NEW POLL: U.S. Popularity Sunk In 26 Countries Since 2002

thinkprogress.org — A brand new Pew poll has found that majorities in 26 countries now have a less favorable view of the United States than they did in 2002. Also, “opinions of the American people have declined over the past five years in 23 of 33 countries where trends are available.”

  • dirar, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Its not this country that the world is upset at Mr Bushownzlibs, its Mr Bush's refusal to admit that all of the evidence leading us into this war was fabrications by his administration and by the Israeli Govt. to lead us into a long unpopular war that has been anything but a disservice to the US a disservice to Iraq and the Iraqi people a disservice to peace in the region and a great service to Israels expansionist colonialism.
    This was the wrong war we were not welcome in 2003 we are not welcome now! We did not belong there in 2003 and we do not belong there now. We did not help Iraq or regional peace in 2003 and we certainly are not helping now, so to reiterate it again is not the USA that people despise its George W., and his neo-con idiot followers like yourself!
