- GhostyBoy, on 12/06/2007, -8/+311Okay the last few days have been ridiculous corruption.
I call shenanigans. - edward9145, on 12/06/2007, -12/+277Press 9 if your a terrorist.
- Nodaki, on 12/06/2007, -8/+211***** you Frank. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=If9EWDB_zK4
- swiftekho, on 12/06/2007, -7/+154Funny... I heard press 1-5 if you're a terrorist
- savagesteve13, on 12/06/2007, -6/+149It must have been a John McCain poll since he was #1 in the list.
- count123, on 12/06/2007, -0/+139Confirmed! I had this call today on my landline (in Ohio, not sure if this is national). I waited and also pressed 6 for 'other' and was told thanks and that they would remove me from the call list (6 was to vote for other, 7 was to be removed. I may have fat fingers, but not that fat).
- inactive, on 12/06/2007, -16/+151There is your damn poll! LMAO the corruption is off the charts right now. UNREAL!
They can't stop Ron Paul no matter what they do. Play this audio for everyone you know. - ronpaulblogscom, on 12/06/2007, -15/+145OMG They are running scared now. Whats wrong are you afraid somehow there wont be 8 more years of war? That your Halliburton shares will go down in value? Start doing what you got into politics for. A fair playing field. Concentration on the issues. A real plan for America instead of rhetoric.
- RedSaber, on 12/06/2007, -13/+96o.m.f.g.
Ron Paul does the biggest fund raising ever in american politics and they just put him out of the list? Geez, can't the American medias understand that Canada and the rest of the world wants a Ron Paul VS Dennis Kucinich american election for the sake of the planet?
Corruption is everywhere. - pehpsi, on 12/06/2007, -2/+80Did someone say POLL?
***** you Frank. - padlock7, on 12/06/2007, -11/+84ok. This needs to be said AGAIN... RP supporters are passionate about the direction this country NEEDS to take. We are NOT crazy. We are NOT conspiracy theorists. We are Americans that want America back to what it should be. A free country to live in without the government poking its nose into everything we do. And to the "dill-hole" tubular... get over yourself and do the ***** research yourself. Don't depend on what you see in the media...
- inactive, on 12/06/2007, -6/+76I got this same call yesterday, I also chose 6 - Other and got the same "Your Number will be removed" message I am not a RP supporter and I will be voting for a D, but I figured I would pick Ron Paul just to mess with their stats
Sounds pretty set up - odigity, on 12/06/2007, -1/+59It's not that there's been an unusual level of corruption in the last few days. Corruption has been going on (and increasing) for decades. What's different now is 1) the internet 2) the Ron Paul movement has drawn together people who are determined to clean up the system, and are helping each other get the word out about these kinds of things
- lowerlogic, on 12/06/2007, -2/+45(in brain dead giuliani supporter voice) wa wheres da eleven key?
- signal15, on 12/06/2007, -16/+58What's up with all the anti-paul people posting? I don't like to resort to insults, but if you're seriously considering any other candidates besides Paul or Kucinich, then you are an idiot.
- khail250, on 12/06/2007, -8/+49if i hear the word shenanigans one more time...
hey farva whats that restaurant you like/? - jonathanforpres, on 12/06/2007, -6/+46Shenanigans?
- uselessexpert, on 12/06/2007, -9/+49IN-*****-CREDIBLE!
Total set up right there... - RossDuprey, on 12/06/2007, -4/+42"thank you for your selection, a paddy wagon is now speeding toward your home, goodbye"
- Veni_Vidi_Vici, on 12/06/2007, -3/+39Press 9-11 if you're... oh, wait a minute...
- thecoolestguy, on 12/06/2007, -9/+44Oh yes, the civil rights act of 1964 was so successful [/sarcasm]. Today, after hundreds of billions of dollars spent on affirmative action programs for blacks, blacks are incarcerated more today than at any time in any history, far more than back in 1960 before the civil rights act.
Ron Paul will truly help blacks out by ending the war on drugs which disproportionately targets inner city blacks. Ron Paul has the most support from blacks of any Republican presidential candidate.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-h3fbu2vv8 - chadillak, on 12/06/2007, -2/+35Good thing my phone has a QWERTY keyboard. I just typed in "ron paul rulezzzzzz!!!!" when the sexy lady said to choose.
- Rsardinia, on 12/06/2007, -7/+38Wow I read about this earlier today, thats *****. It makes sense as an RP supporter and seeing him win more than half the straw polls held, all the online polls, all the text message polls, and everywhere he speaks he has a sold out crowd with people standing in the back. I always wondered why he still polled 7% in the "scientific polls" that are held on land line phones that the pollers can choose who they call to participate. Now the icing on the cake, there isn't even a choice for Ron Paul in the phone polls anyways :(
- faithfreedom, on 12/06/2007, -3/+30then press 11 if you want Rudy to be President.
- ophello, on 12/06/2007, -3/+30you need to watch the movie again:
"i swear to god...ill pistol-whip the next one of you who says shenanigans!"
"Hey farva, whats the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy ***** on the walls and the mozzerella sticks?"
"you mean shenanigans?" - count123, on 12/06/2007, -2/+28I had this call earlier today on my land line. Probably only went to registered republican voters (registered in Ohio). Same crap happened to me, I waited for Ron Paul, got a little peeved when they said press six for other. Then one I hit six it gave me the result as if I had hit seven - those are pretty far apart on a phone.
Interesting that the person was able to record, but that was the exact same message that called me. So, not so fake bro...
(The GOP will be retaken by conservatives and kick the goons running it out)... - inactive, on 12/06/2007, -3/+28press 9 if you don't know the difference between your and you're
- aristideau, on 12/06/2007, -1/+25My answering machine sometimes records my conversation if I pick up too late
- swiftekho, on 12/06/2007, -8/+31I'd rather be a "Paultard" than a Clintard or a Edtard or a Giutard (Heh, Jewtard)
- Akronos, on 12/06/2007, -6/+29You are.
- pkonink, on 12/06/2007, -2/+24Just want to say that he has proposed the gold standard dollars as a competing currency, not as a replacement for fiat dollars. Either way I think it's a bad idea, but I'm voting for him anyway.
Why? It's all about unfettered executive powers - I guarantee you this will be and is the defining issue of the US government for this century. Ron Paul is pretty much the only person I think will give up those powers as president without a civil war. - Killbot2015, on 12/06/2007, -2/+23that poll still shows ron paul in first. sorry, man. :
- asskey, on 12/06/2007, -8/+27That line about us spambots will not save you from your own idiocy...
- Cwo655321, on 12/06/2007, -9/+28and obviously you're going to press 0 since your grammar sucks
- kevxross, on 12/06/2007, -2/+21"Is Ron Paul a racist?"
No, he's against the federal government having their hand in everything. He's about everyone being treated equally instead of this crap we have now where the government does different things for different races, such as affirmative action, which does nothing but further segregate us. Since when does equal civil liberties for all = racism?
If you want to read what he says about it:
http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/racism/ - JLecker, on 12/06/2007, -2/+20Bias is a legitimate concern when it comes to polling. To give him some credit, Frank doesn't ***** about it and admits that tweaking the wording of the question can produce very different results. However, since he chooses to use his powers for evil, I've gotta say: ***** YOU, FRANK.
- evilearsgonemad, on 12/06/2007, -0/+18***** Polls - GO OUT AND VOTE.
It's the only polling that really matters. - SquigglyP, on 12/06/2007, -1/+19Dammit, thanks a lot. Now i have to go look up the bills themselves and ***** read them. Regardless, That first link you posted...
http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul385.html
You can actually disagree with that? Hate Crime laws do nothing except punish you more severely for THINKING A CERTAIN WAY when you commit a crime. Surely that's not the sort of law we need. As for the Vote against commemorating the Civil Rights Act, the reason for that was probably monetary. I'm sure there were a few hundred thousand tax dollars used to put on some big shin-dig somewhere to celebrate it, with lots of speeches and guest speakers and what not. I'd rather not pay for that crap either. And thanks for pointing out once again that he's Christian. Proof that no man is perfect.
But why'd you pull punches? He's against Welfare, Affirmative Action, and a lot of other things that you could probably tag him as racist for. Even tho those things themselves are racist programs. Civil Rights act itself could be considered a dinosaur of it's age. Most people in this modern culture of ours aren't racist. Do we really need all of these anti-racism laws? More often than not they serve to work backwards. Two guys go in for a job, the one who's the most 'minority' gets it for fear of lawsuit or fines. yeah there are racist douchebags out there, but why shouldn't a racist douchebag be able to just hire who he wants? Forcing a racist douchebag to hire a guy he just abjectly hates for the sole purpose of meeting some federal quota... bad idea. Just makes the douchebag hate the guy more, hate the government and the guy he hates will probably end up quitting after a few weeks of racial slurs and *****.
But that's more of a rhetorical question, really. I don't really see him using his presidential position to strike down things that the majority of the people see as beneficial on a cultural level. it's mostly economic and federal-level re-organization he's most interested in. The Civil Rights issue may come up, but there will not be a resurgence of the 50's or anything. The people of this era have moved beyond such things. Most people operate now without paying much attention to the ethnicity of their fellow citizens. But I'm all for leveling the playing field and making us all equal citizens. To this point in the history of this country, that has never happened. Chew that over for a while. - inactive, on 12/06/2007, -0/+15I am in Utah and got this same call yesterday
- Misaiato, on 12/06/2007, -3/+18Here's what he says loud and frequently - I believe the government should go away.
I agree. That's why I'm a Republican - because the _ideal_ of the party is that government should be _small_ an _unobtrusive_ - and our current President has totally strayed from that path...
You're tired of Republicans because you _want_ the government to take care of you. Well they're going to take care of you with my tax dollars - and I'm not sure I like you enough to give you anything more than a 'hello' if I pass you in the street. - l00s3r, on 12/06/2007, -4/+19How did they know that they were going to be called by a pollster and had the wherewithal to record the call?
- chrishuch, on 12/06/2007, -0/+15Dont forget about Mike Gravel, he's on the good side too!

What is WRONG with you? Just because someone disagrees with you, they are now idiots? Isn't that the same attitude you complain about that is present in the mainstream media? Give me a break. - jask0, on 12/06/2007, -3/+15Ridiculous.
