- inactive, on 11/17/2008, -0/+2Not sure about how judges are retained in NH. I know that in some states there's a ballot question "Should judge ** be retained?" and if there are more "No" votes than "Aye" votes the judge is removed and another appointed.
That judge clearly violated the rights of Freeman and also the judge seems to be on a big power trip.
He needs to be removed from the bench.
