Per this career soldier and veteran of four wars who was never captured, NO governor commands a National Guard unit after it has been mobilized and put under federal control. Palin cannot even command ***** in Iraq and the McCain spokesman LIED to America. Furthermore he refused to answer what foreign policy experience she had because she has none.

You know it's a bad interview when you ask a question about their candidate, and the first words out of his mouth are about the opposing candidate... I feel like I'm watching a 3rd grader trying to explain why he did something wrong.
- iheartcrack, on 09/02/2008, -1/+4From listening to the McCain campaign, they:
-Definitely knew, but apparently didn't care too much, about the teen pregnancy before asking the governor to be VP
-Don't feel putting an unwed, expecting, 17-year-old on the campaign trail is uncomfortable for her
-Expect everyone to just go away because the governor said so
-Aren't really sure what the hell her name is (...PAY-lin or PAL-en?), as Tucker says both
-Think that it doesn't matter who the VP is, as long as he/she aspires to be just like the 72-year-old, 4x cancer survivor presidential candidate
-Say the governor of Alaska decides where troops go in Iraq; but other than that can't tell you one single thing she does as "Commander-in-Chief of the Alaska National Guard" (...but I bet it has something to do with the Russians!)
My favorite part is towards the end when Campbell just throws her arms in the air and says, "Tucker, I'm just going to give it to you baby." - iheartcrack, on 09/02/2008, -0/+1Yes, this is the FULL INTERVIEW.
