- trentRez9, on 09/11/2008, -14/+234And this is the reason why this man must not win this election...
- rawg, on 09/11/2008, -9/+106We already know that John McCain is willing to lie to win an election but it's important to remember that his pattern of lies goes back to his support for the war in Iraq.
- zorpscorp, on 09/11/2008, -7/+92All the plans for Iraq were on the table BEFORE 9/11. Bush/Cheney/McCain, all the neo-cons were pushing this war as soon as they had an excuse. Also, McCain was one of the first ones to say the anthrax attacks (which nearly everyone had forgotten about) came from Iraq.
- magoghm, on 09/11/2008, -3/+69This is one more reason.
- kemp34, on 09/11/2008, -7/+61You see, behind the scenes there is quite a bit of evil that goes on and these people convince themselves and rationalize they are doing it for the "greater good". In reality, all they are doing is committing evil in ways that round about helps them personally.
- grumluvr, on 09/11/2008, -8/+59What a shill for Bush! Clearly he was scripted to call out Iraq as the instigator.
- atdigg, on 09/11/2008, -6/+51This guy is obsessed about bombing other countries, I guess if you are a hammer every object in the world looks like a nail... probably for a pilot that's a normal reflex... bomb bomb bomb... bomb bomb bomb Irak... oops Iran...
That's perfectly fine for any random 72 year former pilot, but not OK for somebody who hopes to become the president of the most powerful country in the world. - Buddhaismybuddy, on 09/11/2008, -9/+54John McCain was WRONG!
- inactive, on 09/11/2008, -8/+46Aren't you Cons embarrassed?!
Hell, I'm embarrassed for you - inactive, on 09/11/2008, -3/+39It's no coincidence that AIPAC, PNAC, the Neocons and the Israeli right wing were also looking for an excuse to go to war with Iraq. The problem was that Iraq and Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 or Al Qaeda. But that didn't stop AIPAC's puppets like John McCain from manufacturing evidence.
Basically, Iraq was Israel's enemy not America's enemy. But it has been Americans who have paid the price in lives and dollars. As they like to sing in the streets of Jerusalem, "Onward Christian Soldiers". - inactive, on 09/11/2008, -7/+38McBush
- staffell, on 09/11/2008, -8/+38McCain supporters are blind if they can't see that this war is the worst thing that could possibly happen to humanity.
Vote McCain, vote destruction. - jaschwan, on 09/11/2008, -6/+34McCain making the case for the war with false pretenses before the false pretenses even existed! What a fascist
- shupy, on 09/11/2008, -5/+29I feel sad for McCain. I do believe he once had integrity, but he lost it when he towed the line for Bush.
- jesusisblack, on 09/11/2008, -8/+31Disgusting.
- digjam, on 09/12/2008, -2/+21America...do a favor to yourself..dont elect mccain.
- inactive, on 09/12/2008, -7/+26Those countries had nothing to do with 9/11. It was all Afghanistan and Osama Bin Ladin. Bush even confirmed on C-span that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11. 9/11 is an excuse to invade these countries.
There is no point at going to war with any of these countries. Iran has done nothing wrong, it's just a neighbor country to Iraq. Saddam is gone and Iraq is getting back on track, plus they have oil to help their economy. These small countries are of no threat anyways. The Soviet Union was a threat to America and Germany was a threat to America, Iraq is not right now.
If there's any countries we should be going to war with, it's these third world countries in Africa who kidnap kids and train them to be killing machines.
What we should do with the whole 9/11 situation is try to solve things peacefully with these supposed "terrorist" countries. War should be a last resort. We shouldn't be at war with Afghanistan either. If we worked together with these countries they could very well help us in the search for Osama Bin Ladin. War will do nothing but put them into submission and anger them, like Germany at the end of WWI.
McCain doesn't seem to get this though... - algaeturd, on 09/12/2008, -6/+24AMERICA FIRST!
My ass. War FIRST, Dead American soldiers second.
ALL military families and friends need to unify their voice and speak clearly and loudly on election day. These people are 100% for continual war to make money for their crony, contractor friends. American blood for cash...that's the game.
And WHO would be ***** stupid enough to ASSUME anything on the morning of 9/11?
McCain and company. And they were so ***** wrong it almost destroyed our OWN nation.
Do they give a *****? Hell no. More war, more threats, more big stances.
Put McCain back in his cage where he belongs. Honestly. - jshooter1377, on 09/12/2008, -2/+18"Do you know what Osama Binladen is going to be for Halloween?
Dead."
Seven years later...
nothing. No one has a real clue where he is. Its shameful. Its truly shameful. - cedarbaydave, on 09/12/2008, -3/+19I don't know if it is blood lust or some sense that they were shown up by Saddam Hussein after the first war, but these guys were headed for Iraq the first opportunity that came along once the Bush administration took over. 9-11 was just made it much easier for them.
More of the shame if McCain wins the election. :-( - muckemuck, on 09/12/2008, -2/+16Funny how the GOP can overlook the liberal stands McCain takes on issues ( http://www.gunowners.org/mcdisguise.htm ) so long as he tows the line for them and promises more war.
And for that.. I filled out a GOP survey that came in the mail today begging for money.. and I'm sending it back with no money. They won't get my vote this year either. They decided the losses in 2006 weren't enough so they stayed on that neo-conservative side track. I'm still over here on the conservative main line. Buh bye GOP. - algaeturd, on 09/12/2008, -3/+17One of MANY.
- hiriumi, on 09/12/2008, -4/+16What if you lived in a country where United States attacked because of the wrong speculation? Your parents and maybe your family got killed because of that. Could you still say, "So what?"
- algaeturd, on 09/12/2008, -0/+12How is this getting dugg down?
Because a huge portion of the right (despite every ***** fact and truth known to man) still think Saddam had something to do with 9/11.
OUR OWN ***** IGNORAMUS GOVERNMENT ADMITTED HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT FINALLY?
That's the power of stupidity and disinformation and the power of the republican idiots. Facts, logic and reasoning all have NO place in their camp. It's all fantasy, made up news.
Bush wanted to help pay back Saddam for making his daddy look like a fool during the Gulf War. Bottom line. There was NO evidence linking Iraq to 9/11.
ABSOLUTELY NONE.
But again, truth means nothing to a bunch of toothless rednecks and rich, old white men who don't give a ***** about facts. They just want someone to shoot. The mentality of a ***** Neanderthal.
*****, Neanderthals are smarter than that, actually. - surendrapathak, on 09/12/2008, -5/+16Stupid from day 1!
- BotchaMcCoola, on 09/12/2008, -3/+14Don't forget he supported the Vietnam War. Being shot down after 22 missions of roasting SE Asians is no pass for me. That "war" was a ridulous gift to US and Chinese War Industries. And never forget the kind of bad economic effects we got after that. While he may want to be a patriot he is an abject failure twice now.
- TheAmazingBob, on 09/12/2008, -3/+13At this point, (wherever you live) you're probably not safe from us damn Americans.
- JEWestbrookJR, on 09/12/2008, -3/+13maybe you would prefer the "no spin zone"?
- ruforealz, on 09/12/2008, -2/+12Wait who sold them the chems?
http://www.tellingfilms.co.uk/images/palestine/rum ... - inactive, on 09/12/2008, -7/+15So you're all warmongering racist scum and that makes it alright?
- bobbarkerbilly, on 09/12/2008, -1/+9willing to go to war with the people that attacked us, mainly the Taliban in Afghanistan. The Iraq War, one and a half years after the attack, was sold to us.
Don't forget that. - rz8472, on 09/12/2008, -0/+8Forget Iraq... he basically named half a dozen countries he wanted to attack and set the Middle East on fire. And if Chuck Hagel hadn't amended the original authorization to go to war in Iraq (the original draft entailed a 'blanket' authorization anywhere in the MidEast), he would have gotten his way.
- obliviousfool, on 09/12/2008, -1/+9According to Gen. Wesley Clark the plan was to invade seven countries in five years. McCain managed to name four of those countries!
- PhilLesh69, on 09/12/2008, -0/+7Really? Then I guess it was lucky for Saudi Arabia, the nation where 15 of the 19 hijackers were from, happened to have guy named Prince Bandar who was really good friends with the Bush Family.
Otherwise, the nation with the most "*****-tons of oil" could have been invaded.
It's funny that people focus on distractions when there are more obvious geopolitical reasons for invading a contained threat that had nothing to do with islamic extremism. - inactive, on 09/12/2008, -2/+8No, the war was sold to a desperate America.
- BrapAllgood, on 09/12/2008, -3/+9"Sacred symbols: Alex Jones and Ron Paul. The two leaders of your little cult who we are not allowed to criticize without provoking a loud, ignorant response from someone like yourself."
***** you. I don't worship anyone, including these two. Stop projecting; you follow them around like they feed you. Also, how, exactly, is someone 'loud' in here? I am starting to suspect that you actually fail at English.
"You believe in your theories without the benefit of proof. That sounds a lot like faith to a sane person. Of course I can understand how that would escape the likes of you."
Calling me crazy does not make you right, no matter how many times you try it.
"You people band together to share your faith in junk science and misinformation. Sounds like a religious sect to me."
Um...'Bury Brigade' anyone? STOP PROJECTING. Hellloooooo?!?!?! Anyone in there?
"Your methods for proving your idiotic theories are completely unscientific and, in fact, are anti-scientific. You reject science, mathematics and engineering in favor of your belief system. Sounds like the people who reject evolution in favor of creationism. In short, a religious sect."
Dude, you just quoted a dictionary and then said 'but read it like THIS' as proof. Then you seriously have the gall to question *my* sanity and *my* grasp of science?!?! Yeah. Me so stoopid. U sew smrt. Get a life, lamer.
"There's no doubt that you idiots have grown this in to a cult. "
I doubt it. My views on this issue were formed that morning and no person, nothing, NADA has been the reason for it. I was reborn as a 'truther' on September 11th, 2001 at about 7am PST. Your attributing this to a cult that I do not lead nor follow is ***** imaginary and completely lame. It's a downright fabrication, this 'cult' of yours.
"Now answer the original subject. Prove that your faith based views are accurate or STFU. If you can't, and we both know that you can't, then vanish.
Can you please state that as a question? I'm really tired of asking. Oh, and I will not 'vanish', no matter how many times you flick that stupid little wrist at me.
"Your presence is as irrelevant as your postings."
More opinions. Oh my, my surprise is overwhelming. I feel faint. - SpinningHead, on 09/12/2008, -1/+790% of the country is retarded and wanted to act regardless of the facts?
- PhilLesh69, on 09/12/2008, -0/+6Saudi Arabia sends 15 people to attack the United States, and gets off scot free because Bandar Bush is a family friend? They also get to fly out of the country in FBI chartered planes while the rest of the nation is prohibited from flying, even people stranded thousands of miles from home who have to sit around and wait for days just to get home.
The middle east poses no threat. I can say that. At least not the way you think it does.
Israel's policies, and their control over our foreign policy, that poses a threat. Saudi Arabia spending hundreds of millions of dollars each year spreading the most radical and hate-filled verson of islam, wahhabism, around the world, including building the most radical mosques in all of islam all over the United States, that poses a threat. Invading the most secular nation in all of the islamic dominated lands, and creating an environment where terrorists can not only recruit but also train their recruits in real world situations like planting bombs and attacking US Military personnel, that poses a threat.
But hey, What about Iran! They took some hostages back in1979. I say we nuke the bastards! (right? I haven't been watching Rupert's news channel like I'm supposed to, so I don't know the mantra I'm supposed to repeat over and over again.) - katagana, on 09/12/2008, -1/+7So what? An American Senator should be above that! He should have the insight and knowledge to see the proper way to deal with it!
- ObamaWins08, on 09/11/2008, -4/+9He forgot about Saudi Arabia.
...or maybe he didn't... - BrapAllgood, on 09/12/2008, -4/+9I'd say that your opinion is not proof of anything but your opinion, lamer.
- BrapAllgood, on 09/12/2008, -2/+7"Then why so defensive, Brappie? Is there something that you don't want to admit? Not even to yourself?"
You lie, I correct you. You know the circle VERY well, dumbass.
"Well, I figured that you'd never seen a dictionary before so I thought I'd give you a little treat."
Oh contraire. I was one of those kids who read dictionaries. Why cut the rest of the comment off? Your dodge has been noted, lamer. This is why i use screen shots, myself. It's more *honest*.
"I never questioned your grasp of science. Clearly you have none. I think the question about your sanity answered itself by the way you chose to respond."
I think you are still not a psychiatrist and simply stating childish opinions, yet again. As for science, I asked you a year ago if you have read 'The Field' by Lynne McTaggart. Have you? Unless I can gauge where you are in your understanding of new science, there is no discussion possible.
"Speaking of a telling comment, you just admitted that you made up your mind with absolutely no evidence to support your beliefs. Sounds like a faith based belief to me."
Two pieces of evidence set me off: 1) the path of most resistance was taken by not one, but TWO buildings that morning, and 2) George Bush's face in that classroom. I have seen you argue the first many, many times. I do not think your grasp of Newtonian physics is very good at all. The latter is a subject much bigger than can be argued with you, entirely based upon my own feelings and perceptions. But the physics don't lie. I know you will, though.
"So you're a born-again truther? Who else claims to "born again"? Anybody? "
Oh, get over it. The joke was obviously beyond you, twit.
"And yet every comment you've made in this thread supports the fact that you are a member in good standing of the Cult of 9/11."
Serious delusions you have there.
""It's a downright fabrication, this 'cult' of yours."
Speaking of fabrications, have you read the idiotic theories that your cult has been posting?"
What the ***** is with all this dodging? You are NOT any good at it, you know.
"Just because you are too dense to follow the conversation, Brappie, I will do that just for you. Please provide even one shred of verifiable, credible evidence that supports the conspiracy theories of the Cult of 9/11. As I said before, we both know that you can't because there is no credible, verifiable evidence which supports the dogma of your cult but sometimes it's fun to watch you idiots try."
Not a single question mark. Not one. You are a freaking idiot, you know that?
"I know. It's like trying to get skunk smell out of your tires. You try to clean the stink away but it lingers."
Yes. Yes, you are! Thank you for the wonderful description of yourself! That's a keeper.
No, I won't go another round. You have had enough of a chance at twisting my words for one day. I appreciate you taking the time to show newer Diggers how dishonest your methods are. Better that they learn young. - uu2b, on 09/12/2008, -1/+6FACT - I am working at a job
FACT - I have plans to make a billion dollars/day
FACT - I am trying to make a billion dollars/day
Think it'll actually happen?
At least provide the courtesy to provide *some* evidence to support your facts. - TruthExposed, on 09/11/2008, -7/+12No, they are not embarrased. Come back and you will see all their "reasons" why McCain is still a good vote.
- batkins, on 09/12/2008, -3/+8Regardless of whether there is some sort of imaginary cult or not the fact still remains that you, herk, are a *****.
- ironhide, on 09/12/2008, -1/+6I wasn't and I knew as I was seeing it all unfold that the powers that be would use that tragedy as an excuse.
- rowjimmy, on 09/12/2008, -0/+5my first thought on 9/11 was, "whoops, look like it's coming home to roost for american imperialism..."
my second thought was, "oh *****. they're going to use this as an excuse, and the vast majority of idiots will buy it."
right on both counts, i guess. sorry to all the people who have had to die for corporate hegemony, but it doesn't look like it is going to stop any time soon... - Rogue7, on 09/12/2008, -2/+7Wow... what a long sub topic.
Why did I even come down here. - BrapAllgood, on 09/12/2008, -4/+9Yes, yes, you proved some of those definitions support your OPINION. Let's see:
"5. Sociology. a group having a sacred ideology and a set of rites centering around their sacred symbols."
Fail.
"6. a religion or sect considered to be false, unorthodox, or extremist, with members often living outside of conventional society under the direction of a charismatic leader."
'a religion or sect'...obviously a fail from the start
"7. the members of such a religion or sect."
Likewise, a fail based on a fail.
"8. any system for treating human sickness that originated by a person usually claiming to have sole insight into the nature of disease, and that employs methods regarded as unorthodox or unscientific."
Okay, this is getting stupid. You proved nothing. You attribute me as being a member of a cult you have imagined. If you were a man, you'd pony-up and admit that you are grasping at straws to prove YOUR ***** OPINION.
"Now how about you stop trying to change the subject and answer the question."
Now, I didn't change a single subject and have been exactly right here on the same one. Arguing with you is like making waffles out of bubblegum. Why don't you *ask* me a ***** question, you lamer? Not once have you done so in your addressing me above. - Futile, on 09/12/2008, -1/+6I thought the anthrax attacks came from inside the US?
