"4600 delegates + upper end dignitaries". "claiming it will be an experience for the twin cities in media coverage second only to the olympics." "they are discussing how the 'protestors' will be causing the most trouble on tuesday at the rally." "complaints filed by an unnamed protest group, mad because the permits are for locations that are not close to the action as they prefer." "police being trained across the state number 3500 and media reports it might not be enough". so basically he says, they are trying to paint a picture that not many in that area will want to be a part of.
