I think she's an excellent VP pick - on the merits - not this silly superficial stuff. In her own words, she says that she's embarrassed about this and did it for the scholarship money for college. She was unable to get an athletic one for basketball. When she speaks she actually seems sincerely embarrased about it. She's got tons of depth and is a dynamic candidate - not just "America's hottest Governor" ;-)

She governs a state that has a population of 700,000 people. If that's the case, then the mayor of Fresno is just as qualified as her. US senators vote on national issues that could have international implications.So yes, Obama is way more experienced for the presidency.
