- bratpack8, on 01/03/2008, -11/+156O'Reilly is rarely speechless, that is, until he meets someone with a position he can't argue with. Great job Nick!
- ajpalmieri, on 01/03/2008, -3/+115Did anyone else notice O'Reillys Isreal comment?
- Frostman3D, on 01/03/2008, -6/+116Fox is REALLY against Ron Paul. I watch Fox a lot and they constantly paint Ron Paul as a loon. That's IF they ever mention him, usually, they don't even want to bring up his name. I've grown to hate Fox News.
- jeffiek, on 01/03/2008, -6/+99The US needs to pick it's goal. If it wants to spread peace then behave in a peaceful manner, if it wants to spread war then behave in a warlike manner. It's not rocket science.
- georgemason01, on 01/03/2008, -11/+86I am a Ron Paul spambot and I approve this message.
- exomni, on 01/03/2008, -0/+48Including Thompson and leaving out Ron Paul is ridiculous.
- RogerStrong, on 01/03/2008, -6/+54No, usually that's when he cuts the person's mike and argues anyway.
- stephbangm, on 01/03/2008, -4/+47We'll knock them out tonight when all our supporters go vote! In fact, if the majority of Ron Paul supporters actually vote in the Primaries, we would most likely win. Even if only 5-10% of the public support Ron Paul like the official polls say, only about 5-10% of the population vote in the Republican Primary! That's why it's critical that we have to work hard right now. Just a few people could make or break this election!
Also, please consider becoming a delegate: it's actually pretty easy! As delegates, we'll be picking the GOP nominee just like the electors in the electoral college pick the President; Delegates determine and decide who the GOP nominee is---it's that critical! So Become a Delegate or Ron Paul will NOT be President: http://delegate.notlong.com < Approved by the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign Committee: Jeff Greenspan, Regional Coordinator - Jared80KA, on 01/03/2008, -2/+43I was expecting a video of someone getting punched in the name of Ron Paul.
- smacksaw, on 01/03/2008, -0/+37I just can't imagine being ruled by fear like these people. What a pathetic existence. And how can Bill-O be so thick? RP doesn't want to IGNORE Pakistan, he wants to get the CIA out of there and replace them with diplomats, tourists, businesspeople, etc.
That's not ignoring Pakistan. Putting our military and spy agencies there to run roughshod over their territory while ***** on what the average Pakistani thinks - THAT is ignoring Pakistan. We're ignoring them on their soil. Same with Iraq. - flashingcurser, on 01/03/2008, -0/+36One thing that tools like O'riley don't seem to understand is that the main purpose of the government is NOT to protect our lives, it is to protect our freedom. I wander what Patrick Henry would think of the pussified americans that we have become.
- MaTT2011, on 01/03/2008, -4/+39Does anyone else notice the massive amount of ***** falling out of O'reilly's mouth as he speaks?
- proseandpromise, on 01/03/2008, -5/+35O'Reilly doesn't know what to do when he comes up against a consistent, non-partisan position. If he can't shout "secular-progressive" then he freezes up.
- NSResponder, on 01/03/2008, -1/+27"Fox is REALLY against Ron Paul"
The country-club Republicans hated Ronald Reagan, too. Now they pretend that they supported him all along.
jcr - Locke23, on 01/03/2008, -0/+25Now, as a Democrat myself, and pushing for a Kucinich or Obama victory, I would be glad to see Ron Paul running on the Republican side.. even if that does not happen, Paul has changed the boundaries of what it is to be a Republican. His position against the war is crucial to prove that all Republicans are not as hard-headed and ignorant as Bill O'reilly
- banmaster, on 01/03/2008, -3/+26#1) is false and has been discredited (http://slander.revolutioni.st/racist.html)
#2)is a 1/2 truth, he is against abortion on a personal level but it is not the job of the federal government to say one way or another.
#3) Wow, how would you back this up? Sounds like FUD to me.
#4) His tax plan is get rid of taxes, how is this unfair to lower earners? Giving them back 33% of there paycheck would boost there income.
#5) HAHAHAHAH, Global Warming, what a joke.
#6) This is up for debate, Canada does not get involved in other countries and no one seems to pay attention to them. Just to name one country that it works for.
#7) Where does this crap come from? He voted against a bill that would have the federal government pay for gay adoptions. (Not the federal governments job) and suddenly he is anti GAY. He is all for "Free Association" meaning if two guys want to get married, so be it. it is not one of the federal governments jobs to monitor who is associating with who.
#8) HAHAHA, I have more guns than him. It is your right and responsibility to own guns and know how to use them. All able bodied men from 18 to 45 are part of the militia and as such should be ready to defend the US at a moments notice. Know your responsibilities as a citizen of the US.
#9) It is not the federal governments job to manage schools, it is a sate governments job. He would just get the federal government out of something it should never have been in.
#10) I would agree that “Through perverse court decisions and years of cultural indoctrination, the elitist, secular Left has managed to convince many in our nation that religion must be driven from public view.” The constitution states that "Government shall make no law regarding the establishment of religion" No law goes both ways, no law for and No law against. It has no say in the matter.
I will admit that he is not perfect, but he is better than the others. I can not remember the last time I saw this kind of slander in the primary. - Eslamicolt3, on 01/03/2008, -0/+23I keep hearing where Paul stands nationally, and that he doesn't have a chance. Who's conducting these polls? I certainly haven't been asked. I have a sneaking suspicion that he'll have a massive presence come time for primaries, and the media outlets are going to call it inexplicable.
- bradleyland, on 01/03/2008, -1/+23He'll get dugg down because he makes no sense, starting from the first sentence:
"Ron Paul does not value equal rights for minorities. Ron Paul has sponsored legislation that would repeal affirmative action"
Affirmative action is DEFINITIVELY racial inequality. You are applying compensatory weighting based on race. That is, flat out, discrimination.
I'm not doing a line item rebuttal, because his post doesn't deserve it. He'll simply be buried, and rightly so. - feshmania, on 01/03/2008, -5/+25i think it's more accurate to say that he had no arguments, he just kept asking the same question because he didn't like the (logical) answer.
- RogerStrong, on 01/03/2008, -2/+22Bill O'Reilly abuses and cuts the mic of retired Colonel Ann Wright, 29-year veteran of the US Army, after she refuses to fall victim to his leading, dishonest questions and smear tactics:
http://www.crooksandliars.com/2007/04/02/why-does- ...
Only a lowest of submorons could have any knowledge O'Reilly's show and still write what you just wrote. Please have yourself slapped and sterilized for the good of the species, and may God have mercy upon your soul. - Samurai77, on 01/03/2008, -0/+19Bill is a coward! I'm not scared of Iran, or any of the popular fear mongering going on today.
- mugicha, on 01/03/2008, -4/+23Yeah, he got owned. I'm not going to vote for RP, but I agree with his foreign policy 100%. Bill O'Reilly is the biggest idiot on a channel devoted to idiocy.
- WolfHook, on 01/03/2008, -0/+19Why should Americans care about Israel? Israel is armed to the ***** teeth, let them deal with Iran if they have a problem with them.... Ohh I forgot about AIPAC, that would explain Bill's Israel comment.
- dgendreau, on 01/03/2008, -2/+20Oh thats easy...
Before 9/11: Reason = Acceptable way of breaking information down.
After 9/11: Reason = Sissy, Commie, Hippie, Conspiracy theory nonsense
This was around the same time that terms like "Intellectual" and "Liberal" became derogatory terms too. - borninda818, on 01/03/2008, -2/+20Buddy, I could argue every point. They are all completely inaccurate or misleading. I'm just not going to waste my time. Really i wont be proving anything to anyone, at this point if you're on digg, you ether love him, hate him, or don't care. No one is going to change their mind.
- banmaster, on 01/03/2008, -2/+20Its kind of pathetic really. Anyone with 1/2 a brain knows that Israel will say anything to ensure it keeps getting the tens of billions a year from the US!
- fantasticjon, on 01/03/2008, -2/+20Ron Paul doesn't want kids to have candy because he voted against H.R. 892342 bill named "Free Candy for all kids from the Federal Government"
- jerryparid, on 01/03/2008, -2/+19This man is more crazy that I thought
- passiveinvestor, on 01/03/2008, -5/+20Take some time to reseach the past with keywords "Ron Paul Fox" and see how many news stories from month's ago point out possible Fox rigging going on. Can we all be wrong? I don't think so.
- Brian48216, on 01/03/2008, -11/+26I think a lot of people would take the Ron Paul phenomenon more seriously if the people who represent him look a little bit more professional and a little bit less pot head....
I'm all for Ron Paul in the debates and he's a hell of a lot better then the rest of the republican field but I'm just saying, he could do a lot better if he shows that he doesn't just represent fringy libertarians (Which I know he doesn't but that's the image) - ProjectAzar, on 01/03/2008, -0/+14Im suprised Bill didn't cut his Mic at all. He spoke a calm and concise message that got the point across and directly clashed with Bill, which usually ends the conversation, but it went on. I am actually stunned that even aired. Hmm. Anyway, congrats, that was a well executed support for Ron Paul.
- Berkana, on 01/03/2008, -4/+18I imagine it going something like:
"THIS ONE'S FOR PEACE" *Whop!*
"THIS ONE'S FOR PROSPERITY!" *whop!*
"THIS ONE'S FOR LIBERTY!" *whop!*
"RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!" - exomni, on 01/03/2008, -5/+18Bill O'Reilly is the most annoying ***** of all time. I love how he always tries to get the last condescending word in, when he's the one who's supposed to be the interviewer.
***** Bill O'Reilly. If anyone actually enjoys watching this *****, they don't deserve to live. - banmaster, on 01/03/2008, -2/+15Any particular reason you're not going to vote for him?
The biggest thing ANY politician has to do right now is to stop the ***** in the middle east. And ONLY 1 guy wants to do that. - Betrayer, on 01/03/2008, -2/+15That just about confirms all the conspiracy theory's about Fox shunning RP.
get my broker on the line.. .SELL SELL SELL - HaSatan, on 01/03/2008, -4/+15Wake up Bill! You just got knocked the ***** out!
- iPsyko, on 01/03/2008, -0/+11I actually laughed when he said it.
- Sabrestryk, on 01/03/2008, -0/+11Why is this buried now? I think the Ron Paul Digg buriers are worse than the spammers.
- DavidinBoston, on 01/03/2008, -2/+13Every time I hear some idiot on Fox like O'Reilly, or Hannity, say "elite media" I could scream. We need to fight back more when it comes to such rhetoric. Every blogger who EVER gets on any talking head program, on CNN, or Fox, or MSNBC, etc., needs to refer (EVERY TIME) to Fox News and their ilk as "RIGHT WING MEDIA." And they need to repeat that phrase as much as possible - just as much as the O'Reilly's of the world always say "left wing media and "elite media." Olbermann should use the term "right wing media," also. That frame needs to get out there much more.
- Petrarch1603, on 01/03/2008, -0/+11he is getting dugg down because he copies and pastes the same damn crap everytime and every time somebody goes thru point by point and refutes his statements, yet he still continues to post this spam
- Frnnkdlxx, on 01/03/2008, -2/+12Someone explain to me the timeline of when Reason became fringe...
- hydrodev, on 01/03/2008, -1/+11Why? Simply because you believe it cant happen or wont happen means you shouldnt try? What ever happened to standing up for what you believe in regardless of the chances and likely-hood of failure? Man this country is going down the tubes.
George: what ***** tubes? - cusoman, on 01/03/2008, -2/+12Sure did. Funny how he so lightly said it and sneaked it in.
- dafragsta, on 01/03/2008, -0/+9This is what we've come to as a species... the contents of your words are far less important than the contents of your closet. We are a seriously shallow race. We don't evolve for our own advancement, we evolve for our pacification and superficial high ground.
- RedHeadedFreak, on 01/03/2008, -15/+24Wait, what? O'Reilly hardly even let the guest speak. Now I don't hate O'Reilly like the majority does around here, I think he has some good points and he's very smart, however, he is quite overbearing and always interrupts and goes off on his own monologue. I couldn't notice one time where O'Reilly was speechless.
- Kavok, on 01/03/2008, -1/+10If there is indeed no chance for him to ever be President, it is because of people like you.
This is a Democracy, the very foundation of a Democracy is the ability of the citizens to change the government by voting and supporting issues that matter to them.
I personally believe Ron Paul has a chance of winning, I believe anyone has a "chance" of winning. - Look4Truth, on 01/03/2008, -1/+10O'Reilly is a NWO shill, turn him off and boycott Faux advertisers.
- hydrodev, on 01/03/2008, -1/+9ORLY, O'REILLY?
- absolutroot, on 01/03/2008, -1/+9check again dude, because o'reilly just got punched in the face with a fistful of reason and logic. not even chuck norris can pull of that feat.
- NSResponder, on 01/03/2008, -2/+10Does the phrase "Dewey beats Truman" mean anything to you?
