- ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -5/+27There is no hunt for Bin Laden.
- Ryosen, on 10/12/2007, -4/+19Coming this Summer to a theater near you... The Hunt for Osama...
Starring Elmer J. Fudd. - hawkeye17, on 10/12/2007, -7/+22What happened to Oliver Stone? Somewhere along the line he lost his balls.
- Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -3/+15Shhhhh, be vewwy vewwy quiet, I'm hunting democwacy.
- nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -3/+13Want to go down an amusing "rabbit hole"? Go read a few dozen articles about Bin Laden voice analysis.
Turns out, the leading voice analysis experts say its impossible to verify any voice as quickly as the feds claim to verify Bin Laden's voice on all these tapes. Leading Bin Laden experts say his message has changed radically as well.

And the video where Bin Laden "confessed to 9/11" is kind of amusing, since Bin Laden is left-handed and very tall and the guy in that video is much shorter and right-handed.

Its this kind of thing that gives US Intelligence a bad name :) - maccam94, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12What the F*** is a DOCUdrama?
Documentaries are factual.
Dramas are emotional fiction.
People have to decide between two ways to interpret this new word (the majority will probably pick the one with the --> 2. A factual documentary that is about an emotional event. - phenobarbarella, on 10/12/2007, -10/+19Unbelievable. I wouldn't have figured Oliver Stone for either unaware enough to not know who this guy is, nor callous enough to not give a crap. More propaganda for the authoritarian cultists amongst us. And yet more semi-true junk for the reality-based to patiently rebut. Sigh. That's why my favorite bumper-sticker-that-never-was for the '04 election was: Bush/Cheney '04: Because the truth just isn't good enough!
- nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Yeah, Saddam is sure giving us a run for our money. What are we on . . Judge seven or eight . . .
- dgh1973, on 10/12/2007, -6/+14Exactly, why hunt down and kill the only person the neo-conservatives believe will unite the American people under a common banner of hatred?
- grendelboogie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8As I think the 9/11 Commission indicated, there is plenty of blame to go around. Clinton administration could have done a better job going after Bin Laden. They also blew a few chances to get him.
The Bush Administration was repeatedly warned about him and did nothing. And in the years since 2001, they have flip-flopped over whether he was important to capture or not. Some days, Bin Laden matters in Bush's speeches. Some days, Bush says he really doesn't think about Bin Laden much.
I still think Bin Laden should be captured and made stand trial as a co-conspirator, and definitely for the Cole. - nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -8/+15The term "Al Qaida" means "the base" . . . actually it means "the database".
The CIA coined the term when it created/maintained a database of muhajadeen we trained to fight in Afghanistan against the russians. (Look it up)
We live in the twilight zone, where this "monster" that knocked down our buildings is a creature our government created . . . a monster that we are now told is a "vast conspiracy" of ultra-radical islamic fundamentalist militants that can magically blend in to modern industrial communities worldwide.
With all that in mind, I'm sure the writer who lied to us in the "Path to 9/11," will work out just fine in the "Hunt for Bin Ladin". I, for one, look forward to hearing the latest lies . . . - melkore, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9He may have lost his balls but he found money hats
- Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9Be less ignorant.
kthx.
There is no left and right wing.
It's a game they play to keep you ignorant and arguing about irrelevent *****. And apparently they've succeeded. It's classic bait and switch.
Open your eyes and realize that they're using this false paradigm of democrat/republican to placate the masses.
They're globalist neo-fascists, that's all. Realize this and save our republic. - Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -6/+11You have obviously never done any true research on the issue.
I have. I voted for Bush in 2004. I bought all of the lies, too. Open your eyes and see all of the corroborating evidence.
National ID Card, Bush regime taking away all of our civil liberties. Reichstag fire, er, I mean 9/11.
You're looking at 1930s Germany -- American style.
So I say again.
9/11 was an inside job.
Down with the neo-cons. Up with Freedom. - archiesteel, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8There, I fixed it for you:
"and the mindless right marches on...blaming Clinton at all costs..." - InetRoadkill, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8I was never a big fan of Clinton, but I have to wonder what it is they're trying to prove by producing such blatantly slanderous propaganda. Who's financing this crap and why?
I also have to ask why Bush has failed to capture/kill Bin Laden over the last 6 years despite having a far greater military presense in the region than Clinton enjoyed. (The quick answer is that Bush needs Bin Laden as his perennial Boogeyman in order to justify his escalating attacks on the constitution, the geneva conventions, and civil rights.) Why is BushCo getting a free ride on this? Liberal media indeed. - n00854180t, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Skyshock, how about attempting to grow a brain sometime. "Path to 9/11" is so filled with lies and garbage it's a wonder anyone, even someone as obviously moronic as yourself, could promote it.
- omaryak, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Movies exposing Bush's misdeeds are investigative journalism; movies praising Bush are mindless propaganda.
- Mrkamikaze, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You threatening me Adolf? LOL Libel!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@ n00854180t
I'd be more than happy to entertain your interpretation of that movie. Exactly which parts were lies? I expect credible evidence to back up your claims. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1230/568/1600/DiggFigs.1.png
- dortdruben, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Since when do Susan Sarandon and Alec Baldwin carry any weight?
- nukewinter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ya know, I'm really tired of people using SOUTH PARK of all things as a reason to call someone stupid.
I'm sorry but South Park is just *****, and because something was on South Park does not mean it is true or right. - GeneralFault, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Funny that since it happened, the John Mark Carr hearings have gotten just about as much if not more air time than the Saddam hearings. Says a bit about poplar American culture.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Since when do Susan Sarandon and Alec Baldwin carry any weight?
Are you ***** kidding me? They're practically hollywood royalty. And since they have access to TV coverage basically whenever they want, they affect people's opinions who are too dumb to think for themselves. - Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Your point?
The Manhattan Project had over 100,000 people working it, entire ***** CITIES were made up of people working on the Manhattan Project.
No one squeaked.
Your point is now invalid. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4When hollywood shills for the government, they can get special access and consultation for other movies. It has been done for ages. Now lets say paramount has an idea for an oscar winning war movie, they can shill for the government and get cheap access to real military equipment.... Now lets say instead they made a movie that showed an unfavorable impression of bush... well then not only will they not get "clearence" to go on any base of talk to anyone, but there camera men will be harrassed as terrorist for filming near a base.(ok maybe i am embellishing but you get the point)
Really we will have to wait for the admin to leave office and a neutral or opposite party person voted in before we get a nonbiased version of the movie.

(not a sociallist, just the quickest link on the subject i could find) - nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4Stop marking things inaccurate. People can decide for themselves if its inaccurate. Nowadays when a post is marked inaccurate I read the dang thing first . . . Is that what you want to have happen?
- EntropyMan, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3All they need is Mel Gibson to star in it and they’re all set.
Yes. It turns out, Osama was personally helped to escape by Bill Clinton, Linden B. Johnson, and a Jew. Notice that Linden Banes Johnson is an anagram for Osama Bin Laden…. Pay no attention to the truth… Pay $10.50 at the local AMC…
Or not. - Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3"....neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet."
Being willingly ignorant isn't doing anything but condeming your children and grandchildren to a life of unwitting slavery.
Thanks for the personal insults, they add so much credibility to your [non]arguement.
I have a masters in American History, emphasis on American government, currently working on my doctorate. Don't insult my intelligence, nor the time and money I spent to get where I am. - nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3@ Seiesnalli
So . . . Who do you vote for? Or are you part of the "let's overthrow the government by force of arms and start fresh" contingent?
I keep reading this "Democrats" & "Republicans" are all the same, "Liberals & Conservatives" are all the same stuff and I just wonder . . . do the people that post it have some notion of how to get a better government? Do you just ignore political party and stated political orientation when you vote? Do you vote for people who support specific laws . . . What's the plan exactly? - silence5, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4The reality is that making a movie is an incredibly expensive undertaking -- a hundred million dollars or so. Movies don't get made unless they've got financing, and the population that can afford to finance a movie is uniformly incredibly rich. A few of the incredibly rich have bought enough Republicans to know that a Republican government will lower their taxes, and don't care if the rest of us have to put up with the NSA snooping on our bathroom habits, and are willing to finance movies.
Money buys power. Its as simple as that. - Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3LOL, dude, your view of history is clouded at best. My great uncle was a participant in the Manhattan Project and his own wife didn't even know. They weren't held hostage or some ***** and not allowed to leave. They led seemingly normal lives. That was the genius behind it all.
Also, WTC7 was brought down to destroy the government agencies' offices and documents which were contained in the building [FBI, CIA, DOD -- google it and you'll find a complete listing, which is many more than the 3 I just gave you]. Also, Silverstein, the building's owner had a nice insurance policy on the building.
Flight 93 was shot down on the orders of generals who disobeyed Cheney's stand down order to NORAD. There is ridiculous amounts of evidence proving it was shot down. - 60days, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1He's in Foley's closet, underneath his Michael Moore book collection and photocopies of The Gay Agenda.
- nalf38, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1The unfortunate thing is that we're going to have to wait 50 years to figure out who's really right. Or, in my opinion, we'll have to wait 50 years for the conservatives to admit they were wrong.
I mean, look at Truman. He was despised almost universally as a President (despite a surprise win against Dewey), and now he is looked upon as one of the country's near-great Presidents. - nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1No, I think we'll want answers sooner . . .
- smokmnky, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3Seiesnalli is the exact type of person the latest South Park was referring to.
- musicmantrs, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I get it, with your rhetoric and non acceptance of opposing views your probably twenty something looking for something to believe in. Your gonna lead the charge, you will show the American people how the big bad government (representative of your parents) lied. It probably stems from you feeling non important behind the cash register at Wal-Mart, that is all. Go read the websites I listed, they debunk every theory you have. I don't usually like to insult people while arguing but you cursing in your response and speaking down to me forced me to do it.
- Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -5/+4@ Mrkamikaze
What in the ***** are you babbling about?
I'm not a leftist. I'm likely more conservative than you are.
I don't care about political affliation when it comes to fighting this criminal cartel that has been running our government for nearly 3 decades now. You could be a socialist, libertarian, democrat, republican, I don't care.
Stand up for America and I'll care. - forgeflow, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Odd. I don't see any "J"s or a "Y" in Osama Bin Laden. You must be making anagrams some other way.
- musicmantrs, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Can you source a single claim you make? I mean, you come on here and refuse to read anything I post but whatever you post should be taken as Gospel. Heres another great point, the world record for the highest tower ever taken down is shorter than all 3 that fell on that day and took 24 days doing nothing but wiring to take down. The masterminds that rigged the three buildings some how rigged up the building in five days without being found out.
Nice quote too, think I won't notice you insulting my intelligence. Speaking of which, was I right about Wal-Mart? - lordTalus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0movies bashing Bush are OK, but movies praising Bush are rubbish.
- nfulton, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2@geekee . . .

- whiskeymb, on 10/12/2007, -8/+6It really pisses me off sometimes that the 1st amendment protects this kinda thing. However, I would also look into if this is libel!
- Seiesnalli, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2@nfulton
On local levels, assuming they haven't yet installed electronic, paper-trail-less voting machines, yes, you vote for people who promise to change. Who promise to call for a TRULY independent investigation into 9/11. Make them sign an affidavit. They could be bleeding blue and I would still vote for them if they did that.
On state levels, things get more tricky, because more election fraud occurs, thus what you vote for might matter less and less.
On the federal level? ***** forget it, it's all completely controlled.
Things have to start at the bottom and go up, otherwise I'm confident there will be some sort of armed resistance within the next decade, if not a lot sooner. - Mrkamikaze, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Ah hah i understand you now your a product of reading the Turner Diaries i thought they executed you Tim! How is Idaho this time of year?
- musicmantrs, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2@Seiesnalli
Do you realize what your talking about requires thousands of people not coming out over the past five years?
With Foley we've seen how well the government is at cover ups, that involved 20 people or less.
Also, why would the government pull down WTC 7 and Flight 93? - orientis, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3Why are people digging down skyshock? He made a fairly straightforward factual statement. Can't handle the truth?
