From this gambling to his ignorance of the law requiring him to put his hand over his heart when the anthem played to his votes to infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms and their right to be secure we see almost constantly his version of the law is not in keeping with the spirit and letter of the law. Recently his economic package included changes to the income tax code even though his office had been notified that a trial in Florida found that there's no Constitutional basis for the income tax. Apparently he was out smoking blunts when they taught about precedent at Harvard?

The comment is a dig-on both the Obama slurporters, and the lottery industry.
