NARAL endorses OBAMA

naral.org — NARAL announced today that it endorses Sen. Barack Obama for president in 2008. Sen. Obama has a fully pro-choice record, and we are confident that as president he will be a champion for women's reproductive rights. The announcement quotes Obama as saying, "It's not just an issue of choice, but equality and opportunity for all women."

Obama worked to pass a number of laws in Illinois and Washington to improve the health of women.
