  • inactive, on 03/19/2009, -1/+1The thing about headlines like this is that while they seem outrageous, what is the alternative? If they cancel the contract, they will owe damages for breaching it. The construction firm that was going to do the work would be harmed. If they canceled things like this, it would just hurt the economy even more.
