- PeoplesChoice, on 05/06/2008, -17/+110At least we can be sure that in his spare time, Barack Obama works to prevent sniper fires, not make up stories about sniper fire
- noahhoward, on 05/06/2008, -20/+111"Obama is someone we respect and hold in high esteem"
B-b-but Obama doesn't have any foreign policy experience!! - insanebrain, on 05/06/2008, -7/+67Niger please. ..
- neognostic, on 05/06/2008, -17/+66Is it hard to see the keyboard looking through eye holes of your pointy white hat?
- GlassAgate, on 05/06/2008, -19/+51Wait, wait, wait!!!
I'm confused. What is this
method used to end a conflict
without the use of guns and
bombs? It's foreign to me.
I thought that to solve a problem
that you had to bomb the enemy. - mechnoch, on 05/06/2008, -7/+35The White House?
- rald84, on 05/07/2008, -1/+29Kenya digg it?
- seldon452, on 05/06/2008, -1/+27Why do you
press return
in the middle of the
sentence. - ObamaMama48, on 05/06/2008, -15/+40This is why i've voted for him at my local level and state level and will vote for him again in the general. If his name is not on the ballot i'll write it in. He is the best choice.
- inactive, on 05/06/2008, -6/+29"Considering a temporary ceasefire" is way different than "seems to have brought peace" in my book.
- inactive, on 05/06/2008, -3/+26Certainly a big step. I just don't like hyperbole. It would have been just as easy to say Obama helped garner a temporary cease fire.
- krolm, on 05/06/2008, -4/+27peace in the niger delta? good luck with that
- jynweythek, on 09/17/2008, -7/+28Buried For Being A Dupe And Capitalizing Every Word In The Description.
- twiztidsinz, on 05/06/2008, -4/+22Nigerian?
- basefx, on 05/07/2008, -5/+22because appealing effectively to militant groups for peace is so easy every black person with a Kenyan father can do it!
- itbescott, on 05/06/2008, -9/+25Just remember, he's the one that doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to foreign policy.
*rolls eyes* - robopuppy, on 05/06/2008, -2/+17It's called a poem.
They're sometimes
eloquent,
but often pretentious. - vladin, on 05/06/2008, -12/+27Wow.. Did you join Digg just to bash Obama and push McCain? http://digg.com/users/LibertyForever/history/submi ...
- MeanYogurt, on 05/06/2008, -6/+20WTF? This article is dated Sunday, May 4th. The last terrorist attack was Saturday May 3rd(as mentioned in above article). How exactly is Obama bringing peace to Nigeria?
- ayeroxor, on 05/07/2008, -2/+15Looks like LibbyForever and RepubbO are in the same k-k-klub...
- withoutamartyr, on 05/06/2008, -7/+20That's still a huge step in the right direction.
- MidgardMurda, on 05/07/2008, -2/+15lol, Why do you ask? Worried he might cut you in line? You need not worry I'm here all day.
- negativenancy, on 05/07/2008, -1/+14I like Haikus
They are fun
This is not a Haiku - Aldhelm, on 05/07/2008, -0/+13Hey my father is from the Somali part of Kenya. Does this mean I'm good at negotiating?
- selmer, on 05/07/2008, -2/+15I christen thee.....*****!
- GhostyBoy, on 05/06/2008, -13/+25If this is true than color me impressed.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niger - NeoNightmareX, on 05/06/2008, -0/+11*Searches crayon box for "Impressed Indigo"*
*Fails* - IslandDog, on 05/07/2008, -3/+13Inaccurate again. Obama didn't do anything.
- jaxcs, on 05/07/2008, -1/+11Would it have been better if peace didn't happen in Nigera?
- withoutamartyr, on 05/06/2008, -0/+10Point taken.
- GlassAgate, on 05/07/2008, -1/+11"Muslim" isn't a language, it's a religion.
You should have said "Arabic",
unless you're trying to say something
like "If you understand the Muslim religion
enough so that you can discuss it without sounding
like an ignoramus...." - tehknotte, on 05/07/2008, -1/+10Democratic Republic of Congo that ho
- bitcloud, on 05/07/2008, -2/+11or your white robes... (moron)
- theweapon, on 05/06/2008, -7/+15Using capitol letters for every word in the description makes it more true!
- bitcloud, on 05/07/2008, -0/+8so wait.. is he a black man or a white man?
i mean his fathers black... but his mother's white... Confusing right?
Which box do I tick?
Wait I know... maybe he's ACTUALLY a good representative of the multi-racial, multi-cultural world we live in? - noahhoward, on 05/06/2008, -4/+11Much much better than "ignored"
- theweapon, on 05/06/2008, -6/+131.) Why would Bush or any U.S. President have anything to do with 'peace' in Iraq?
The current U.S. president seems to be doing a pretty good job of bringing war to foreign countries... maybe it's nice to see the opposite. - blagoaw, on 05/07/2008, -0/+7Not Ghana do it...
- iamtheinternet, on 05/07/2008, -0/+7Djibouti?
Well Didja? - fuzed, on 05/06/2008, -1/+82. How 'bout them gas prices at your local gas station?
- SpinningHead, on 05/07/2008, -6/+12Please, stop trolling Digg and get back to work, Mr. Cheney.
- bitcloud, on 05/07/2008, -2/+8likes fried chicken
enjoys watermelon
good at negotiating...
at least the bigoted list of stereotypes is growing to include things like "able to build comprehensive foreign policy" - bbqsalad, on 05/07/2008, -0/+6YEY!! Buried for being a tool.
- ulmedas, on 05/07/2008, -0/+6I would venture to guess that most people (reasonable folks anyway) care about peace everywhere. Also, there is a lot of oil there. Whether we like it or not, the volatility of any oil rich region does have major implications to Americans (most notably but certainly not the only place it matters is the nearly $4 per gallon of gas you folks with cars must contend with)
- TheWriteGuy, on 05/06/2008, -1/+7It's not necessarily that Bush couldn't do anything -- he really does NOT CARE to do anything.
- Scagli3tti, on 05/07/2008, -0/+6Horrible submission title. As the article title more aptly states: "Nigeria oil rebels say mulling Obama truce appeal."
- davidrools, on 05/07/2008, -0/+5yeah it's even more confusing because the Niger delta is where the Niger river ends, but it's in Nigeria, which borders Niger.
- imgstacke, on 05/07/2008, -0/+5I can't wait until all of you racists ***** are dead and buried.
