If you are concerned about increased water vapor in the atmosphere (as far as the amount we do control), consider that as the mean temperature rises so does evaporation, increasing the vapor. No one is suggesting we begin mitigating the sun (well, some few ridiculous people are, they won't get far). The contribution man is making on several fronts have been found to be enough to adversely effect the global climate. Those are goal.
