If you have a certain number of employees (I think 10, or 15) Obama will also require that you give 7 days of sick time to every employee and give healthcare coverage to every employee.
As individual, you will also pay taxes for Global Poverty Act (sponsored by Obama - already passed House, is in Senate with at least 21 supporters); which will lead to 0.7% of US total product wealth each year (gross domestic product GDP) - payment to UN - for distribution outside the US to poor countries. There is no closeout date on it. No sunset clause. It is a global entitlement plan that Obama wants to load up on all of us.
If there is a union in your shop or if there is a union at your door, all employees voting on union decision will have their vote made public. Privacy of union vote gone, it is a cynch that a lot more businesses will have unions. What I have seen so far in our community shows that when business becomes unionized, the business leaves our economy. A lot of business has moved out of NY because of union - some moved to GA, TN and some to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China.

The way to increase your income is to serve others more effectively and more efficiently. Taking more taxes from one section of the population than another is stealing. We have put up with the bs required to increase our incomes and have successfully just crossed the $250k threshold. I am self employed and therefore would pay 55% in income & payroll taxes under crook obama. Now why is it fair to take over 1/2 of OUR income that WE worked hard for and sacrificed the last 15 years to earn? The answer is...it's not fair. Fair is for EVERYONE to pay the same PERCENTAGE of their income. It is not fair to increase the percentage of your taxes as your income increases. Begin to start takingn from the rich and giving to the poor will only cause business owners to find other ways of saving money...such as cuts in their labor force, only compounding the problem.
Giving money to the poor won't solve the problem any more than giving crack to a drug addict will solve his problem. They need training/vocation programs to get them into the workforce, as drug addicts need treatment programs. Giving money to someone who doesn't know how to earn money will only help that person momentarily. Taking money away from someone who provides jobs hurts everyone. The government is making decisions on how much you have to give up for someone else. It's the first step along with MORE government control.
It seems to me I remember people wanting less government when Bush was in office, yet now, they are willing to allow Obama to reach into our lives and impose more governmental will on us.
