Photographer hassled on public street and told to DELETE photos

mccammon.org — Yet another story of a law abiding citizen on a public street taking photos of a building and being confronted by the police. This time the police asked for ID and demanded that the citizen delete the photos he took. Citizen files a complaint with the police department and Internal Affairs. Result: Police have discretion to deny your rights.
