Obama Backs U.N. Bill to Disarm Americans
infowars.com — Not only would it force us to give .7 percent of our GNP to the UN but it would also force the US to sign onto the UN ’s Millennium Declaration, which would commit us to "banning small arms and light weapons". Those UN protocols would make US law on issues ranging from the 2nd Amendment to energy usage and parental rights all subservient to UN whims

- Heysal, on 05/08/2008, -1/+41Is it time for civil war yet? We need to pull anyone voting for this out of the White House and lynch their asses.
- Tess101, on 05/09/2008, -1/+17I totally agree with you, we need to do it the way they use to when law makers were found violating the people, and the Constitution. Pull them out of their homes, and hang them.

- NeoConned08, on 05/09/2008, -0/+31The War on Poverty in the US completely failed. Sure, let's go global with it! Socialism we can believe in! Most of the nations we send aid to are asking us to stop, Why? Because it plays a hefty role in keeping in power the very corruption that is impoverishing everyone there.
- veeew, on 05/09/2008, -0/+29It is time for a civil war. It is time for a revolution. It is time to fight these invaders and take our country back by force.
- chessmasterjoe, on 05/09/2008, -1/+26It is time for the Ron Paul rEVOLution.
- Tess101, on 05/09/2008, -0/+24It will be a sad day in America when someone tries to take away our second Amendment by TRYING to disarm us. They can have mine, but it will not be without a fight, or taking me alive.
- caferrell, on 05/09/2008, -0/+21If this is true, and I am now going to read the bill, then I think that Obama has handed the victory to McCain.
You cannot win the Presidency of the USA by advocating turning over our sovereignty and our guns.- caferrell, on 05/09/2008, -5/+9This post exagerates the danger. At this point the bill that Obama has authored only commissions a study of how best to help assuage the suffering of the world's most impoverished. Its only reference to the Millenium Project is to use that document's definition of poverty. Don't exagerate.
Read the bill there on Alex Jones' site, not the BS commentary.
The Millenium Declaration is a scary document. Obama's bill does NOT advocate that we sign that document which you can read here http://www.un.org/millennium/declaration/ares552e. ... - Kent4jmj, on 05/10/2008, -0/+7Commisioning a study is usually the first step on the slippery slope of selling out the american citizen. See page 133 of Paul's Manifesto about mental health screening. It illustrates the process and mechanism by which the bastards sneak in what the want.

- cyndezu, on 05/09/2008, -0/+22Great, now only the crooks, thieves and felons will be armed and law abiding citizens will not.
How the hell does that make sense- brad3378, on 05/10/2008, -0/+10Looks like Obama's gun control failed at home in Chicago:

- mozarker, on 05/09/2008, -0/+16It's becoming increasingly impossible to keep up with the thieves and liars running this country. There will be no change in this situation if Hillary, Obama or McCain are elected as president. I believe that the majority of the people in this country feel powerless to change the direction that we seem to be headed in. I refuse to give the power over my life to someone else. I will remain a Ron Paul Republican forever!
- yogmama08, on 05/09/2008, -0/+16What's worse is that this bill would sign us over to adhere to the "International Criminal Court Treaty"! THIS IS SCARY!!
- Look4Truth, on 05/09/2008, -1/+16Anyone else waking up to the false left/right paradigm yet? We're running out of time here people, the globalists want our guns and our freedom and they're not going to stop until they get it all.
Serfs up? - omegaredIX, on 05/10/2008, -0/+15Wow that is disgusting. I want to hear what all the Pro-Obama people have to say about this along with Obamas foreign policy. I will tell you that his policy on Iraq his the SAME thing as McCain and Clinton. I want to hear Obama supporters talk to me about evgeni brzezinski. Brzezinksi is a policy advisor for Obama and his book The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and its Geoestrategic Imperatives outlines the rational for US hegemony and what the US needs to do in order to remain the world superpower. He talked about how the US needed to control Asia and the middle east by all means necessary and in order to do that the US must control the vital oil supply lines.

We are the make up of our associations. His mommie was a commie therefore Obommie is a commie. He can't help being what he is.
- GWBARNHOUSE, on 05/10/2008, -0/+11The World Poverty Act is very serious. It has passed through committee so it can be called up for a vote anytime according to the whelm and engineering of Majority Leader "Chicken" Harry Reid. He will bring it up in the dark of night so that it will meet little opposition. There is another item that is just as dangerous and that is The Law Of The Sea Treaty. In it we give up our rights to navigate the high seas without the permission of a UN commission
- DavyRockett, on 05/10/2008, -0/+10Time to arm up. Join your local survivalist or militia group.
- vbullinger, on 05/11/2008, -0/+4Bill Cooper (from my memory): "The only thing preventing the New World Order from happening is the American people's right to bear arms."
Absolutely, spot-on true.
Don't let this happen.
I don't even own a gun, but we need to keep this right at all costs. - Truzseeker, on 05/12/2008, -0/+4(sigh) history repeats itself
