- inactive, on 01/24/2008, -2/+50Those of us who remember the Clintons remember that they'll do ANYTHING they think they can get away with for political gain. This article
http://www.scragged.com/articles/tears-of-a-crook- ...
explains how some of their supporters are beginning to catch on. It was the "Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy" that made all the noise about the Clintons stealing the NH primary, not the right wing. - inactive, on 01/24/2008, -6/+36After 8 years of Clinton and her husband, rest assured that most people are very well educated as to how she will say and do anything for power and political purposes.
- ritita, on 01/24/2008, -3/+24Billy is getting U.G.L.Y
- midoritsuru, on 01/24/2008, -4/+23She's really ruining her chances at running as vice-president with Obama...
- Dysarthria, on 01/24/2008, -4/+22This just in...rain is wet.
- Heymann, on 01/24/2008, -2/+13And thats one good reason why Hilary shouldn't be in the white house.
- nblsavage, on 01/24/2008, -3/+13As my Civics teacher once said, "A politician has two goals. To get elected and to stay in office. They will do anything in their power to attain those goals"
- V0lk, on 01/24/2008, -4/+14well, he's right. Doesn't anyone remember...Bill PERJURED himself under oath?? Put simply, he will LIE NO MATTER WHAT.
- jwolcott, on 01/24/2008, -1/+10Thank god.
- kevinwiz, on 01/24/2008, -0/+8"most people are very well educated as to how she will say and do anything for power and political purposes."
are you kidding? most americans are completely ignorant to anything related to politics. of those that care, most will buy anything they say. - RedHerringHack, on 01/24/2008, -3/+11I would vote for a Satan/Xenu ticket before I would vote for that lowlife whore. I like obama, and he is right. I like him even more for having the balls to stand up to the uber-bitch. More balls than Bill "Lying Felon" Clinton. I would vote for obama in 8 years, he needs a little more executive experience I believe.
- lOvOl, on 01/24/2008, -9/+16Uhhhhhh, the Clintons will not just say anything to get elected, but they will do anything to get elected, and that allegedly includes murder. The Clintons run their political operations like the mafia runs its operations in that patronage and loyalty is the only thing that matters to them, and anyone who gets in their way gets dumped in some wet concrete.
Of course, the same could be said about another amoral character of another political party, but fortunately he has less than a year left in office. - VictoryTrash, on 01/24/2008, -4/+10Remember the good old days when Bill was Pres?
The lying Clintons were defended left and right.
Now suddenly everyone acts like this just started. - jwolcott, on 01/24/2008, -0/+5Yeah, but it's the truth. That's the B.I.G. difference...
- Mrstupid7, on 01/24/2008, -0/+5Don't forget that our country was set up so that the common man was suppose to be able to run for office. Experience is a bad thing in politics because it allows people to build up relationships and cut favors (also known as becoming corrupt).
- MadScientist440, on 01/24/2008, -0/+5All the guy said was "I was representing those people whose jobs were going overseas while you were working as a lawyer for Wal*Mart."
That's a whopper? All he said is that she was working for Wal*Mart, contemporaneous with his work with communities in Chicago. Nothing about that is factually inaccurate. The "ominous" connotation comes with any consideration of any reasonable person who knows anything about Wal*Mart. It's like saying, "Your Mom works at McDonald's." Some corporations' reputations precede them.
Still waiting for a "whopper" that Obama has told. - mogebier, on 01/24/2008, -3/+8Where do you think his body will be found?? In a park, with a suicide note, with a gun in his hand??
Nah, the Clinton's have already done that one. - Anzat, on 01/24/2008, -1/+5Only Edwards has convinced people to disregard Edwards. His record (both his voting record, and his previous campaigns, even the early part of this campaign) is inconsistent with this champion middle-class fighter image he's trying to build. He exaggerates sob stories to the point of insincerity and overuses them to the point of exploitation. The overall impression is that he's kind of phony: a good guy, but making a phony claim to be much better than he really is. That's why people don't buy it.
The "media blackout" myth is ridiculous. He was the VP candidate in 2004 and a strong second in the 2004 primary -- people know him! - bizchris, on 01/24/2008, -0/+4Can you imagine her nipping at you the whole Presidency?
- Anzat, on 01/24/2008, -0/+4Obama. Feingold. Gore. There are plenty of politicians who refuse to dishonestly smear their opponents. Luckily, Obama doesn't NEED to be dishonest to slam the Clintons. The truth is bad enough.
- Thrilltone, on 01/24/2008, -1/+5http://ohnoyoudin.com/pics/hillvote.jpg
- inactive, on 01/24/2008, -0/+4"Obama has told some whoppers himself."
Link? - joeschoe, on 01/24/2008, -1/+5The story is that Obama didn't just sit and rollover for Hillary yet again... he's starting to use his voice to talk back.
- superal1394, on 01/24/2008, -0/+4Article not found
- whataboutdave, on 01/24/2008, -0/+4Not all of them, but damn near.
- jayesanctus, on 01/24/2008, -3/+6Well, Obama's right...
- Kikkomann, on 01/24/2008, -5/+8You started this Bill, and people all over the nation are telling you to just STFU. Well, you had this coming... UP YOUR ASS!
- juliangrey, on 01/24/2008, -0/+3That's a cop out. No group of people can be said to all be the same, not even politicians.
- RedHerringHack, on 01/24/2008, -1/+4Just give up, man.
- suxmonkey, on 01/24/2008, -9/+12Not to be too meta here but ... isn't saying publicly that someone else will 'say anything for political gain' kind of something you're saying 'for political gain'?
- vade79, on 01/24/2008, -0/+3No one is perfect, but there's a difference between incidents and situational things(which they apparently have to make a lot up for both paul and obama) and people who base their existence on lies(clinton/repubs).
- MadScientist440, on 01/24/2008, -0/+3It's not exhaustive of the classification of "anything" though. What he means is that, even if lying or some other dishonorable thing that he says the Clintons might do would help him out politically, Obama himself is above resorting to such a tactic.
- digdug2008, on 01/24/2008, -2/+5I bet they can't tell the truth
- Lemethe, on 01/24/2008, -1/+4If Hillary were to win, does anyone not find it disturbing that at minimum 28 years of our country was lead by only two families.
- wonderchemist, on 01/24/2008, -3/+5I bet they won't say (again) "I did not have sexual relations with..." regardless of the gain. :p
- inactive, on 01/26/2008, -1/+3Liberals are finally waking up to facts HONEST people have known all along. The Clintons are lying, power-hungry, money-grubbing weasels. Only pathological liars tell lies when they don't have to and lies that are so easily proven to be lies. One other thing that's funny to see is how all these liberals, who once defended the Clintons tooth and nail, are now willing to throw them overboard the first time someone comes along they like better. But loyalty is a positive moral trait. How can we expect to find it in liberals?
- inactive, on 01/28/2008, -0/+2Go figure, liberals are finally waking up to Clintons. Of course, they knew about this awful couple from the git-go, but defended them tooth and nail. That makes all liberals as cynical, dishonest and power-hungry as the Clintons. And as long as 90% of blacks pledge their votes to the Democrats without question, why shouldn't Hillary play the race card? What's the downside for her? She's just exploiting a bunch of slaves, just the way the Democrat Party has done since its inception. Democrats hold blacks in chains of ideology as surely as they once held them in chains of iron. Promise them everything but give them nothing. And they just keep coming back.
- sundancekid503, on 01/24/2008, -3/+5I really didn't think he would say 'anything', but then I saw his latest book: "If I did it: The Nicole Brown Murder - by Bill Clinton".
- DampedVibe, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2Hey what's so bad about Clinton ? You get 2 presidents for 1 vote. This is the best deal ! : )
- TheUngod, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2It's sad that Hillary running for Pres. is totally ruining Bills reputation. A lot of people had fond memories of his presidency, but now they only see him a the husband of a sneaky bitch running for president.
- MadScientist440, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2Exactly. And it is our role as an informed public, as well as the goal of free media, to make sure that in order for them to attain those two goals, they must work toward our goals.
- avions, on 01/24/2008, -1/+3JimmySpaza: Unfortunately that is wishful thinking.
- d03boy, on 01/24/2008, -1/+3You are a piece of ***** for being OK with politicians being corrupt pieces of *****. THINK FOR YOURSELF YOU MORON. Why should someone like this get ANY votes? The only reason politicians are pieces of ***** is because WE LET THEM. Americans are ***** stupid and I think everyone knows this in the back of their mind. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
Edit: ok that was a little dramatic but maybe that will help get my point across..or I'll just get into the deep negatives - SuperMoses, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2Hillary uses her husband to dish out a lot of the more controversial attacks, so when Obama brings them up in the debates she just says "Well, my husband isn't standing here, I am!" and the audience cheers.
- makkaveli19, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2LIES! *plug ears* LALALLALALA
- Mrstupid7, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2Remember everything in Wal-Mart is made in the USA (don't look at the tags, you're doing it wrong).
- inactive, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2And apparently they've sucked since the election of Jefferson. I'm amazed how many people need a constant reminder that politics is a rough-and-tumble enterprise.
- dagamer34, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2You really think any of his supporters would like her as VP? Are you insane?
- agimat, on 01/24/2008, -1/+3LOL, and he won't?
- MadScientist440, on 01/24/2008, -0/+2I'm waiting for evidence of these "whoppers"... I know the guy can't walk on water like some people seem to think, but has he even been publicly *accused* of lying?
