anyone still believing those empty slogans? - 08soso, on 11/18/2008, -0/+5We are not talking impeachment - Pelosi already ruled that out - we are talking investigation of possible criminal acts which have resulted in war crimes that could be prosecuted under international law. We are talking about standing up for the rule of law, not allowing an out of control administration to essentially receive a free pass for destroying the Constitution. I want the people who authorized this abomination to be investigated and, if appropriate, charged. Most constitutional scholars would support this.

They will believe whatever reason is given them why the wars will not have ended, the Patriot Act won't be repealed, and the FISA wiretapping won't be tossed out. They will delightfully pay their carbon tax to the central bankers, thinking it's somehow good for the environment, and they will chant "yes we can" all the way to the unemployment lines and bread lines.
