- professor357, on 09/18/2008, -2/+36This teacher is typical of today's liberal educator mentality. At this level, students are capable of recognizing the bias and complaining about it. At the grammar school and high school level, the students are either not aware of the bias, or too intimidated by the teachers to question these attempts to create a compliant Democrat-leaning student body.
- vexingmodstwo, on 09/18/2008, -2/+27The marxists feel emboldened. They're coming out of the woodwork.
- ftx437, on 09/18/2008, -1/+23The guy should be fired....
but he can't be since his a professor and probably part of some union somehow.... - stevetrojanman, on 09/18/2008, -1/+21Yay for brainwashing...
- TheDarkTemplar, on 09/18/2008, -1/+20Sad thing is, there not a lot of Republican Profs out there outside of the Business and Econ. The future of our nation is left to the hands of Profs like these who would rather push their own political ideas than teach.
- inactive, on 09/18/2008, -1/+20Glad I didn't have this professor when I was there. Colleges and Universities are so great at intolerance of things they disagree with and brainwashing young impressionable students.
- diggFunction, on 09/18/2008, -1/+19A small minded liberal partisan using heavy handed tactics and lies to perpetrate his political views in a non-political classroom.
Sounds like most of Digg - inactive, on 09/18/2008, -1/+18Please lets all calm down. Here is typical edu-crat who is following his parties' lines. This is the last chance for the aging liberal edu-crats to try to make a difference. They see that conservatism, common sense, and love for country all are on the rise which is in direct opposition to America's inclusion to the worldwide socialist liberal society. What will the world think if American liberalism fails? Obama "We need to be more like Europe" WRONG! McCain-Palin represent America's standing up straight, tall and in control of the Western values. This is what the edu-crats are afraid of.
- LyingLiberals, on 09/18/2008, -2/+18Son's 'a bitches... these are the same ***** who preach TOLERANCE. What the ***** is wrong with these elitist retards?!?!? They are TRULY coming out of the closet and will roll OVER anyone who does not convert to their insanity. They don't even KNOW they are screwing themselves by shouting down freedom of speech, changing history books, promoting HATRED of Christians and Jews. Liberalism is COMMUNISM in its EARLY stages, but they are getting VERY BOLD. STAND UP AMERICA OR YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES ARE *****!
- tman84, on 09/18/2008, -1/+14I was thrown out of classes in college for fighting with elitist douchebags like this. Professors wouldn't like that I challenged them and didn't agree with my conservative beliefs so instead of creating a dialogue between students, he would do what any self hating liberal professor would do and censor me by tossing me from class, saying I was being disruptive to his lessons (brainwashing)
- danielttt, on 09/18/2008, -1/+14What a coward. In command of his classroom he spews his hate but denies the opportunity to answer for his action to the media.
- tman84, on 09/18/2008, -0/+13I'm becoming a fan of yours, this is the 3rd post I have randomly come across of yours that is just so dead on. You were killing it with Obama blaming Republicans for the mortgage crisis and now this.
- MeBePirates, on 09/18/2008, -1/+13ahallam2@mscd.edu
Flame on! Personally when liberal BS is brought out into the open I have no problem utilitizing their own tactics against them. Wish I had his phone number... - irisheyes1169, on 09/18/2008, -1/+9I applaud your courage, that couldn't have been easy. I know for a fact some teachers/proffs put you on a "black" list and gossip worse than Jr High Schoolers.
- ThinkOutTheBox, on 09/19/2008, -0/+7Funny considering Government control of public education is a liberal goal. Look how well that turned out.
- PuterPrsn, on 09/19/2008, -1/+8If it had been the other way around and he gave the same assignment about Obama, he'd have been fired so fast his head would swim, tenure or no.
- tman84, on 09/18/2008, -1/+6Well I was always a troublemaker, in the sense that I never took what teachers or proffs said as the end all be all. It's pretty amazing how childish they can act too. I was in college during the Clinton years so you can just imagine the collective circle jerk these so called "intelligentsias" were having with each other. added you as a friend btw
- randf, on 09/19/2008, -0/+5your liberal use of the word rightard is interesting. is that what you call defending your viewpoint? is it the way you show the reasoning behind your position?
last i knew, singling out students for harassment wasn't what i remember as an educational environment that one pays for with their tuition. also, it doesn't seem that the class had anything to do with politics since the supervisor tasked with reviewing is the head of the English department. harassing students over political opinions in an english class?
i am not surprised though. my wife was subject to something very similar in her small community college. at least it occurred in a political science class. however it was less of a lecture and more of a litany of internet based fabrications that went on for 10-15 minutes without any opportunity for discussion or any information of the sources. just a list of rumours that seemed as if it were taken directly off of the daily kos. and then the "instructor" went on with the normal class as if he had done his "civic" duty.
that incident combined this denver incident is a strange coincidence. if i were of the conspiracy theory mindset typical of digg, i'd think that "libtards" had awoken their sleeper cells of "libtard" professors to slink into a class of unsuspecting college kids to bully them into believing the "libtard" liars.
but i'm not a conspiracy type, i just see a bunch of liberal minded professors forgetting how to educate and open minded liberals like cryrightard freaking out when others voice an opinion not in step with their own. if you disagree, then free thinkers like cryrightard will resort to calling you names. - exgop, on 09/19/2008, -1/+5Fascism is alive and well on college campuses
- irisheyes1169, on 09/18/2008, -1/+5LOL!
I thought I got a "troublemaker" vibe off you, I married one just like yourself. He and I both were in college during the 90's too, and had he attended a college that wasn't as Conservative as it was (A&M), he might not have graduated! He managed to piss off the small number that was there though. I cant imagine how it must have been like at your University, but it built character, as indicated by your posts. :) - Glynth, on 09/19/2008, -0/+3No point trying to reason with that creature, randf. He's been banned from Digg multiple times and brags about it - for Digg-stalking, very extreme language and hate speech, etc. (You know it's extremely bad if Digg actually bans it when it's a Leftist.) It is a thing of hate and lies. Just ignore it.
- 2Conservative, on 09/19/2008, -0/+2Anne Hallam, also new at Metro State. Wife? Here is her web site... http://www.ahallamdesign.com/contact.php
- CourtesyFlush, on 09/19/2008, -1/+2Political bigotry is a real problem these days. This is precisely why I refuse to hang a R or a D next to my name. I refuse to be labeled.
Bigotry is not something that should be taught by "higher" education centers. Diplomas should be for intellectual achievement, not licenses to wield an ideology. - 2Conservative, on 09/19/2008, -0/+1Tel 303.352.4434
- inactive, on 09/19/2008, -8/+1That's funny.
From the sounds of it no student was able to defend her.
Perhaps THAT is what upsets you.
What you rightard morons have done is highlight the fact that yet again you are incapable of defending your viewpoints without resorting to lawyers.
If these students were such fans, as you rightard liars claim, they should have had NO PROBLEM defending her in an intelligent fashion.
Sadly no rightard is able to defend the indefensible, nor can they show the reasoning behind the positions they have, since they never used reason to reach those asinine conclusions.
Dugg. This makes rightards look worse, since they can't even intelligently defend Palin from the most basic of questions.
Oh, and what pathetic COWARDS those dedicated Republican students were. They quietly slunk from class, and called a lawyer.
Yep, typical GOP losers.
If you can't defend your views, call the lawyers.
Just like PALIN is doing now in Alaska!!!!
LOL
It's so ***** funny. - inactive, on 09/19/2008, -9/+1LOL
And warmongering cowards feel emboldened enough to pretend they are not pathetic weaklings.
Oh, and mocking stupid people for being stupid is fine.
Asking college Republicans why they cheer for war, like vexingmodstwo, but are too cowardly to enlist, like vexingmodstwo.
The fact that the cowardly failures get upset at being forced to acknowledge that failure is telling.
Hey, rightard shill, why don't they just write a POSITIVE piece on Palin, hmmm?
Oh, that's right, they can't. There is nothing positive there. - omgTHEPATRIOTS, on 09/19/2008, -10/+2awww look at all the republican scum crying because they're being ridiculed for the idiocy they've brought forth on the country!
*HA-HA*
