Perino: Congress Knew More About CIA Tapes Than Bush Did watch!

thinkprogress.org — During the White House press briefing today, Press Secretary Dana Perino said President Bush was only "made aware" of the CIA's destruction of torture tapes "yesterday." But Members of Congress say they knew in 2006. Is Perino saying that Congress knows more about the CIA's activities than the President does?
