Well there's a surprise... a hypocrite "christian" - ManUnitdFan, on 06/01/2009, -7/+106He basically condoned the murder of this guy, without explicitly stating it. I'd like to say I'm shocked and outraged, but it's really not that surprising. These people are a cancer on American society.
- alleged, on 06/01/2009, -6/+97American Christianity seems to have very little in common with Jesus Himself.
- DFutureIsNow, on 06/01/2009, -9/+97It speaks volumes that the RNC has not issued a statement condemning this act of domestic terrorism. I thought they didn't want any terrorists in the homeland... I guess I was wrong
- justaguy1970, on 06/01/2009, -17/+85I hope, that one day, American Christianity will wither on it's branch. I fear that these terrorists will one day destroy our country because they think it's gods will.
- workfaster, on 06/01/2009, -13/+78Wonder if Cheney knew this was going to happen. He kept predicting that terrorists would hit on Obama's watch. Make no mistake. This was an act of terrorism, and Operation Rescue is a terrorist organization.
- aussiejan, on 06/01/2009, -4/+60I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians, they are so unlike your Christ.
--Mahatma Gandhi - x88justy, on 06/01/2009, -16/+65Pregnancy abortion is an essential, basic human right, especially if pregnancy complications threaten to kill the mother. If you are an abortion, you are clearly not being murdered because you are still a part of your mother's body. Not only is abortion not murder, it is sound, safe health care, something to which everyone has a right. We shouldn't even be arguing over this. Stop killing doctors!
- tonberryqueen, on 06/01/2009, -5/+53I was rather annoyed hearing a news report yesterday where it was brought up that this is the first targeted killing of an American abortion doctor in 11 years, and that the last one was carried out by "an anti-abortion activist." I'm pretty sure that "terrorist" would be much more fitting than "activist."
- kschramm, on 06/01/2009, -4/+47What a douche.
- safetysealed, on 06/01/2009, -5/+47They weren't children they were fetuses. You cant murder something that hasn't been born you idiot.
fe·tus·es
1. The unborn young of a viviparous vertebrate having a basic structural resemblance to the adult animal.
2. In humans, the unborn young from the end of the eighth week after conception to the moment of birth, as distinguished from the earlier embryo.
As far as I'm concerned if a woman doesn't want to have a child, she shouldn't be forced to because your imaginary sky daddy says so in your book of myths.
You aren't pro-life, you're anti-woman. - Pigeon, on 06/01/2009, -4/+46Hey look!
It's lolobama again!
Not letting facts get in his way!
Tiller performed abortions when there is great risk to the mother and/or child. When the baby has complications which wouldn't let it live for long after birth or would be in great pain. What would you do if you were told the baby you are going to give birth to is going to spend its short life in agony and die? It would ***** the women up mentally and emotionally.
PS. LESS THAN 100 OF THESE ARE PERFORMED EACH YEAR YOU IDIOT. STFU. - brakes4turtles, on 06/01/2009, -7/+48These terrorists hate America and hate our laws.
- treehugger87, on 06/01/2009, -5/+41Only by universally advocating for and providing birth control can we end abortion in this country. Murdering doctors who perform them or jailing women who receive them will never work.
- kismetropolis, on 06/01/2009, -6/+42Late term abortions are never done willy-nilly for sport or to convenience women who are irresponsible with their birth control. It's always medically necessary to save the mother's life or because the fetus developed something that will kill it in the womb or immediately upon birth.
Nobody who supports the point of view that Tiller was a mass murdere and thus deserved to be killed for doing his job is really pro-life and should stop using that term to describe themselves at once. - Pigeon, on 06/01/2009, -4/+38Copy pasted because there are so many of you retards Not letting facts get in there way.

- xenuxenuts, on 06/01/2009, -6/+40Religion allows people to do evil and call their actions good. Always has, always will.
- chadsexingtime, on 06/01/2009, -0/+33@lolobama
We're not afraid of god or hell. The reason we don't start shooting christians is because we don't need an invisible boogeyman in the sky to tell us that murder is wrong. - suz123nj, on 06/01/2009, -6/+38Home Land security announced it's fear of increased right wing extremist--- the right protested that was ridiculous etc. Not only isit increasing itis condoned and no one is callingthese people out for their brand of terrorism.
- powatom, on 06/01/2009, -2/+34Why does it matter? Murder is murder. Whether abortion is murder is still up for debate. Shooting someone to death is not up for debate. At all.
- Pigeon, on 06/01/2009, -1/+32Then God is sick and twisted and you Christians must be the same.
Keep your ***** religion to yourselves, the sooner it dies out the better. - sarahlee, on 06/01/2009, -3/+33Murder is murder. And murder in a church is doubly sick. Like you.
- IIAmusedII, on 06/01/2009, -2/+30This was an act of terrorism, and these extreme, pro-life groups should be treated like terrorist groups.
- kareemachan, on 06/01/2009, -9/+36They would love to have a theocracy with their interpretation of Christianity at the helm, and would probably not hesitate to kill in the name of saving souls.
- nigelmansell, on 06/01/2009, -10/+37can we waterboard Randall Terry?
- sodade, on 06/01/2009, -4/+31@siszam - I am glad that this murder is going to put a spotlight on you and your ***** up kind. Please keep it up with the kooky comments - it makes the rational realize that your people are *****.
- kareemachan, on 06/01/2009, -5/+32honey - we know he did third trimester abortions and that he was vocal about his beliefs in a woman's right to choose.. We also know that someone once shot him in both arms because of his stand on abortions. What I hear you saying is that the shooting was probably justified. Great, another death for Jesus and babies.
And BTW, I am offended that you would denigrate a woman's choice. You don't know their circumstances. You don't know if the people who sought him out were victims of rape or incest or abuse. You don't know if your hypothetical wronged husband was as wronged as he might have felt - some men feel threatened if a woman wants something other than motherhood.
You. Don't. Know.
And the fact that people like BO'R whip up hatred for such people doesn't help, it just incites such heinous acts. If you really believe in the right to life, you should believe in the right to quality of life. And if anti-abortionists would spend as much time, energy, and money on helping people, they might not choose to have an abortion. Instead you rant over a cluster of cells - yes, they could conceivably one day be a person. And after "saving" said embryo, what do you do? Nothing. Zip. Nada. Zilch. That's where the hypocrisy comes in.
You want to be thought of something other than a hypocritical ranter? Then follow through and help that embryo have a full, healthy, educated life. When I see that happen, then I will be willing to listen to what you say. Otherwise, you're just a wingnut ranting baka. - treehugger87, on 06/01/2009, -2/+29As I said in my comment above, it is a gross sensationalism to describe aborted fetuses as "babies" or "children."
I hold any church that advocates abstinence over contraception equally or more responsible for abortions in this country. We could reduce abortions by 90% by simply encouraging, educating and supporting the use of birth control. - jhbarr, on 06/01/2009, -1/+28@alectoledo Your religion is not the only religion. Judaism states an unborn child is not a human and therefore abortion is ok and even late term is not the same as murder.
- andrewh7, on 06/01/2009, -1/+26These Christian terrorists hate us for our freedoms! I think I finally understand what Bush was talking about. Ha!
- andrewh7, on 06/01/2009, -3/+27Are you really surprised? What is the difference between a Muslim murdering someone using their religion as justification and a Christian doing the exact same thing? There is no difference. Christians have been torturing and persecuting people for hundreds of years. Open a history book and stop lying to yourself. The United States was founded as a direct result of religiously persecution. The Spanish Inquisition mean anything to you? Get off your moral high horse and deal with it.
- treehugger87, on 06/01/2009, -0/+24So you're saying that god pulled the trigger?
- goot776, on 06/01/2009, -3/+27You call that a Christian mindset?
Stop acting like the religious hypocrites that Jesus abhorred.
Remember them? The ones who were responsible for convincing the crowd to call for an innocent man's blood? Your attitude is almost tragic.
+1 troll - xenuxenuts, on 06/01/2009, -2/+26A large chunk of the old testament is a how to manual for genocide. You can support any agenda you want using the bible.
- inactive, on 06/01/2009, -2/+26"I find it especially disgusting that this mass murderer was in church."
If he actually was a mass murderer, are sinners not allowed to go to church? - pintomp3, on 06/01/2009, -1/+24You don't think abortion doctors live in fear from these crazies? Being bombed and shot at isn't a reason to be fearful? Just because the intimidation is happening to someone you don't like doesn't mean it's not terror.
- Hetman, on 06/01/2009, -1/+24Well most people have respect for human life regardless if there is a God or not.
- JoeMondo, on 06/01/2009, -11/+33These people need to be monitored closely by the feds - phones tapped, emails reviewed.
- emailowndme, on 06/01/2009, -5/+27Everything you can say about a fetus being life, can be said about tumors siszam.
That in and of itself, destroys your entire argument, to me, siszam. - tonberryqueen, on 06/01/2009, -0/+22So, by your logic, that Baptist minister who was shot and killed while preaching in church had it coming?
http://conservativeculture.com/2009/03/fatal-shoot ... - tonberryqueen, on 06/01/2009, -2/+24@Klowner: It is an act meant to intimidate women and doctors alike. It is meant to send a threatening message. Hence, it is terrorism.
- jhbarr, on 06/01/2009, -2/+23@trolleybus a fetus
- andrewh7, on 06/01/2009, -1/+22They just don't want Muslim terrorists - they don't have a problem with Christians blowing up abortion clinics. After all, you can't control the masses by convincing them to be afraid of themselves. You have to choose a foreigner who is different.
- inactive, on 06/01/2009, -1/+22The IRA was considered a terrorist group and most of their attacks target certain individuals.
- bsmang, on 06/01/2009, -1/+22@Klowner, Terror is terror whether it's relating to a specific group of people or the entire population.
- SirK, on 06/01/2009, -2/+22We should find out the shooter's relation to any terrorist groups, including Operation Rescue.
- treehugger87, on 06/01/2009, -1/+21I absolutely respect the condemnation of this murder by "several leading pro-life groups." However, this does not logically lead to the suspect caught having "*NO* Connection With Pro-Life Groups."
- Hetman, on 06/01/2009, -2/+22Do you honestly believe thousands fo lifes are going to be saved? I mean women are smart enough to seek out a different clinic.
