they could not do a good job. (Hey, it worked for Rush Limbaugh trying to explain Sanfords infidelity) - Moz34, on 07/17/2009, -12/+38Obama sure did a magnificent job transforming the Republican Party into an Obama-obsessed opposition minority party. I hope they won't catch on for a while...
- coraleaterlinda, on 07/17/2009, -24/+46way to be classy, RNC.
- inactive, on 07/17/2009, -8/+29“I pose a conundrum to you, a riddle if you will.
What’s the difference between you and a mallard with a cold?
One’s a sick duck...
I can’t remember how it ends, but your mother is a whore.” - altgeeky1, on 07/17/2009, -4/+25I don't know what's MORE pathetic... all this crappy Republican negativity, or the fact that the website produces errors exposing the fact content is hosted on a "D:" drive. Amateurs.
- BotchaMcCoola, on 07/17/2009, -4/+22The favorite porn of both parties featues the anal rape of the Middle Class taxpayers.
- Sirlolalot, on 07/17/2009, -1/+18Narrow blog is narrow,
Geez they designed their blog after a toilet roll, except for the fact it came pre-loaded with crap. - omnipoo, on 07/16/2009, -10/+26What would John Ashcroft say?
- Delphium226, on 07/17/2009, -20/+33I love it when karma runs over someone's dogma.
- sinrtb, on 07/17/2009, -1/+11But spending trillions in another country is soooo much better.
- Mujokan, on 07/17/2009, -6/+16The Republicans: The Party Of Fiscal Responsibility Since We Lost All Three Branches Of Government.
- Moz34, on 07/17/2009, -0/+10Considering that the majority of Obama "jokes" are about his skin color, I would say that you're entirely correct about your observation. They like to deny this and say you're just playing the race card, but it's obvious this undercurrent of racism exists.
It's amusing to debate with such people... they seem to think that calling other people "retards" is a killer argument. So much pent-up negativity... if Obama wants to win 2012 with 80% of the popular vote, he should just give them free therapy :-) - snagglefoof, on 07/17/2009, -0/+10where's my car?
- DemDude, on 07/17/2009, -3/+12It's easy to see why they're so upset. Obama is black, after all - something they don't exactly like.
God, American "politics" are twisted... - DankBuddz, on 07/17/2009, -1/+10I think its obvious that neither party has any shame while criticizing the other.
- RogueGenius, on 07/17/2009, -5/+14Ordinarily I'm opposed to cheap shots (I like to insult more directly), but when someone is taking a cheap shot at your cheap shot... That's not inappropriate, that's karma.
Way to go Americablog!!! - marco114, on 07/17/2009, -10/+18This story is inaccurate, buried. This is just a search engine tied in with a bookstore.
- Sithlrd, on 07/17/2009, -2/+10Only believable because of the gay porn. /s
- drippingdream, on 07/17/2009, -4/+11Please, GOP, learn how to use the internets before you post again.
- inactive, on 07/17/2009, -0/+6NO, please don't.
Its much more fun this way! - Mujokan, on 07/17/2009, -5/+11It's kind of funny when someone is enjoying being a dick and manages to embarrass themselves doing it. (I think that's the only reason I ever get diggs...)
- Dustin00, on 07/17/2009, -1/+7I predict #3.
- martalli, on 07/17/2009, -5/+11Since when were the Republicans above being petty?
- AtHomeBoy2000, on 07/17/2009, -1/+7Looks like the ObamaCard site is partially down.
- ntulip, on 07/17/2009, -1/+7finally ASP.Net goes when it should

- Elranzer, on 07/17/2009, -2/+8The Republicans stopped being fiscal conservatives since Nixon.
- awinters, on 07/17/2009, -1/+6And this surprises us why?
- mathleet, on 07/17/2009, -3/+8There are plenty of things the RNC can attack the democrats about, but this ObamaCard is just petty.
- pinchduck, on 07/17/2009, -2/+7It sounds like the website is using some kind of generic search for back end results, and the blogger is just searching on inflammatory stuff to get the desired result.
Get real, folks. The Republicans have ***** up enough over the last 8 years that you don't need to tarnish your reputation by posting sketchy half-truths and baseless inflammatory crap to prove how bad they are. - inactive, on 07/17/2009, -4/+9...and if he RNC wasn't so ridiculous, they'd get that message out correctly.
- cageme, on 07/17/2009, -2/+7Grow up. Find something interesting to make fun of. The RNC does enough to mock themselves. Pick on the new president, thats what a good American does.
- benroy, on 07/17/2009, -0/+5Giggidy.
- inactive, on 07/17/2009, -1/+6But still pretending to be works if the people who vote for you are adorably naive and believe any 'fact' they happen to hear on the moving picture box in the living room.
- IrishJoe, on 07/17/2009, -1/+6Actually the GOP still has 5 of the 9 seats on the Supreme Court and Bush appointed a hell of a lot of judges to the other levels of the federal bench while Republicans controlled the Senate. So they still have 1 branch of government. The one that gets to interpret what the laws mean and how they should be enforced. Pretty important.
- Lomstradamus, on 07/17/2009, -2/+6LOL!!
Just like the party itself, how fitting. - inactive, on 07/17/2009, -3/+7/golfclap
- tinkafoo, on 07/17/2009, -4/+8nope, doesn't surprise me at all.
- aadyss, on 07/17/2009, -2/+6Ah, logic from a digger and dugg down in the 'logic free zone'.
- LouisCipher777, on 07/17/2009, -2/+6it's just grabbing stuff from the internet based on search criteria and assigning it a dollar value. there is no database.
buried for fail (although the site itself is pretty entertaining and certainly should have been thought out better) - inactive, on 07/17/2009, -3/+7Not much forsight on their part huh? I thought it was funny.
- Zippo, on 07/17/2009, -13/+17Wow, this is the most poorly-designed website I've seen since the '90s.
What a steaming pile of trash, in both concept and execution. This is something I'd expect from some small group of lunatics, not actually sponsored by the GOP.
Once again, the Republicans keep me from having any respect for them. - rxbudian, on 07/17/2009, -0/+4I wonder what the guy was thinking when he start typing a search for "Bondage" and "Anal"...
- SpruceCaboose, on 07/17/2009, -0/+4The RNC site is using the Amazon search. Type those search queries into Amazon.com and you get identical results. Wonder why? (PS, don't believe me? Try it for yourself!)
I am all for bashing ignorance, but this is simply someone (americablog) taking something minor (oh noes, homosexual as a query returns things about homosexuals!) and making it a story, when it is not. - virtorio, on 07/17/2009, -3/+6Nothing unexpected here.
- martalli, on 07/17/2009, -0/+3Whatever, they probably end up getting a slight cut from Amazon and that's all they wanted in the first place.
