Obama refers to the Mentally Ill as "Mentally Deranged."

flishfun.com — The debate is still going on TV, but during Obama’s rebuttal when it came to the topic of gun control, Obama stated that guns should not get into the hands of those who are mentally deranged. The quote itself is: “…we can make certain that those who are Mentally Deranged are not getting hold of hand guns…”

I suppose there will be another speech stating we just didn't get what he was really saying. But it is just not good enough for somebody not just in the Senate but trying for the highest position in the land. Sorry I am very disappointed.

    half of them have not received care. Another 320,000 have suffered some brain
    injuries, and this adds up to more people with disabilities who need an
    advocate, such as Hillary to help with the crisis.

    I suppose you can say Obama dissed these 600,000 troops by terming
    the mentally disabled "deranged".

Then he said small town people in Pennsylvania “get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them” “as a way to explain their frustrations.” Now people with mental illness are “Mentally Deranged”. What else does he think about the American public?
