NY Governor Paterson Unveils Same-Sex Marriage Bill

Paterson on Thursday announced he would introduce a bill to legalize same-sex marriage in New York State, drawing on the soaring oratory of the civil rights movement to call on the Legislature to join the four states that have already authorized such unions.
