Sounds like there might be something to this whole community organizing deal. - inactive, on 09/15/2008, -2/+9Wow, I'm sure glad Obama inspires so many people through his community organizing. It makes all those hundreds of hours I've spent volunteering at soup kitchens and animal shelters, handing out blankets to the homeless, working on clothing drives, etc. seem even more worthwhile. Of course, back in those days -- when Obama was just in high school, we called it duty and kindness. And for the life of me, I never thought I could put those things in my resume.
