ohmygov.com — Steven Lipski, a Jersey City Councilman, was arrested last Friday night while attending a Grateful Dead tribute concert here in Washington, DC. Lipski, 44, was charged with simple assault after he allegedly urinated from a balcony onto fellow concert goers at the famous 9:30 Club.
