- apastafarian, on 10/26/2008, -0/+14I'm wondering what the networks are going to do Nov 4th to keep people watching after 8:15?
- niradg, on 10/26/2008, -0/+10Realistically, this probably puts New Hampshire out of reach for John McCain. Though it's a small state, it makes McCain's dwindling hopes of staging a comeback even more unlikely.
- Residents, on 10/26/2008, -0/+8I know McCain supporters in my state are getting really itchy and throwing signs all over the place cause he's losing.

- inactive, on 10/26/2008, -0/+6I hope he continues this in other battle ground states

Yes I am that cynical with the stupid election process here... - SheilaNoya, on 10/27/2008, -0/+2I'll be watching for 3 things:
1. McCain's concession speech
2. Obama's huge party when he officially wins
3. Sean Hannity's head exploding - Residents, on 10/28/2008, -0/+1Sweet. I think this election has scared me about how racist the older generations really are.... like closet racists. Any older person, especially over 65 going Obama shows true value in choosing who they think is the best based on the credentials you want in your president - not the credentials you wish for someone else's skin.
- poihead, on 10/27/2008, -0/+1fivethirtyeight.com has the best non-partisan election projections out there by considering the trends of all national and state polls together. They actually use all of the polling data in statistical models to calculate election outcome probabilities: Right now there is a 96.7 chance Obama wins, compared to a 3.3 chance for McCain. F*** yeah!
http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/ - JessicaChrono, on 10/27/2008, -0/+1I've noticed the increasing McCain/Palin signs in Michigan as well. (Which, as we all know, seems to be a lost cause.)
But I also saw a really cool "Veterans for Obama!" banner a week ago and an elderly man driving around with his back window painted to say, "I'm over 65 and I support Barack Obama!" - JessicaChrono, on 10/27/2008, -0/+1Is it strange that the more support Obama gets, the more nervous I get? I worry that many luke-warm Obama supporters will become complacent as they see him taking the lead and neglect to make it to the polls...
Here's to hoping everybody gets out to vote!
Obama/Biden '08!
