- Br3ach, on 09/02/2008, -0/+3Right, silly me.
I am sorry that I bitched because:
My cost of fuel went up nearly a dollar
My food cost went up
My rent went up
My pay at work is the exact same
My stress level went up due to the above
And by sorry, I mean Phil Gramm can eat my ass with a spoon - barblibrarian, on 09/03/2008, -0/+2Are people only going to not let him get away with it when he says it the first time? In other words, isn't there going to be any kind of uproar that he has the gall to say it a second time?!!! What kind of a media do we have? Oh, I can insult people once and everyone will get upset, but then I can do it again and again because everyone will say that's old news? Geez

Yeah, they are the nation of morons too stupid to see what's going on right in front of them. - valimar77, on 09/03/2008, -0/+1A subversive tactic designed to polarize the American public even further. The republican party wants to ensure that there is no "bleed -over" of voters from their party to the Democrats (although there already has been and will continue to do so).
How can you fault people for believing in their political party? They believe strongly in their ideals. The Republicans want to see their country become better just like the Democrats and even the independents. The difference lies only in the manner of execution.
I am altruistic in this regard and some might say unrealistic as well. Regardless I put this forward. We are all patriots. We are all passionately supporting what we believe in. We care about the future outcome of this country. We are one Nation. - blyrehs, on 09/03/2008, -0/+1They're whining too. We just can't hear them because their heads are so far up McCain's ass!
