- Jeezopete, on 07/22/2008, -4/+27 A small body of determined spirits fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission can alter the course of history.~Mahatma Gandhi
I dont care how you get there...just do it! Whoo! - King0007, on 07/22/2008, -5/+27Wake up people....This is your chance.
- Lawofnations, on 07/23/2008, -5/+19Tickets go on sale at 10:00 a.m. central. I think there are only 15,000 available so it will sell out fast. Only six weeks until the single most significant gathering since 1776. Let's do this now!
- Journeywithinn, on 07/23/2008, -1/+12Both are great for the Republican party, either way. We don't care if WE have no media coverage--we are used to it! We just want to have fun, and be together with people that will change the course of America for the better. We do this for us and we do it for you. WE think our votes count and our work will eventually bear the fruit of making our governments accountable to the people and our country one we can be proud of again.
- JKap, on 07/23/2008, -2/+13Paulunteers do it themselves.
- silentboom, on 07/23/2008, -3/+14This is a free market solution to the Republican problem. We put together a better product and crush the competition in a fair way. This convention is going to be the new challenging the old. The Republican convention is going to look like a giant AARP meeting. What makes that even funnier is that McCain doesn't support policies that would help AARP aged people, he is a liberal warmongering neoconservative. His policies lead to inflation which is a tax and steals right from the pockets of people who have saved their whole lives. Obama is no better. Tax and spend vs borrow and spend. Ron Paul never went into debt during his campaign and returns a portion of his budget each year. Ron Paul is good for America, Plain and simple.
- Canada4RonPaul, on 07/23/2008, -4/+13I live in Canada. I am a huge Ron Paul supporter because of his lifetime of loyalty and honour to his word. Ron Paul consistently votes in Congress within the principles of the United States Constitution; I wish the leaders of my country would uphold their moral authority. When Ron Paul becomes the next President of the United States of America and returns fiscal and economic responsibility back to a true free market economy by backing the US dollar with gold and silver, the entire world will gain a righteous boost of needed monetary healing. Ron Paul is truly a NEW DIRECTION.
I live in Victoria, BC and we have many visitors come to see our beautiful city from Seattle and Port Angeles. Five months ago, I paid to have professional decals placed on my vehicle which say GOOGLE RON PAUL and of course the famous Ron Paul Revolution logo (on both front doors).
I have purchased and read Ron Paul: The Revolution: A Manifesto. (simplistically brilliant)
I read dailypaul.com set as my homepage because the posts are fantastic.
I am the Program Manager for the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards.
I know Dr. Paul will win the Presidency of the United States of America this November 2008.
I will be in Chicago from November 3rd to 9th for the GSEA Global Finals. The world wants the true America back and we will do anything to keep her integrity pure. - Thinbev, on 07/23/2008, -1/+9Even if the media refuses to cover the rally on TV, I'm sure we'll have hundreds if not thousands of videos posted on YouTube.
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -5/+12Ron Paul--***** YEAH!
- silentboom, on 07/23/2008, -2/+8And tickets are only $17.76. That's cheaper than any concert I've been to in a long time. They are going to go very quickly.
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -1/+6FTA: "One of our goals (during the campaign) was to get them to allow Dr. Paul to speak,'' said Stebbins. "But we knew they never would.''
Damn right. The convention will focus on the party's successes and not it's failures like Ron Paul. The ignorant old bigot shouldn't even be allowed in to the hall. - inactive, on 07/23/2008, -0/+4It's my guess that he's way too far gone for that. Institutionalization seems to be indicated.
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -2/+6For the record, McCain has the votes sewn up and Ron Paul was a dismal failure in the primaries. No one gives a ***** about your little circle jerk and no one is going to cover it except in the odd news section of Yahoo.
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -0/+4"I know Dr. Paul will win the Presidency of the United States of America this November 2008. "
You know there are drugs that treat delusions now... - inactive, on 07/24/2008, -0/+3No, he won't. He's not on the ballot in any state and he's not bothered to register as a write-in candidate so those votes won't be counted either. In short, he'll do even worse in the general election than he did in the primaries. But not by much.
- diskit, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2Now you know how people who aren't Ron Paul fans feel about those who are.
- brad3378, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2http://rally.campaignforliberty.com/tickets/
Tickets - sugarazor, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2I'm pretty sure Van Halen's reunion concert had more in attendance and it's more significant than this.
PANAMA! - bucfish, on 07/23/2008, -2/+3Youtubers unite. We will get this historic event out there. In spite of a likely media blackout!
- Lawofnations, on 07/25/2008, -0/+1It's a rEVOLution not an 'Eruption'.
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -1/+2So what? Post a thousand videos, it won't bring him one single vote.
- ajsig, on 07/23/2008, -7/+7For the record, John McCain isn't the nominee either.
He has an extremely high probability of receiving enough delegate votes to be the nominee. However, historically, there have been at least 4 Republican presidential nominees in the past that actually went into the convention with less bound delegates than Ron Paul.
That is the joke about our media. It really isn't over until they vote. - ajsig, on 07/23/2008, -5/+4Get a life, seriously. Get a hobby. Get a girlfriend. Do SOMETHING, anything.
(Literally banging my head against the keyboard) - katie212, on 07/23/2008, -4/+3Irrelevant and Unimformed is your master and warmonger John McCain or haven't you figured this out yet? You on the other hand are just plain and simply...a dense mindless follower.
- Thinbev, on 07/23/2008, -2/+1I disagree... It might not give him a win, but he'll definitely receive many votes.
A growing number of people read and watch videos from the internet. Does TV reach more people? Yes. But the internet is growing in popularity and I think eventually the Internet will outperform cable television. - inactive, on 07/23/2008, -13/+7Three days of Paul activities in St Paul will be irrelevant simply because he is NOT the nominee..All the Diggs, Reditts and Youtubes in the world can't change that Fact
- inactive, on 07/23/2008, -14/+7Buried as inaccurate..Who the hell do you think you're kidding by saying the media will not be spending time at the REAL convention..You're rally may well get attention from Comedy Central....More proof Paultards do NOT live in the real world
