    Oh yeah? Name one. I have nothing against rich people like McCain per se but do not talk down to us just because you had to cut your daily caviar serving from 5 oz. to 3 oz and have foie gras every other day. Ass.

    McCain thinks people with INCOMES of $5 million are the top end of middle class.

    That's $5 million EVERY YEAR.

    If you earn $4.99 million/year for 10 years, you can easily have $40 million of assets and still meet McCain's definition of middle class.

  • stonecircle, on 06/11/2009, -0/+1Really? McCain, himself, was born into money. His mother, a wealthy oil heiress, has been described as “the Auntie Mame of Navy wives.” The family still chuckles about the day she went on an errand to buy a new dress, and came home with a new Mercedes instead.
