- bullcutter, on 04/18/2008, -0/+6Wow, I know polls don't necessarily mean much in reality, but still.... I'm pretty sure Hillary is just in it to screw with Obama at this point. Even after she drops out it will be all about making Obama pay for messing with the Clinton legacy.
She and McCain are best buds, and are more ideologically similar than most people would like to believe (both are beyond hawkishness in their previous support for war -- both are war VULTURES -- given her history, it is pure naivete to believe Hillary would actually follow through on her promises to withdrawal troops).
If McCain and Clinton are somehow the two candidates for the presidency in '08, then the election is already over, and the American people have already lost. - Subversyve, on 04/19/2008, -0/+3She bears an unmistakable resemblance to a cornered rat.
- jarnocan, on 04/28/2008, -0/+0I wish there was a way to NOT allow far-right republican Rush Libaugh fans to sabotage the Indiana (and other 'open' primaries). That is so unfair, seems even un-American. I think the fact that this hate monger is urging the repugs to vote for Hillary should send a message to the super delegates!!!
- DoomyMcDoomdoom, on 04/30/2008, -0/+0What is personally terrifying is the idea that though Obama commands a serious lead over the Clinton campaign, the American people's voice is soon to be silenced by easily bought superdelegates. Obama is typically a man of the people, and for that I commend him. But there is no denying that Hillary is more adept when it comes to playing the political game with the yuppie bigwigs in DC and the democratic party has sent a clear signal to America...Yuppie bigwigs are the ones that matter.
For the sake of the country, its people, and our future as part of an ever-shrinking world I pray Obama is elected
