- wattznext, on 06/17/2008, -4/+179I'm sure Hippocrates sleeps soundly...he's dead. You meant hypocrites
- jerrym123, on 06/16/2008, -26/+191Of course the Republicans who all made such a big deal out of Kerry being a flip flopper back in 2004 will now say flip flopping does not matter. How do these hippocrates sleep at night?
- inactive, on 06/17/2008, -4/+80They don't. They sleep in caskets during the day. At night they're out looking for fresh blood.
- inactive, on 06/17/2008, -7/+79Neglected to mention that, after consulting opinion polls, he no longer wishes to deliver hot bottled water to dehydrated babies.
- wolfenraider, on 06/17/2008, -7/+71Of course it could be argued fairly readily that the primary reason behind this list of 10 flip-flops in 2 weeks is quite simply that the man is a buffoon and he has no idea conceptually, even at a rudimentary level, what he's talking about...
- inactive, on 06/17/2008, -8/+63How can anyone even think about voting for a guy to lead the United States of America into the future who has never used a computer?
Really? - Hefelumpman, on 06/17/2008, -5/+48Man, I can't wait for the Presidential candidate debates. McCain's going to be eaten alive.
- inactive, on 06/17/2008, -6/+38wtf why does he need 10 flip-flops? I only have like 2 pair, and that's plenty
- frankingeneral, on 06/17/2008, -10/+39That's an eye-opening list. That man will say anything and pander to any base to get elected. Pathetic.
- ferrofluid, on 06/17/2008, -11/+38Its his Manchurian programing, McBushco44 will be getting the BSOD in September and the real candidate will appear.
- Anachronus, on 06/17/2008, -5/+31BREAKING NEWS--------------------------Presidential Candidate turns out to be a Politician.
- jezsik, on 06/17/2008, -0/+24No, it's that Republicans were the ones who decided that changing your mind was a flip flop and that was bad - this is the same group who have turned the word "liberal" into a derogatory term (despite the fact that country was founded by liberals). So, when Republicans get caught flip flopping, seeing them hoisted on their own petard provides a sense of satisfaction.
- Jmn187, on 06/17/2008, -14/+37Props for surviving as a POW. But other than that. Your a douche bag that's out of touch with the real world and the American People. GOBAMA
- Borgcube636, on 06/17/2008, -1/+23I believe you meant, 'Hypocrites', not 'Hippocrates'. Hippocrates was the father of medicine.
- rawg, on 06/17/2008, -4/+23McCain is going to provide so much material for comedians, MSM, bloggers and Youtube over the next few months. He needs to pace himself or he's going to jam up the intertubes.
- xtinamo, on 06/17/2008, -7/+25You can be assured that if Obama ever becomes a crook or a liar, they will certainly discuss it.
- QaSpel, on 06/17/2008, -2/+19In an effort to be open minded, I wanted to here the spin from both sides. I tried to follow your links, but failed miserably. The first two links were the only ones that actually got me anywhere. Most of the links were dead. A couple led to a long list of articles but I couldn't really find one that talked about flip-flops. One led to a youtube video that I gave up on after a 1 minute musical title screen intro.
- 4321234, on 06/17/2008, -1/+17McCain might be as bad as most diggers say. But he has lots of elderly supporters. And old people get out and vote. Don't forget that on election day. Just because 90% of digg users favor Obama, he's not a shoe-in. Vote!!!!
- Seann7656, on 06/17/2008, -7/+22Digg this up if you are also a republican who will NOT vote for McCain

Here's another: "Republican Sen. John McCain criticized Sen. Barack Obama's call for a windfall profits tax on the oil industry on Tuesday, despite leaving the door open to the same idea last month." - inactive, on 06/17/2008, -3/+16Could be a short term memory loss problem.
- tb0n3r, on 06/17/2008, -1/+13"How do these hypocrites sleep at night?" - On their huge piles of oil money, ala Scrooge McDuck.
- AtHomeBoy2000, on 06/17/2008, -3/+15All Aboard the Flip-Flop Express!!!
PS: check out http://flipfloptracker.blogspot.com
It's a growing list of his flip-flops - corr, on 06/17/2008, -0/+11Fair enough. Good and informative response, thanks.
- lubrano, on 06/17/2008, -0/+10because not everyone in america is a racist douchebag.
- bjornski, on 06/17/2008, -2/+12Michelle Malkin? Townhall? Newsbuster?
Oh lord. A veritable hotbed of wingnuttery.
Got any Pam Atlas and LitteGreenFootballs to throw in too? - tb0n3r, on 06/17/2008, -0/+9So, we're using google search results as a political meter now?
Google: mccain flip-flops. Results: 877,000
Google: obama flip-flops. Results: 233,000
Google: "mccain flip-flops" (With quotes) Results: 47,300
Google: "obama flip-flops" (With quotes) Results: 16,800
So, McCain must be a bigger flip-flopper, right? I mean, google results don't lie, right? - cJw314, on 06/17/2008, -0/+9English; you're doing it wrong.
- Nosferotu, on 06/17/2008, -0/+8Wrong. You're clearly not aware of our existence, so allow me to introduce you to the democratic party.
- dkovecs, on 06/17/2008, -1/+9He knows he would be eaten alive, and that’s why he won’t have a debate. He only wants town hall style forums where he can hand pick the audience.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/ae ... - FTWmovin2canada, on 06/17/2008, -1/+9I've been saying that for weeks. I can't wait.
- 4321234, on 06/17/2008, -1/+9In 2004, the republicans built their whole campaign around it. Bunch of hippo crates. Now the shoes on the other foot. I guess it would stop if the voters could realize that if a senator votes against a bill that includes free pablum for blind babies and a trillion dollar tax credit for scamco.inc, then later supports free pablum for blind babies and a fifty dollar tax credit for scamco.inc, he's not really a flip-flopper, and was never against free pablum for blind babies and wasn't really in favor of tax credits for scamco.inc.
- ZenMojo, on 06/17/2008, -3/+10To quote myself: "Obama never trashed Canada, nor did he flip-flop. The CBC pointed out that it was all ***** and the Canadian Parliament pulled the PM's card on it. Just because the American MSM were about two weeks behind the Canadians on this story and shoved it into the background doesn't mean it never happened."
Maybe you should think before you pull random *****. Your accusations of Obama aren't exactly true either. - ZenMojo, on 06/17/2008, -3/+10Obama never trashed Canada, nor did he flip-flop. The CBC pointed out that it was all ***** and the Canadian Parliament pulled the PM's card on it. Just because the American MSM were about two weeks behind the Canadians on this story and shoved it into the background doesn't mean it never happened.
- Gerz1219, on 06/17/2008, -1/+8@masterm1nd -- Well, you're presuming an equivalence between Kerry and McCain's flip-flops. Most of Kerry's "flip-flops" either reached back to the Reagan administration or were based around purposefully misconstrued nuances. "I voted for the $87 billion before I voted against it" made perfect sense in context -- he voted for a preliminary version of the bill, didn't agree with subsequent changes to it, and voted against the final bill. I would also argue that given the constantly evolving nature of both the war in Iraq and our knowledge of the circumstances leading up to the invasion, none of Kerry's Iraq flip-flops really qualify.
If a guest in my house complained that it was too cold, and I raised the thermostat to 100 degrees, I would not consider them a flip-flopper if they then asked me to lower the temperature.
McCain has a much more serious problem, in which he regularly says things which are the exact opposite of something else he's said. The contradictions in this article are all recent, within the past few years, and they always magically line up with what McCain thinks the Republican base wants to hear. Kerry never flip-flopped like this, much less Obama. - xexx, on 06/17/2008, -4/+11Wtf, only like a coulpe of those links even exist and at that half of them don't show any real flip flopping.
- theWaterboy, on 06/17/2008, -5/+12McCain is such a douche bag. I'm glad he is going to lose to Obama.
- Livewired, on 06/17/2008, -7/+14I look at Kerry and McCain both as equally not qualified.
- bobangitanov2, on 06/17/2008, -3/+9I'm not saying that people that will vote for Obama are smart, but people that will vote for McCain are
definetely idiots. - 4321234, on 06/17/2008, -1/+7Hmm.. I just go to the zoo and ask for spares, any time I need a hippo crate.

- Kilometers, on 06/17/2008, -0/+6@tomasll: It's not common for someone to be referred to with their middle name. I think the middle name is the reason that he is so discriminated against with the Americans that do not pay attention to anything and are prejudice. You see, there was this dictator, who was believed to be a terrorist by many Americans and is the reason that there are American forces there. His name was Saddam Hussein. Therefore, this person and his name hold a negative connotation to the American people and someone with the middle name of Hussein will not be very popular with many Americans.
Do I really need to spell it out for you? Do you or anyone else have any common sense? For the record, his full name is: Barack Hussein Obama. Barack, Obama, or Mr. Obama will suffice.
I can't believe I typed all that out for a troll. - j1ggy, on 06/17/2008, -0/+6He doesn't even know we exist while he gets bashed left and right.
